Food took an hour and a half came cold and the driver didn’t have the change

Had a fantastic beef burger, filled with flavour and the staff were friendly. Would definitely have another again

We thought we would give them a try as we have not seen anywhere locally that does gluten free pizza and this was listed on their leaflet. We rang up on a Tuesday night to order 6 pizzas in total. We were told there was no gluten free pizza dough available, which was disappointing. But we were offered loaded fries instead. We were then told 40minutes for delivery. After ringing twice to chase delivery it arrived after 1hr 30. Which we were disappointed by.

Food ok but was just over 1 hour later than delivery time given when ordered which was 45mins total waiting time 1hr 58mins to travel 2 miles

I have had burgers from this type of kebab/pizza takeaway from Newhaven, Sussex to Manchester to Sheffield. The one from here is one of the best I have had. I so wasn't expecting that top quality! Furthermore, whilst waiting the atmosphere was good. Customers decent. Although some poor guy had a 'pull a fast one/ long wait' played on him by whomever he was collecting for whilst I was there "I have been told to ask for Ali" The staff treated the guy with the gentleness one treats someone you know has been played by someone else! All credit to them for their respect and kindness to their customers

First time ordering from here we ordered the chicken and doner wrap and a pizza kids meal. The food came before the estimated time and was nice but unfortunately kids meal was missing the chips - this was rectified within 15 minutes of me calling to let them know! Can't fault the food or service!

Called for a takeaway. Waited for delivery to be very disappointed when it arrived. My husband ordered seafood lasagna I had meat ball lasagna. Both of us found the prominent taste was cheese. The fries that come with it where cold very disappointed will not be using again.

Great food here, some of the pizza's are amazing literally the best I've had in a long time. Kebabs are generous size filling and the chips are coated in paprika salt for extra taste, if you want it that is. All in all very good value for money.

We had 2 lovely pizzas delivered tonight and some salad and coleslaw. They were cooked to perfection. First time we have ordered from here but deffinetly on our best takeaway list now.

The quality of the kebab meat (chicken tikka and shish) was really good, probably one of the best locally. The burger was ok but not great. Unfortunately there is no option when selecting your food to choose "no salad" or "no sauce". We requested in the notes for no salad or sauce on the kebabs or burgers. This was ignored and this meant the food was more or less inedible for one of the party and the chips were completely inedible. Please sort out your options on the Just Eat menus.

Myself and son went in on 29/5/24. We went to order a kebab and could see and smell the homemade tomato sauce, cooking on the stove, smelt gorgeous. Ramin gave us spaghetti bolognase to try whilst we waiting for our order. This was very nice, the meat melted in your mouth. We went back the next day to order different dishes. Order:Francesca Penne Pasta and 3 Cheese Tagliatelle with added chorizo. Myself and son agree that the 3 dishes we have tried so far are better than Gusto Italian restaurant in Nottingham City Centre. If you love Pasta like we do, please give them a try. Portion size is enough and price is worth every penny. Well done guys, we will be returning 👍🏽

Ordered food from here when it arrived we thought my partners order was wrong we called the restaurant and the chef reassured us that it was vegan and even went so far as to tell us the product they used absolutely amazing

We ordered just now a large chicken donner kebab on a naan bread .....what we got was just chicken with salad on a tortilla bread all of this was extremely tasteless and a waste of money,I will not be coming back here .

Been for food tonight for the first time got a 14 inch pizza really nice and a steak kebab which is really good and seasond and a donner kebab all nan and pizza fresh really good food

First time we ordered from here and literally we were shocked because of the size of the wrap. We ordered a chicken wrap and a small size of doner kebab. Both were delicious.

Pazzino at first did not catch my eye as when it was k&m had issues... but i have had two meals from there now and i like spicy food they went above and beyond on the food. good food and friendly guys, great to see the guy from bollente there too as he is super nice and polite. Good work guys EDIT: Had a good few meals here now and they have all been great! so have changed my review to 5 star. Very friendly guys there and just a great place to eat. Staff can't do enough for you.

Not sure if it’s under new management but horrible service On website reads combi kebabs come with chips and salad. called up and guy argued with me saying you pick either naan pitta or chips, not an option when ordering. Takeaway tried to call back but after the way he spoke to me I wouldn’t answer the phone Chicken was fatty, steak was over cooked and in one piece, definitely will not be ordering again, garlic bread had no garlic, food was awful, all food was thrown away. tried to be polite but workers were also rude Spoke to food hub and was refused a refund but was offered 2 portions of fries with next order which will not be happening

Excellent food delivered by a very polite, friendly young man. Just Eat was telling that the food had been delivered when it had not. This is clearly an issue with the Just Eat webpage.

Delivery time 2:50. You order, wait an hour, phone them up, wait another hour phone them up again, wait another half an hour and decide to cancel and go out somewhere else. Then they delivered another 20 minutes later, Then they Still charge you. No refund it was Received. You shouldn't have to wait Two hours and fifty minutes for a takeaway.

Pazzino always deliver with their food, they take time to ensure each meal is really nice, packed with flavour and cooked perfectly. They always deliver or prepare food on time and are always really polite whenever I go into the store.

So I think the owners may have changed again. For a while it has been really good and the pizza has been fantastic. Ordered again today and the pizza was horrible. Stuffed crust cheese tasted like it had been filled with cheap cheese spread. More expensive and not as it was. Oh well

Ordered via just eat, came in good time. That was the only plus. Mixed kebab with salad on naan No salad and cold naan meat warmish Called them , just got attitude. Shouldn't be messing up a simple order or delivering warmish food to someone 5 min away. If you pay for something it should be right. Don't use them I would advise

Ordered a chicken kebab 1st mouthful tasted and felt like it had grit in it some of the meat was cold and it definitely wasn't cubed chicken which I ordered completely put me off couldn't eat it fed it the dog won't ever order from there again

I ordered online and they tried to tell me I didn't order until another gentleman checked. I repeatedly told them I wanted cheese on my chips and when they handed me my order I asked again to be sure. They assured me it was all there, only for me to open the bag and find no cheese. Deplorable customer service. Large portions are pathetic and overpriced.

Mess the orders up and expect you to eat meat from a kebab on its own or let it go cold while waiting for the rest of the meal! £10.80 meal that you can't enjoy after a tough day at the hospital! thanks for that! it wasn't warm when we got it up against cold drinks in a carrier bag! the burger bun described by my 9 year old as like toast and it fell apart like a biscuit the chips were not warm and hot but cold and hard... some chewy THe girl likes to shout and refuse to put their mistakes right with giving you a nice hot fresh meal that you paid for and waited longer than you should have for! SAID SHE COULD RESEND BUT WOULD BE ABOUT 15 MINS ( which was ok with me) BUT THE BOSS REFUSED AND SAOD EAT IT NOW AND WAIT FOR THE REST! - ERM NO!!!! also they refused the free pizza that is advertised on their site so left a child without tea as we didn't order a meal expecting to have too much food . But no refused to being that too. take your custom to another kebab shop that actually delivers what you order and its actually edible! why they would expect someone to eat cold hard dry lamb shish on its own and think that is OK is beyond me! Tell you friends!

Ordered a steak kebab which did not state it had peppers and onions on which I am allergic to. So phoned up refused to swap was rude and said to busy. So went down there he was abusive told me to pay for another one or get out. So I threw kebab all over the side of the shop. He assaulted me on my way out then tried to damage my friends car that I climbed into. Vile vile man needs shutting down definitely don't recommend.

I ordered a doner kebab a few days ago and the naan bread was mouldy I couldn't believe it. I always order from here, so I never thought I'd get a mouldy naan bread covered in mayo so I don't see it but I tasted it and l could smell it . So disgusting please be aware and always check your food when you order from this place. Will never get anything from this place even if it was given for free.

This may be a small independent business but the staff are always friendly and the pizzas are the best I've had outside of a restaurant. Perfectly cooked and seasoned (yes, pizzas still need seasoning!) with ample toppings in a decent time. Good jobs guys.
