Had pizza .. was like slop everything fell off it tastes was bland and salty was horrible plus was cold ..and my partner had kebab that was cold an tasteless ended all in bin ..never again

Foods good but what is the point of using gloves if your handling money and everything else with it before my food. Its really off putting to see. Change your gloves after handling money!

New to the area and found this place, food is ok, the kids certainly love it. The staff ( the ladies) are lovely and friendly 😊 and have great customer service. Two niggling things hence the 3 stars (apologies in advance, it is constructive criticism) Outdoor coats should not be worn when preparing and serving food, hair nets and aprons should be worn in catering kitchen and follows good food hygiene practices (please can this be adressed) Also, nail polish and acrylic nails should not be worn in a catering kitchen, I think this is a basic part of food hygiene standards. The ladies were wearing gloves occasionally, but this was not always consistent on my visit. However I do recommend this place 100% 👌

Placed an order at 10pm now gone 12pm and arrived hasn't arrived there not answering the phone I've requested a refund weather I get it or not is another story terrible delivery service 😒

Ordered food waited over an hour then they had canceled and they wouldn’t answer the phone to get my money back never placing a order from them again !

Burnt my first order and sent out a second one sent me the wrong size pizza it was smaller then what I ordered when I called I got verbally abused saying they would not send out another pizza to correct there mistake and the attitude of the staff is appalling

Ordered a meal at 6.30 pizza large cheesie chips .chips turned up small with no cheese called them and was virtually a liar and someone would be back with the money. And the woman on the phone put it down on me why would I lie about some cheesie chips we left them for them to see but no o ne turned up

Quality,Service,Delivery timings not the same since their old staff left,the guy use to be on the grill&meals side even on busy times everything use to be 5/5 . Also the girl that use to serve customers seemed to know about every single order.

Disgusting food quality and absolutely awful staff shouldn’t be allowed to work with the attitude that they give customers. No passion for the food quality or cleanliness, manager ken is way too lenient on staff and the shop, needs to be closed down 🙏

2 younger boys, were very rude and ignore me twice when i asked if the fries will be fresh after they put resting fries back in the oil to serve me. Then swang the carrier bag of food at me, i have been here before and never had this experience perviously. Customer service was extremely poor on this visit and the young boys need retraining!!

Discusted if honest. Really small portion, chicken strips size of chunky chips and ordered a can of coke, received diet coke which I don't drink. I'll never order from Pazazz again.

Missing food. Dry, hard and cold doner meat. Missing dips and sauces on food. Extremely rude staff who think you're either blind or stupid when you tell them there is missing food. Avoid the place to avoid disappointment!

I feel the customer service has really gone down. You better going in the shop to order any food when the boss is there you get what you ask for then. I've been ordering via uber as of late due to circumstances and every order I've received has not been what I ordered. Not getting salad I requested food arrived as if rushed over cooked a small portion size. You wouldn't get served this if you went in the shop. I've just put it in the bin going to find somewhere else as not worth the money you pay!

Have ordered from here for years brilliant value for money. Only problems were things missing from orders quite regularly, but never called to complain as the price is so good and ok food, what you'd expect for the price. Anyway, we had an order that was cold and had things missing. As we had never complained before in years of being customers, we felt we had no choice to call about the food as we didn't eat it. Spoke to Ken( cant describe how unhinged Ken is) the language was absolutely discusting. He even threatened to come to our house. Never ever will I let anyone I know use that place. I cant believe he gets away with this, absolutely shocking. Have witnessed his temper in the shop before this. A young girl brought back a burger that was wrong. Fair play he gave her the correct order. He then told her she could keep the wrong burger. She said she didnt want it so Ken threw the burger to the back of the shop in a temper. It hit the back wall. The poor girl was upset and asked the girl behind the till (who is lovely) if she had done something wrong, the girl behindthe till reassured the upset customer. Ken then proceeded to storm out the shop. I mean really?

If I could give a higher star rating I would Great customer service, the guy who runs this place is thoughtful kind , and you get a lot of food for your money, cooked fresh in front of you. Lovely pizza with freshly cooked fries and a drink plus dip for a measly sum of money. So you'd probably think how does it taste , ? Well its lovely. Yeah I would recommend. They also do a wide range of Burger's, soft drinks and kebab lovely food for a takeaway. Go try it , you won't be disappointed

We don't live in Birmingham, no where near in fact. We my son accidentally ordered from this place as we have one near us. I phoned them up and they said I was stupid for ordering from here and we couldn't get our money back. They were very rude and they need to sort out their customer service!

most of it was cold fries missing asked for salad didn't get salad ordered mixed Nan got mixed meat and fries kids are not happy 🤦🏻‍♀️

I have a food allergy problem which is always said at the time of ordering but always comes wrong and when you try and get a replacement or refund they either won't answer the phone or give you abuse, this is the last time I will be ordering off them it's a disgrace ‼️

First of all when calling, they did not answer the phone for 30 minutes.. When they EVENTUALLY answered the phone and midway through an order that was rushed by the member of staff (as though he didn’t want to take the order) was THEN hung up by the member of staff before finishing order... Third time calling, a woman answered who again rushed order and was very abrupt.. When receiving the order, I then asked for a vegetarian pizza... this came with chicken on it! Called back after throwing NEW pizza in the bin and received attitude from the same woman who took the order. Asked me if I was “absolutely sure” there was chicken on it and then went on to being rude and hanging up... If you have allergies or dietary requirements, I would not order from this shop.. also, unless you like an attitude with your service, steer clear.

Partner ordered food for delivery at 6pm, was given a time of 6.50 for delivery. Time then pushed out on justeat app for 7.15 delivery, partner called store when this was late to then be told it had left shop and was on way. Still not arrived by 7.40. Called back again too complain to be told the order is going too be cancelled due too complaining!! Absolutely disgusting. Kids had picked this place and weve ordered from here before never a problem. Will not go back.

Disgusting customer service skills. Only know how to shout obscenities down the telephone then put the phone down. AVOID at all cost!!!
