They delivered duck without the pancakes, I called to tell them & they said they’d deliver the pancakes in 30 minutes. I asked if they’d please send fresh duck and I will return the cold one I had & the lady said yes. To my disappointment, the pancakes came… no fresh duck. On top of this the chips were stale & the crispy beef was not crispy. Avoid avoid avoid!

Food was not to the standard and beef was missing in one of the dish and hardly any meet in the food

Absolutely disgusting food. Complained to the restaurant and Just Eat and they both took the money and run.

The delivery estimate increase by 20minutes after we paid for our order. So they entice you to order with them knowing that it will arrive at one time and then once your order they add 20minutes onto the expected delivery time

I really enjoyed this. the Szechuan stuff had pretty legit Spices, It was really lovely, I enjoyed it very much. Portions were generous which is always great. The delivery was also extremely quick, I'll likely order again!

Considering the price of the food, most of it was soggy including the chips and chicken wings. The crispy beef consisted mostly of onions and peppers and hardly any beef. The rice was clumpy and the chow mein was cold. Overall extremely disappointed with the food especially considering the extortionate prices and the fact we waited 55 minutes for delivery.

The Nasi Goreng was inedible. It was very oily and soggy. So disappointed.

Absolutely amazing. The honey ribs and Tom Yum in particular are so good! Great quality and authentic! Fast delivery too! Highly recommend

Worst Nasi Goreng I ever had, it was basically boiled rice fried with some pieces of meat. The gravy dish had no gravy. Only saving grace was the soup. Never ever going to order from here.

They got my order wrong and when i tried to call up the restaurant, no one answered

First time we ordered and we were very happy; the crispy seaweed and crispy duck were delicious and my partner loved the Singapoore noodles (too spicy for me but certainly not oily). The delivery was at the early end of the delivery slot. All in all, very satisfied and we will be ordering.

Food was cold and beef was rubbery almost inedible. Chips were soggy and sweet and sour chicken wasn’t proper at all nothing authentic about it. Avoid

Really quick delivery but by far the worst Chinese I have ever had everything was oily and tasteless the curry sauce looked like old dish water. I really don't get all comments saying best they have had the only thing that was decent was the diet coke and that's literally it. I would be amazed if a single person either from China or of chinese descent has touched any of the food during cooking. Definitely won't order again

Not your usual best. Singapore Noodles loaded with curry and little to no Chinese flavours. Crispy balls dripping oil. Hopefully you'll do better next time.

One item was wrong but it was promptly replaced by the restaurant and delivered very quickly. Mistakes happen it’s how you solve them that makes a difference. Thank you

Food was poor quality. Incredibly oily and bland. The rice was swimming in oil (we drained the oil off of it) and the noodles were similar. Really disappointing. The duck however was satisfactory.

Worst Chinese takeaway I have ever had in my life I would give it less than 1 star if I could. The ribs smelt funny were as tough as an old tyre, the prawn toast was dripping in oil and simultaneously undercooked, the seaweed was stale and had LUMPS of sugar in. -100/5!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Was an hour to deliver which was quite long. Arrived about 7 mins earlier though.

Very disappointed. The food was not tasty at all and had been microwaved.

Missing 40% of our meal, 2 out if 5 dishes missing, egg fried rice and crispy chilli beef both absent, a partial refund would be very much aporeciated. I've taken a picture as proof if needed

food was absolutely terrible! just dreadful it was a complete waste of money! my stir fry was missing main ingredients that make it an actual stir fry like noodle, sprouts and cashew nuts. it was very disappointing and I wasn't able to consume.

The food was delicious, the only negative was that the Thai green curry was very runny. More like soup than a curry sauce so it was just slouching around on the plate but it tasted amazing.

I could not go to collect my delivery for a mistake and they did not offer any solution, just losing my delivery and the money. Very upset about the service, however, the food in this restaurant is awesome

Disappointing. I am sure we ate from here before and it was great. Yesterdays food was bland and underwhelming. The Malaysian chicken had nothing special about it - just some fried chicken and vegetables in shallow gravy. The ribs were most bone and fat. The chicken noodle soup was watery and had no flavour. The Thai green curry was mainly sauce with few vegetables or chicken. We will not be ordering from here again.

so I ordered Sweet & Sour Sauce Hong Kong Style, (A) Chicken Fried Crispy NoodlesMalaysian Satay Sauce, (C) Lamb Egg fried rice Chicken Wings in Peppercorn Salt The Malaysian satay was watery and near to tasteless the lamb was also unpleasing. the chicken in the hong kong style sauce was very tough the wings were nice but left an aftertaste as if it had been previously frozen. I will definitely not be ordering from here again.

Food was really overpriced for the quality. It was average at best and was barely warm by the time it was delivered.

We love the soft shell crab but for price of £9.45 we disappointedly got only 1 piece. Other chicken Malaysian spicy dish was not very tasty or spicy, but we did like the Singapore noodles. Will order again but not those 2 dishes mentioned.

Seabase and cod in black bean sauce was extremely delicious but duck wasn’t crispy and pancakes were a little soggy

THE FOOD WAS GREAT BUT A BIT LATE

This is the first time I have ordered from this takeaway. First, they gave me the Chicken Pad Thai when instead I have ordered the Prawn Pad Thai. Although they have redelivered another Pad Thai, it was too watery when it’s suppose to be dry. Secondly, the Tom Yum soup was so sour that it almost tasted like lemon juice. We ended up throwing away the food. I have learnt a lesson to always read the reviews before ordering.

The duck Cantonese fillet meat was expired called for a new order was given previous time ordered they forgot my the with order they require wayyyyy better service

Thai currys were bland, they also did NOT have kaffir lime leaves or Thai aubergine despite stating in the description that it did (it was also priced like it did). King prawn balls were doughy but ok, soft shell crab was decent. Black bean sauce was also quite bland.

This was the best Chinese food I have eaten in England… I’ve eaten in so much places also in China Town, but neither one restaurant cooks like you…this was so good 🤩 The rice was not oily like all the other experiences I had with the fried rice…Was perfectly seasoned and cooked… Noodles 🍜 was without words,soooo good,soooo good. Congratulations 👏🏼 the best experience I had . I can’t wait to order it again. Thank you ☺️

Their door is so fresh and delicious. The soft shell crab appetiser is amazing and the drivers are friendly and courteous. Must try if you haven’t!

I used to work in a restaurant and I love food in general! The Chicken was not fresh at all! You should be careful to gave this to people! Never ordered again!

The curry sauce was disgusting as were the crispy chicken balls. The whole thing was greasy and ended up in the bin! I did order from them a few years ago so not sure if it’s changed hands or it’s because I hadn’t tried these specific dishes but either way I won’t be ordering from them again!

Food was delicious and delivery always polite and timely. It was a shame my order got mixed up and instead of my favourite thai fish cakes, I got crab which I do not eat. I will always continue to order from Paya as I love the food and I know ut was a mistake.

The seaweed was spindly and close to inedible, the beef was tasteless and soggy and rice barely passed muster either. I'm not generally a fussy person, and we use Just Eat a lot, but this was comfortably the worst takeaway I have had. Won't be using Paya again.

Absolutely excellent food and service. Everything seemed very fresh and was truly delicious. Even the rice was fluffier and nicer than the norm, and the shredded chilli beef dish was a proper meaty take on it, not over cooked and congealed but just right and separate strands. I cannot praise this place enough for our lovely takeaway. Thank you.

Position good all fresh but 2 different meals taste almost same over sweet and vinegary. First and probably last order from there disappointed

Ordered at a different address various times and food was good. This order unfortunately I can't say the same. Ordered for us and guests and ended up throwing it in bin sweet n sour chicken tasted off, Singapore noodles also tasted off. Not to the standard I expect from paya the rest of the food was below average. This could be because it's Christmas Eve but if your standard of food is going to drop your better off not serving it at all.
