Went to Dunelm Slough to collect an order and have a coffee. We went to the coffee shop at 4.15, and there were chairs blocking the entrance. When asking a member of staff in Pausa - we were told they close at 4pm!! (Your website states you close at 5pm) We went down to collect our order and I asked the girl on the checkout what time the cafe closed, and she said 5pm!! Poor service from the cafe, as it was clear that the man in the cafe wasn’t telling the truth. Disappointed.

This used to be a geeat cafeteria for shoppers with great food service and athmospher but it would seem the company accountants sn been counters have done there usual and ruined everything about it including the food quality and value … all the sweet cake and fruit pie section has changed its product for inferior quality and the staff are very base level trained and mostly incompetent ! Pausa you have seen two people who will… until you go back to the quality you were famed for not be parting with any hard urned money in your store … we just voted with our feet !

Sited in Dunelm store on first floor. Cafe was clean and reasonably priced. The crumpets were very good and service efficient and friendly.

Situated in the Dunelm store, it is always good to be able to take a break and watch other people spend money. This is a very pleasant cafe, the staff are friendly and cheerful. there is a good range of cakes and pastries and as it was late afternoon some of the cakes were reduced in price. Recommended for a coffee breakduring your shopping.

Pausa cafe is situated in the Dunelm department store. It supplies a range of hot food, cakes and beverages. Shopping with a friend we paused to have a drink and cake. Service was friendly, the variety of cakes was good - had a cheese scone which was excellent. All at reasonable prices. From the cafe yopu can watch other people spending money - the best of both worlds.

I recently visited this restaurant with my family, and while the food was decent, I found the pricing for the kids' meals quite unreasonable. They charge £6.99 each for children aged 2 and 3.5 years, which seems excessive given how little young kids actually eat. At that age, they might nibble on a few items, yet we're paying nearly the full adult price of £8.99 per person. Moreover, the selection for kids is limited, making it feel even less worth the cost. I expected better value for the money, especially for such young children who hardly eat much. Not a great experience if you're dining out with little ones.

Make sure to always check your bag because they ‘forget’ to put in hash browns or fries. It’s probably not on purpose but always best to check because they consistently miss things

We had a takeaway. Noodles well over cooked, everything else was not cooked. Bloody dreadful. Whole lot went in the bin. Absolutely rubbish!
