It's Mac Donald's- not much to rate

This place has improved since I last visited. Access by can is poorly planned though.

About as good as you’re going to get from a McDonald’s. Food was fresh and hot, didn’t have to wait long. Big carpark

Server had clearly been met by a deatheater prior to his shift having all life, personality and professionalism sucked out of him. He wasn't even in uniform (maybe a random person just decided to start working in the window). Hash browns overdone, mcmuffins buns are the size of bellinis and the sausage patties were dripping with a brown liquid. Not entirely sure what their recent refurb was for.

Chips are sitting on the side for hours instead of having them fresh. Burgers are dry and instead of pickles they put jalapenos in it!

Smooth ordering in the drive thru but the food left a lot to be desired. Fab milkshake but meal and McFlurry were poor. Hardly any fries, dried up chicken select and where was the caramel on or in the festive caramel McFlurry? It was barely noticeable in complete contrast to the advertised item.

Visited during a busy lunchtime, and the seating seemed insufficient for the volume of customers. None of the self-service kiosks were working properly, so I had to stand at the counter. Ended up waiting awkwardly for five minutes while staff appeared to ignore me—just for a latte!

Went Farnham road mcd to get hot chocolate but was told there’s non left in dissatisfaction I went to bath road as it isn’t to far. Ordered 2 large hot chocolates and 1 medium upon getting home me and family members had noticed drinks are half full. This is ridiculous I’m paying for large but being giving a small same with medium was half full. It is late and I don’t have the energy to go back. Sort it out mcds you owe me 3 hot chocolates as this is ridiculous I bought large for a reason

Everytime I have ordered from here. The food is cold and they NEVER get my order right. No point in delivery service when they can’t read an order correctly

Dried up hard burger. Cold chips and ice cream poor as delivered in a small drinking cup. I assume size was guessed wrong as no mcflurry cartons.

Okay apart from self service problem

completely missed my sons order so I had to go and buy it from the restaurant and 1 drinknwas only half full because it had spilt in the bag so all the other drinks were covered in coke and sticky

delivery person decided to talk on the mobile on my drive instead of delivering order. Half the order cold

can't get an order right not the first time they got it completely wrong and missed off items would I highly recommend people avoid this place

triple cheese burger with extra cheese. what i got 3 pattys 2 slices of cheese. this place hires non English speaking low life's that can't read instructions let alone follow them. AVOID!!

Burnt over cooked chicken nuggets, who’s doing quality control on food leaving the kitchen 🤔 This place is not functioning well from what I could see and annoyed looking customer’s. Asked for refund and no will never be returning here again, I’ll stick to the Taplow branch in future

Items missing, won’t be using this rubbish again

Not very happy with my experience today. Delivery was advised between 12.35 and 1255. It came late at 1.03pm. The food was stone cold. Burger do not reheat very well. Very disappointed will think twice about using Just Eat again

They got everything wrong, missing items in burger which we added, 3 missing items along with that too and they all came cold.

“I don’t know who works there. Are they kids? Although I think kids would handle it better. Once again, my order is wrong. I was in a hurry and didn’t check it. I ordered three large meals and didn’t get any fries. There were no fries in the bag. I ordered three diet colas and received two diet and one regular. It’s impossible to communicate with these people. They act like a bunch of savages.

Funny on time but most of my order was not in the bag i ordered mighty muffin , mini hash browns and normal hash brown and tried to call and they don't even answer there phone but they quick enough to put prices up after having the refurb but not with sending food out what people have paid for

This place don’t answer the phone I order food 11.30am on just eat and still not delivered. The time keeps going up.

They're the same everywhere, which has the advantages that you know what you're getting when you order but the disadvantage that it's all very, very average everywhere.

Very unprofessional staff most of them are really rude . Poor poor service I would never recommend anyone to go there I went there few times each time I have been there they had miss something and and I think the chips smelled so bad disgusting food and service, they should be looked down with this kind of service . One star is a lot for them honestly I hope this place is going to be close for ever , or change all the worker from a to z

Service I received on the delivery process was good

1 wrap no lettuce No fruit shoot for the baby then gave us nothing to replace it. No sauce cups Chips stale and Cold No bbq sauce for chicken selects Coke lid is a lid for hot drinks Service is shocking.

Absolutely appalled. I received only 3/4 burgers and one of the chips were quarter full. My burger had a weird dent as if someone had pressed on it. Food was cold stiff and dry. I am super disappointed as this is the second time one of my items were forgotten. The food was overall poor and I want my money back.

Flat, room temperature drinks, cold unsalted fries, a stale burger bun and no bbq sauce. I wasn’t expecting 5-star food but I didn’t expect it to be THAT bad lol

A nice branch at the corner of a business park, so we sat outdoors. Very tentative staff, especially the young attendant who wiped & tidied the table for us before setting down. She's a star ✨

When i received my order from the delivery driver my coca cola was dripping heavily from the bag. My fries were freezing, as well as my mc chicken sandwich meal. Also my cheesy garlic dippers were rock hard and over done! Very ungappy with this.

as a disabled customer, I'm very disappointed in McDonald's. No point ordering from this branch in the evening. Food is always cold! They always forget the sauces to go with nuggets! Food is handled badly when packed.

Delivery left outside and drink missing.

Very few parking spaces & access is poor now. (The retail stores and most of the car park are going to be replaced with a data warehouse.) The indoor eating area & toilets were shut when we last visited.

Delivery was amazing, the guy was absolutely lovely but the drinks weren’t. The milkshakes were watery and too sweet this time to the point I couldn’t even finish it and had some sort of weird grainy like residue towards the bottom. Super disappointed👎🏻

Over priced for the quality. Dirty tables, no condiments or serviettes unless you specifically ask. Overflowing bins. Definitely a drive by experience.

Order is wrong every time! Ordered quarter pounder no cheese due to allergies. But it has cheese on it. They do not read the orders. The sticker on the burger box clearly says no cheese!!

Very unclean. Visit at 1130 so just before the lunch rush. Out of the 20 tables available, 1 was clean enough to sit at.

Food is not great, but quick and hot. We're not expecting top quality food. BUT burger sizes have gotten much smaller. The 'special' burgers used to be much bigger, but now just same size as regular burgers. Also,.... why do so many staff not bother to put the dip with cheesy bites? I have to check EVERY time.

Not a great place to eat in the evening. Mostly food delivery people waiting, not that many diners, some were not even customers. They seemed to get part of each order wrong when I was there. Wouldn’t suggest using the men’s bathroom.
