McDonald's in Slough

So my experience here has never been stellar. I have received the incorrect order here, and I have had cold food here. But not often enough to avoid this branch. The big problem at the moment is that, since reopening, there seems to be a lack of organisation here, and as a result I am often left waiting for a long time. They also prioritise the drive through to an unacceptable degree, leaving people in the restaurant waiting for an extremely long time. I often order things that should be ready to go, (double cheeseburger, medium fries etc. but I am ALWAYS left waiting when I go inside. Three bottom line is, they aren't bad enough to boycott, but they certainly need to pull their socks up here.

Ordered at the table, waited 10m, no food. When asked if my order was ready, there was no record. Checked email confirmation, which clearly showed order placed, but in H/Wycombe not Slough! Weird as I reordered a previous order in the same restaurant, checked the address, and paid. Apparently, this happens regularly in the McDo App! Manager said email head office for refund, but had to reorder. Sort your App out, McDo!

Wasn't a bad place, staff are nice was up to clean standards. Down side was chips were very undercooked but the big mac was put together perfect, no patty's hanging out, just the right amount of lettuce and sauce. Hopefully the chips was just the one off, I love a maccys chip but these were the worst I have had.

Absolutely ridiculous waited over 2 hours for this delivery which stated 25 mins on the app. I had to sort something else out & now the food is going to waste. I would like a FULL refund

Every time I order via uber Eats the food delivered is cold and the straw for the milkshake is always missing. On top of that if you call them they don't answer the call so nothing can be rectified! Will make a complaint to HQ

I spent over £40 for terrible quality food. I am very disgusted. fries were too hard to eat, drink was flat, burgers were cold so cheese congealed, chicken selects were not in the order, the nuggets and mozzarella dippers were the only edible food and the ice cream. the food must have been waiting out for a while before being delivered, the extra condiment paid for wasn't in the bag. worst food from McDonald's as usual, only ordered from them because only place open.

Easy to access from the A4 and part of a retail area. Plenty of parking and as for food etc it's a McDonalds that's it.

Food was way early and very warm and preserved with an awesome taste as always

was at "preparing order" for an HOUR!!! Eventually get it and chips are ice cold and burger has a slight hint of warmth - I live 300 metres away!!! DO JOT ORDER FROM HERE

I ordered a triple cheeseburger and it came with one beef patty. How do you manage to do that? It is a joke and the chips weren’t even full. I wouldn’t mind if it wasn’t so often, but it’s every time I order so I will not be ordering from here no more.

Was 15 minutes late from original time stated and the order was wrong.

No straws or requested sauces. Not the first time either.

The problem with bath road McDonalds is they can’t fill up a large fries container. It’s always half full. Like a medium. It’s the same with a McFlurry. Half full. Also read the order and put in the dips that we pay 70p for. It’s not that hard to do.

I very rarely visit this branch on a drive-thru. The food is always just warm or cold, and the queue is always slow. Never receive 'service with a smile' either. The taplow branch is the best by far.

For the umpteenth time, our food came without dips, despite ordering and placing a special instruction not to forget the dips on both sets of food. How can this still be happening. It is unforgivable for this to be repeated over and over again. Am at a loss to understand how this is continually being condoned by the management. Tantamount to theft!!!! To top it off the mozzarella sticks are so hard they’re inedible- shocking

Initial impressions spoiled by the car park and the order selecta machine. Car Park remarked with the Yellow Disability Bays overwritten by White Bays. The Disabled bay notices were in place but they aligned to the white Bays!! The order machine was next point of contact. It did not tell me it was out of paper until the penultimate step of the transaction. Whoever programmed the contraption didn’t bother to guide your next steps for completing a paperless transaction. Fortunately I’d hunted down a table service flag (rare and not readily available) so we just sat and waited for the food. Big Mac unpleasantly cool. Chicken crispy burger thrown together with contents more loose in the box than in the bun. The fries were good. Drinks OK, coffee and coke. Table sticky, Toilet access door spring overly powerful - small and infirm customers potentially at risk. Overall not up to the normal standard for the brand. Offset by the very high standard it had slipped from.

One of the happy meals not have a burger in it and one of the Philly burger was order with no pickle and it arrived with pickle and the Big Mac had cheese when I ordered no cheese and food was cold had to put it in the microwave

So ordered again with no onion no cheese sauce no dill pickle Just crispy i onion and cheese slices and was delivered with crispy i onion only !!!! So wrong yet again absolutely useless!!! They need to read correctly wot is asked for

Food was pretty cold. A huge amount of ice in the drink. The wrong drink was sent. I ordered Diet Coke not Coke Zero.

recent refit means ordering is now a faceless experience have to order through the ubiquitous unhygienic plastic screens. (didn’t bother ordering anything)

Giving this a 4 for food, but this is in comparison to other fast food restaurants and value for money. If Gordon Ramsey served me this, he would get a minus 1! Last II visited, the burgers were hot and tasty (again in comparison to other McDonald's and not fine dining restaurants) and the fries were fresh with the right level of crunch. This place has been recently refurbished which is good as it was awful before. Although it manages to look almost identical to before, it's a bit better. As with all McDonald's, the tables tend to be really grubby. Not really the restaurant's fault, as they do clean it, but it attracts hoardes of grubby people and it's impossible to keep up. I have scored 3 for atmosphere because I'm being generous. The McDonald's brand doesn't really know the meaning of atmosphere! There is a drive through, but it was designed by an idiot so on exit you risk crashing your car into other hungry drivers or people trying to park up. So criticisms aside (which apply to McDonald's in general and not unique to this restaurant) I give this a solid 4 as.iy is one of the better McDonald's in Slough.

The order was well delayed initial time given was 20.10pm it changed to 21.15 so a long time to wait, When order come no communication from courier. All food was cold, latte drink lukewarm so drinkable, mcflurry melting as eating it. So overall very disappointed with food & delivery.

3 mornings had breakfast every time, hash browns were cold/warm, they over make hash browns or frys then leave them in waiting area which is next to drive through serving hatch, staff in need of training

Food was nice but the customer service was terrible. Tried to use the toilets at night and they were closed/locked. Asked someone if I could use them and got told to speak to a manager. When speaking to a manager, I was told they shut the toilets at 10pm, however, the toilets had been such for a significant amount of time before that. I told them they shut them before 10 and he replied “there was an emergency cleanup in the men’s toilets”. I told him I needed to use women’s, not men’s, and he replied they shut them early for cleaning? Using any old excuse to justify why he shut the toilets early and wouldn’t let me use them, even though I saw a manager let someone who worked at Heathrow Airport use the toilets but refused me! Overall, the staff were extremely rude and unaccommodating.

Late and cold and just one happy meal was delivered

The food was just about warm when we received it ,the bbqranch stack had 2 tops of buns on it and the quarter pound cheese came with no cheese even though I ordered More cheese ,all in all not very impressed .Delivery driver had no manners either

the delivery driver was pig ignorant told me I had to pay extra because the road was closed and sat in the car and kept txtn on the app to tell me I'm outside and I have to collect my food from the car he looked like he was on drugs he had red blood shot eyes

For some reason this branch can never deliver the dips that come free, OR the additional dips that you pay for.

Seriously this place needs to sort their act out. Always getting things wrong or just cutting corners. Ordered BBQ ranch stack and it came without bacon, crispy onions and the cheese. How can they get it so wrong. Its like everytime I visit they get stuff wrong. I have ordered the double chilli cheese burger so many and so many times they have just given a normal double cheese burger. It's complete incompetence. Change the management and start again. Wrong orders and essential stuff missing from the burgers and then paying already high prices. Sort it out at McDonald’s Bath Road, Slough.

Very kind customer service and the Gagan had treat me very nicely and polite and gave me one extra I recommend anyone to come shop here

Terrible service from management when i tried to query an app order that deducted points without completing the order ! Spoken to like i was a piece of dirt.

Every time I ordered from here there’s either something missing, it’s cold or there’s hardly any chips. We have to order large chips just to get any. Last night the large was only a quarter full and none had fallen out into the bag. Where do they go!! Won’t be ordered no from here again

Good timing and food was a bit small portions

Server had clearly been met by a deatheater prior to his shift having all life, personality and professionalism sucked out of him. He wasn't even in uniform (maybe a random person just decided to start working in the window). Hash browns overdone, mcmuffins buns are the size of bellinis and the sausage patties were dripping with a brown liquid. Not entirely sure what their recent refurb was for.

Smooth ordering in the drive thru but the food left a lot to be desired. Fab milkshake but meal and McFlurry were poor. Hardly any fries, dried up chicken select and where was the caramel on or in the festive caramel McFlurry? It was barely noticeable in complete contrast to the advertised item.

Chips are sitting on the side for hours instead of having them fresh. Burgers are dry and instead of pickles they put jalapenos in it!

Visited during a busy lunchtime, and the seating seemed insufficient for the volume of customers. None of the self-service kiosks were working properly, so I had to stand at the counter. Ended up waiting awkwardly for five minutes while staff appeared to ignore me—just for a latte!

We did not receive any delivery what so ever. Very upset.

Went Farnham road mcd to get hot chocolate but was told there’s non left in dissatisfaction I went to bath road as it isn’t to far. Ordered 2 large hot chocolates and 1 medium upon getting home me and family members had noticed drinks are half full. This is ridiculous I’m paying for large but being giving a small same with medium was half full. It is late and I don’t have the energy to go back. Sort it out mcds you owe me 3 hot chocolates as this is ridiculous I bought large for a reason

Food was delivered nearly 40 minutes after delivery time, it was all cold and about 1/3 of it was missing.

the food was very cold ,and the coke was spilled all over the food and in the ice cream ,had to chuck the food as was all soggy with coke very upset ,when u have drinks in the bag you should have them in a tray not lose and laying down spilling all over the food .
