“I don’t know who works there. Are they kids? Although I think kids would handle it better. Once again, my order is wrong. I was in a hurry and didn’t check it. I ordered three large meals and didn’t get any fries. There were no fries in the bag. I ordered three diet colas and received two diet and one regular. It’s impossible to communicate with these people. They act like a bunch of savages.

Food was freezing , drink not even filled to the top, was halfway filled. Waste of money refurbishing the place.

This place don’t answer the phone I order food 11.30am on just eat and still not delivered. The time keeps going up.

They're the same everywhere, which has the advantages that you know what you're getting when you order but the disadvantage that it's all very, very average everywhere.

Very unprofessional staff most of them are really rude . Poor poor service I would never recommend anyone to go there I went there few times each time I have been there they had miss something and and I think the chips smelled so bad disgusting food and service, they should be looked down with this kind of service . One star is a lot for them honestly I hope this place is going to be close for ever , or change all the worker from a to z

Place is closed for a refurb..... about time.... Whenever I have visited the place the food has always been rank/awful..

Service I received on the delivery process was good

Absolutely appalled. I received only 3/4 burgers and one of the chips were quarter full. My burger had a weird dent as if someone had pressed on it. Food was cold stiff and dry. I am super disappointed as this is the second time one of my items were forgotten. The food was overall poor and I want my money back.

1 wrap no lettuce No fruit shoot for the baby then gave us nothing to replace it. No sauce cups Chips stale and Cold No bbq sauce for chicken selects Coke lid is a lid for hot drinks Service is shocking.

Flat, room temperature drinks, cold unsalted fries, a stale burger bun and no bbq sauce. I wasn’t expecting 5-star food but I didn’t expect it to be THAT bad lol

A nice branch at the corner of a business park, so we sat outdoors. Very tentative staff, especially the young attendant who wiped & tidied the table for us before setting down. She's a star ✨

When i received my order from the delivery driver my coca cola was dripping heavily from the bag. My fries were freezing, as well as my mc chicken sandwich meal. Also my cheesy garlic dippers were rock hard and over done! Very ungappy with this.

No point ordering from this branch in the evening. Food is always cold! They always forget the sauces to go with nuggets! Food is handled badly when packed.

Delivery was amazing, the guy was absolutely lovely but the drinks weren’t. The milkshakes were watery and too sweet this time to the point I couldn’t even finish it and had some sort of weird grainy like residue towards the bottom. Super disappointed👎🏻

Very few parking spaces & access is poor now. (The retail stores and most of the car park are going to be replaced with a data warehouse.) The indoor eating area & toilets were shut when we last visited.

Over priced for the quality. Dirty tables, no condiments or serviettes unless you specifically ask. Overflowing bins. Definitely a drive by experience.

Order is wrong every time! Ordered quarter pounder no cheese due to allergies. But it has cheese on it. They do not read the orders. The sticker on the burger box clearly says no cheese!!

Very unclean. Visit at 1130 so just before the lunch rush. Out of the 20 tables available, 1 was clean enough to sit at.

Food is not great, but quick and hot. We're not expecting top quality food. BUT burger sizes have gotten much smaller. The 'special' burgers used to be much bigger, but now just same size as regular burgers. Also,.... why do so many staff not bother to put the dip with cheesy bites? I have to check EVERY time.

Not a great place to eat in the evening. Mostly food delivery people waiting, not that many diners, some were not even customers. They seemed to get part of each order wrong when I was there. Wouldn’t suggest using the men’s bathroom.

Only got drive through so don't know much on atmosphere. Had to keep repeating what I wanted and correcting them as they got it wrong, asked for sauces twice, when I got the bag I asked if sauces were in the bag, they were just none of the ones I specifically asked for, no wait really, straight through but food was cold.

I went here for some lunch the bun was hard flys everywhere in the sauce dispenser flys = maggots dip if you dare horrible dirty experience

Today in morning at 1:44 am I was order fillet o burger and veggie burger meal take away. I reach at by 15 min walking distance and when I give veggie burger to my mom she said thi time taste is different then I check the burger it’s beaf burger. We are from Sikh religion we didn’t eat bead then I go to store again 2:20 am manager was said just sorry. I need justice I am regular Costmor of this store and one more thing they didn’t serve me coffee as well after my asking they give me coffee very bad service. I have to take action on it because my mom was not eating today because of this incident

i ordered 2 sweet chilli dips to go with our food and was hoping they wouldn't forget it, as i also paid for it (£1.70) so we can enjoy our better. To our disappointment, no sweet chillis are there to be found and instead they put bbq and sourcreamchive to replace it. i mean honestly i know the staff in mcdonalds slough bathroad may think of it as such a small matter but it isn't. We pay extra money for these dips that costs a fortune expecting it to arrive with our meal. what a let down.

Ordered big mac large meal with a-cola-cola drink and a chicken wrap meal and a tropicana orange drink. This bath road McDonalds always forgets something. This time it was the tropicana drink. I wonder why!!

Can to McDonald on my way from hospital and on the way to other appointments as a form of “fast food” because I was rushing. Service was appalling, staff just walking around not know what they doing/or not caring, lots of food on the counter without packing. The best is that they will pack first the take away/Deliveroo orders rather than serve customers waiting in the shop. Young manager Asif I believe, apologised but 10 min for a cheeseburger and fries is a bit long specially for a fast food. Good that they opened new McDonald’s in Taplow, with much better service.

I made my order through app with delivery, my order number GD185221222, I received incomplete order with MAIN sandwich missing. Bags on delivery was sealed! Clearly someone from Bath Road Retail Park made mistake, but I paid for it ! no money refund, no help, MONEY GRABERS, AVOID ! Uber eats cusstomer service is not support at all ! They won't help you, Restaurant phone number not responding.

this mcdonalds service statio in bathroad never fails to fail me.. always a missing item. how can you give out a happymeal for a kid without their drinks? was it that hard to keep in mind the drinks that comes with the meal for our kids? it takes so much time and effort just to get refund or review but i feel like i have to warn everyone about your service. and you can keep your fruitshoot.
