My disappointment with the gluten-free pizza I recently ordered. I order my gluten-free pizza with vegan cheese. The pizza arrived in good timing. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that the pizza had very little condiment concentrated in the middle, leaving the rest of the pizza dry and unappetizing. As someone with a gluten intolerance, I rely on gluten-free options to enjoy meals without health concerns. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling neglected and dissatisfied. I believe that everyone, regardless of dietary restrictions, deserves to enjoy a well-prepared meal. I hope you can address this issue to ensure better quality and consistency in the future.

Really disappointed. Ordered at 21 21 collected at 21.56 and pizzas were cold and seemed to have been sat for a while. Definitely not freshly made. Garlic bread was nice but that's the only thing that was nice

We have ordered from here a number of times but it seems to have gone down hill lately. This time it was tasteless and on further inspection there was virtually no tomato on the base. I don't even get the emails asking me for my views afterwards.

I ordered at roughly 10:45 not realising they closed at 11, they proceeded to accept my order and never deliver it. I tried calling 4-5 times after and no answer.

There are no tables or seats to wait for the pizzas to be ready. The service is quite quick and the staff is friendly but as an Italian I can't say that the pizzas are good: I only go there when I'm late from work because it's the only place that stays open after 9pm. With this I don't want to denigrate the quality of this specific place but rather the entirety of these pizzeria chains: the pizza is really heavy and a slice of this dough is equivalent to eating an entire Italian pizza on a plate. In my case I took a simple L size margherita and I wanted to try the filling on the crust but even though I ate a lot, by the second slice I was already more than full. I therefore recommend the smaller size if you are alone and please avoid strange toppings because they are an insult to Italian culture. I have been visiting this store for years and I am extremely disappointed with the bad service I was given today The guy was so unhelpful and had a very bad attitude. You really should be careful who is representing your brand.

Vegan uncooked pizza and the cheese absolutely disgusting. Moshing went to complain the man was so damn rude. Never been there before and will never again. I should of read the reviews echos my whole experience. Save you money and go elsewhere and get better value for money.

Normally my order is perfect, this time however it arrived warm, cheese was already going hard. Only ate half had to throw the rest away. Disappointed!!

The driver was very respectful and refused to deliver to my door step.. I will prefer to never have him ever deliver my order again. there is a reason why I paid for delivery not a collection, so I don’t know why I had to be arguing with a delivery man to properly deliver my order. Over all the food was good and delivery was fast but delayed because of the disrespectful and lazy delivery man

They have maintained the signature taste of Papa John's pizza's but ambience & location needs to be worked out.

I love Papa Johns and was pleased when this store opened. However the current management is terrible and when I pointed out the peri peri chicken poppers looked nothing like their picture and my large pizza was incorrect they just shrugged their shoulders. They then agreed to make the correct pizza while we waited, so I asked for a whole fresh order so it was all hot and they declined. Still waiting for my refund !

I had this on Saturday and started to feel really ill and then started to be sick all night body aches delivered fast though that night I ended up having tummy pains then the next day I’ve thrown up and can’t stop having the runs I also have body aches disappointment because I had this pizza before I hope hygiene is up to scratch because people getting ill

Not enough beef on the pizza. Delivered nice and hot and spicy. Shame about the meat quantity, i only had a few pieces of the beef on the whole pizza. Disappointed.

Had a takeaway from here with my parents and it was awful. We got Peri Peri Chicken and garlic bread to start and then half vegetarian and half pepperoni for main. Peri peri chicken had no spice. Garlic bread was okay. Pizza was the wrong kind of crust (we’d ordered thin not stuffed). We could not finish it because it was very doughy and ended up leaving a bad taste in our mouths.

I don't think these guys are aware of what the reward system is about. Loyal customers earn points on purchases which can be used to purchase from the company, they treat you like a beggar for using their 'rewards'. The system is designed to reward customers and earn repeat business, win-win, right? They burnt my son's pizza, a huge hole through it and said 'but it's free'. Never using them again, they are so rude and condescending to customers, falling so short of papa John's standards.

First visit to a Papa John's. Away from home so came here for late dinner. Very good, tasty pizzas. Nice crust & plenty of toppings. Certainly don't like the potato tots tho......are they meant to taste like that ?!? With THAT texture ?!? Not for us, I'm afraid. £30 for 2 pizzas & 2 (horrid) sides is quite pricey tho, it should ALL be excellent for that money...! Good staff with a sense of humour, oh yea - we were served by Superman !! 😀

Best pizza in the SL Post code full stop! Great taste. Fresh.. Followed special dietary requirements when asked. All top guys in this place.. very polite and nice to customers. Definitely recommend 👌

Don't even know the difference between large and xxl. 1 inch slice to make up xxl. Basically if u ordering large or xxl u would the same thing. Close to a medium even!

I’m sorry to say that your pizza I ordered was not correct firstly there was too much mozzarella on the pizza and secondly I asked for extra ham & pineapple and again there was hardly anything

My order was left outside my front door for over 20mins with no message saying it had arrived stone cold and the restaurant didn’t want to know or help! I will never use again very very poor

Driver didn’t knock on my door, proceeded to wait in his car for ages and then delivered and food was freezing, I order off Uber eats all the time and never complain but I am very disappointed

This Papa Johns is dirty and the pizza is of a lower quality.

Never gone wrong with a Papa Johns. They deliver within 40 mins consistently, drivers are lovely people, food always comes piping hot and fresh. Been using them for almost 20 years since they had the little pop-out cardboard vouchers on their pizza boxes.. I always have problems with other pizza places; dominos, pizza hut (order doesn't turn up or it turns up room-temp and kind of dry tasting) but Papa Johns never fails to please. Food is brilliant. Staff are brilliant. Only ever picking Papa Johns again.

So i see the matey get up off his phone straight into makong the pizza. No washing hands poking his fingers all about the dough. Then the other fella from the till was sprikling the topping on, same deal. thats 20 unwashed fingers in 1 pizza thats only 6 slices big. It did look dank but i dashed it still. 1*

I ordered my food to come at a certain time so that I could get home from work and settle before receiving my food. Papa John's then made it and sent it off to arrive at my home an hour earlier than I had scheduled. What's the point on setting a specific time if they're just going to send it whenever they want anyways? Needless to say I had to Microwave my food after taking it in from my porch where they had to leave it because I wasn't home!

I get deliveries v regularly from here. They are fast, v polite and friendly; and I rarely tip!... The food is really v good quality and the managers treats from time to time are such a nice gesture..I highly recommend you try if u enjoy fresh dough pizza!

Ordered vegan cheese & tomato small pizza. 6 slices! Nice and hot. Yummy and delicious. BBQ chicken wings - very hot and saucy! Always excellent food.

Absolutely horrified to find upon collecting my pizza that the staff were not wearing masks and I witnessed the staff shaking hands with an unmasked customer.

Best Pizza we have had in a long time

All the food was hot and in time. No drinks delivered as apparently I didn’t order any. I wasn’t showed the receipt by driver and the complete order was on side of boxes ?. This has now completely put me off this place I won’t ever order from here again. Not impressed

One of the worst experiences related to food restaurants. We ordered pizza from Papa Johns on 19/09/20 at 16:00. My wife noted the fly in My Child's pizza piece in the middle of melted cheese. The picnic ruined and all family in the shock. I called to the Papa Johns at 17:04 and very rude papa John employee answered the call. I explained the situation and he told me that he is not dealing with the complaint, and I need to complain by email and dropped the phone without letting me to finishing questioning. I called the second time at 17:07 and I complained that his behaviour and attitude is not acceptable. He started to shout on my and started his monologue without, let me say anything. We are not sure if our kid consumed any fly. However, he was not feeling well on the following day. Papa John BANNED from my list!

Food delivered 2 hours late. When it got here, they got half the order wrong. Mistake was made by the restaurant and they apologised but didn’t offer a refund or even a discount. Just Eat gave me £5 off my next order. Quite disappointing as the food was okay.

Rang to order pizza spoke with totally uninterested member of staff Yusef . Obviously didn't want to be there. Asked why he was rude and his name refused Manager not in . Ended call when he became argumentative. Called back hoping someone else would answer refused to take order as I was rude to him !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered on line arrived . Last time will take monthly order elsewhere

Had a larhe hawaian and a bottle of pop and it was terrific. You get to see the guys making and spinning the dough by hand and the bread is excellent

Good place. It's never crowded, the pizza is same standard as the other Papa John's and the orders are ready fast.

Can’t fault the service, my food arrived early the driver was polite even after I forgot to give the correct delivery post code. Good was good arrived hot. Over all I would definitely order from this shop again if I wanted a pizza.
