Nice staff and always good pizza

Very friendly staff and the food is fresh as always

They have maintained the signature taste of Papa John's pizza's but ambience & location needs to be worked out.

I love Papa Johns and was pleased when this store opened. However the current management is terrible and when I pointed out the peri peri chicken poppers looked nothing like their picture and my large pizza was incorrect they just shrugged their shoulders. They then agreed to make the correct pizza while we waited, so I asked for a whole fresh order so it was all hot and they declined. Still waiting for my refund !

I had this on Saturday and started to feel really ill and then started to be sick all night body aches delivered fast though that night I ended up having tummy pains then the next day I’ve thrown up and can’t stop having the runs I also have body aches disappointment because I had this pizza before I hope hygiene is up to scratch because people getting ill

BEST PIZZA IN EXISTENCE!!! THEIR DIP IS AMAZING AND THEIR SLOGAN IS TRUE! THERE ARE NO CHEMICALS!!

Had a takeaway from here with my parents and it was awful. We got Peri Peri Chicken and garlic bread to start and then half vegetarian and half pepperoni for main. Peri peri chicken had no spice. Garlic bread was okay. Pizza was the wrong kind of crust (we’d ordered thin not stuffed). We could not finish it because it was very doughy and ended up leaving a bad taste in our mouths.

I don't think these guys are aware of what the reward system is about. Loyal customers earn points on purchases which can be used to purchase from the company, they treat you like a beggar for using their 'rewards'. The system is designed to reward customers and earn repeat business, win-win, right? They burnt my son's pizza, a huge hole through it and said 'but it's free'. Never using them again, they are so rude and condescending to customers, falling so short of papa John's standards.

Rude delivery driver did not ring the buzzer and told us we can’t order from here again but we’ve ordered so many times from them very rude delivery person

First visit to a Papa John's. Away from home so came here for late dinner. Very good, tasty pizzas. Nice crust & plenty of toppings. Certainly don't like the potato tots tho......are they meant to taste like that ?!? With THAT texture ?!? Not for us, I'm afraid. £30 for 2 pizzas & 2 (horrid) sides is quite pricey tho, it should ALL be excellent for that money...! Good staff with a sense of humour, oh yea - we were served by Superman !! 😀

Don't even know the difference between large and xxl. 1 inch slice to make up xxl. Basically if u ordering large or xxl u would the same thing. Close to a medium even!

This Papa Johns is dirty and the pizza is of a lower quality.

Never gone wrong with a Papa Johns. They deliver within 40 mins consistently, drivers are lovely people, food always comes piping hot and fresh. Been using them for almost 20 years since they had the little pop-out cardboard vouchers on their pizza boxes.. I always have problems with other pizza places; dominos, pizza hut (order doesn't turn up or it turns up room-temp and kind of dry tasting) but Papa Johns never fails to please. Food is brilliant. Staff are brilliant. Only ever picking Papa Johns again.

ordered from here a few times, really nice food, always hot, always on time.

So i see the matey get up off his phone straight into makong the pizza. No washing hands poking his fingers all about the dough. Then the other fella from the till was sprikling the topping on, same deal. thats 20 unwashed fingers in 1 pizza thats only 6 slices big. It did look dank but i dashed it still. 1*

Quality of pizza has declined over last couple of years.

We always add toppings to personalise our pizza and there have never been any mistakes when ordering here. Food is prepared where you can see it (behind glass) and has always been ready to collect. Good deals available.

I get deliveries v regularly from here. They are fast, v polite and friendly; and I rarely tip!... The food is really v good quality and the managers treats from time to time are such a nice gesture..I highly recommend you try if u enjoy fresh dough pizza!

Absolutely horrified to find upon collecting my pizza that the staff were not wearing masks and I witnessed the staff shaking hands with an unmasked customer.

Great pizzas recommend to everyone

One of the worst experiences related to food restaurants. We ordered pizza from Papa Johns on 19/09/20 at 16:00. My wife noted the fly in My Child's pizza piece in the middle of melted cheese. The picnic ruined and all family in the shock. I called to the Papa Johns at 17:04 and very rude papa John employee answered the call. I explained the situation and he told me that he is not dealing with the complaint, and I need to complain by email and dropped the phone without letting me to finishing questioning. I called the second time at 17:07 and I complained that his behaviour and attitude is not acceptable. He started to shout on my and started his monologue without, let me say anything. We are not sure if our kid consumed any fly. However, he was not feeling well on the following day. Papa John BANNED from my list!

Order over an hour late. Tried to call them constantly to find out what was going on, they would answer the phone, (i could hear the background noise) then they'd hang up. Unreliable poor service

Rang to order pizza spoke with totally uninterested member of staff Yusef . Obviously didn't want to be there. Asked why he was rude and his name refused Manager not in . Ended call when he became argumentative. Called back hoping someone else would answer refused to take order as I was rude to him !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered on line arrived . Last time will take monthly order elsewhere

Had a larhe hawaian and a bottle of pop and it was terrific. You get to see the guys making and spinning the dough by hand and the bread is excellent

Good place. It's never crowded, the pizza is same standard as the other Papa John's and the orders are ready fast.

Close to my work I don't love this place but good store and nice hot tasty pizza shame about there formidable sauce

Hard to find a good Pizza Place in Slough that has not be messed up with bugs and god know what ! went here for the 1st time and got great services and you can watch you pizza being made! Went for the thin pan chicken, Mushroom, Olives and sweetcorn ! and the pizza looked the part ! taste good and just looked fresh! was not keen on the garlic butter but the bafflo sauce was nice and spicy.... I shall be back ! make more items HALAL!!! Thank you

ordered online, poor quality not like other papa johns. Chicken wings were abominable trust me, i dont normally write reviews, just order from Dominoes.

We absolutely loved it here. It's fast food and really salty (so you will be dry!), but it's fast food- what do you expect! We have a family member who doesn't like pizza sauce so we asked if they could do a garlic base instead. They were very accommodating and whipped us up a pizza. Very helpful. Fast service and tasty food!

Very bad service gave wrong toppings on the pizza and on top the manager was so rude and did not replace the pizza saying they can’t do anything will not order again.

Awful service, not using gloves, touching everything with their hands and delaying the order.... Overall a very unpleasant experience. Not recommending anyone to go there.

Asked that they not deliver to the house but phone as they arrive as I would be out back and didn't want to disturb people inside. Even phoned to make sure these instructions were understood and still they brought it to the house. 45 minutes late too!

Lush food as always but was gutted I was 2pots short of their amazing garlic dip!

The pizza tasted like soap, it was really poor quality! Food arrived very hot and the delivery was really quick. I wouldn’t order from here again due to the awful pizza.

Always love papa johns. But surely there is a better way of delivering your garlic knots? Always come dripping/leaking out of the box. Please find another way or I’ll have to stop ordering them. Also normally we are provided with a free dip with a pizza, mine appeared to be missing today, if I knew I wasn’t getting one I would of ordered one

Good pizza however sadly did not get simple order right. Asked for veg pizza no mushrooms and paid for extra olives. Had mushrooms arrive with no extra olives that we paid at exorbitant extra cost for...

I’m not stranger to a pizza being greasy but some slices were so greasy that I nearly vomited.

Pizza was good but the edges of the brownie was burnt which was very disappointing as expensive

Absolutely fabulous! Food came early, was piping hot as if it had just come out the oven and delivery person was polite and had told me to have a nice evening. 10/10 will be ordering from papa johns again. it’s not often that people can find our house but seems like you had no trouble x

Ordered extra garlic dip but got garlic and herb instead. Mildly annoying but all in all the food was fine.

Pizza was not cut properly, no support in middle so pizza squashed into box. Ordered sweetcorn x 4 pieces but we received one sweetcorn cut into tiny sections. Laughable!

Food was Luke warm and dry. Delivery driver was trying to make me collect it from him even tho it was a DELIVERY

Delivery was horrible, I called the restaurant one and a half hour after placing the order and they told me the driver couldn't find the place and didn't bother to call. Half an hour later I was able to get my pizza but I had to walk around the block to pick it up. And this was not the first time it happened. 6 out of 10 times I had to get out of the building to pick up my pizza but somehow it was delivered to my door other 4 times. They should really do something about the delivery.

Delivery was early but as I'd requested delivery in the middle of rush hour I can kinda understand why it was delivered at that time. No complaints with food quality.

I eat a lot from papa johns. Great evertime. But recently quality has has been slipping. Today the toppings were falling off the pizza when we try to eat it. My daughter couldn't eat more than on slice. Not great. Just brought id let you know

Nice and early, lovely driver and as always the quality of the food was fantastic!

Pizza was wonderful and arrived way earlier than I was told which was GREAT. Real ham hock and fresh pineapple on my Hawaiian puts other pizza places to shame. Will def use again. Only tiny criticism and suggestion. Why so few mushrooms? I paid £1.25 for extra mushrooms, they are not an expensive topping like meat ones and I got one slice per slice which amounts to about 1 and a half mushrooms! They are my fave topping so please, why so few? If had been a good helping, would have been 5 stars all round. Thanks.

The Pizza was amazing, arrived lovely and hot, couldnt fault it, Just perfect. The driver was brilliant, made contact to say he was on his way! A happy driver, wished us a good weekend. Nice guy, a credit to your company.

Ordered at 21.05 telling my my delivery time was 21.50 got to 22.10 and had a phone call asking for the address as they had gone to the wrong address and then they eventually arrived at 22.30 pizza was cold and overall.

The 30% off was a bonus. Pizzas were lovely, not greasy. Delivery was on time and driver friendly and polite. Definitely order again.

Better than any other pizza I've had!

I ordered piri chicken they didn't have any. They called to let me know.. which was great I then asked for hot pepperoni passion with mushrooms. I got no pepperoni or mushroom just veg. Dissapointed!

I live 6.5 miles from here so wasn't expecting a piping hot pizza but it was hot enough when delivered & 15mins early too! Great "all the meats" pizza & tasty sweet BBQ chicken wings :)

Took a little longer than I initially expected but the food arrived hot and was freshly cooked. Only thing I didn't like was the garlic dip, other than that, it was enjoyable.

I've ordered from this store plenty of times and this pizza was by far the worst I've had. Sadly it's ruined my experience ordering again.

Online says not able to deliver to my address yet can on Just Eat but without any of the discounts they offer. Order was 20 minutes late. Food was alright, nothing amazing, perfectly edible but nothing to get excited about either.

Food was hot and tasting amazing. One item was missing from our order which the restaurant agreed to refund, but then we got a knock on the door at 22:30 and it was our missing item. We refused to take it as we'd got a refund but then moments late he knocked again and said it was free.

Delicious pizza. Good value for money.

I'm so happy with how quickly my order was delivered and the quality of the food! Very pleased.

Really good however ordered cheese and bacon sticks and there was no bacon.
