(Yhe one on barricks road next to dominoes) We Went for my sons birthday and they did not disapoint their loaded steak fries were lovely and their milkshapes are next level. Not the cheapest place to go but was a nice treat out. The staff were brilliant with my kids and i could not fault them.

Absolutely top service , went for my son’s birthday the staff and manager were lovely and even treated my boys to cake and sweets. Food was delicious. 10/10

Food and service first class and with a smile as well definitely use this place again when back in town and bring family as well

Couldn’t face another disappointing maccys so thought I’d try Patty’s. I had the “Smokey one” and “Jalapeño cheese bites”. Really enjoyed the meal and far better quality food than Maccys for similar priced items. A proper burger finally and red hot fresh cheese bites. Goodbye cold maccys fries! Get yourself down to Patty’s people.

The food was amazing. The young lady was smiley and very helpful.The food was given very quickly. The quality of the food was great ...as always! Would be coming again☺️

If you come here in your car you will have to pay for parking as you can't stop outside, basically it's too expensive your looking at 15 to 20 quid for burger chips milk shake ,service slow and as always everyone goes to MacDonalds or goes bk to maccies cos it's value for money especially in this day and age ,u take family of 4 of u to maccies less than 20 quid for those 4 meals which consist of quarter pounder chips and milkshake...it's a no brainer compared to 65 to 80 quid for same meal.i give this shop 6 months like the last one that opened up in castle by kirkhams they don't learn there's a money crisis going on.

1 star as im unable to put 0 stars! Terrible service, after 55 minutes they cancelled the order with no explanation. Im still waiting for a refund. No wonder they've got bad reviews. Communication goes a long way. AVOID!!!!!

Paid 42 pound for an order that half of was missing! No answer on any of the numbers this place needs shutting down 14.80 for a burger that had no sides with it!!! Hurrendous establishment. Dirty fries came with a spoon full of chilli con carne on n nothing else complete rip off scamming t**ts

Ordered on Saturday evening at 6:30 and it still hadn’t arrived by 8:30 - called the restaurant numerous time with no answer.

STOP RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS!!! The place is not operating from the premises listed on its website or on Google. Deliveries are almost 1.5 hours late (see other reviews too), none of the contact numbers listed are in use, and no refunds are offered even after failed deliveries. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Two expensive,poorly done Burgers that arrived Cold! With Two highly priced Milkshakes that were of watery consistency. The fries we ordered never came with our delivery, all for the grand price of £25. Will never order from here again.

Price is very expensive for the type of cuisine they are offering can get a burger and chips in this location in Newcastle under Lyme about 50--75% cheaper then they are offering.

Bought a take-away from here via UberEats last night, when it didn't arrive on time I sent a request for a new time via the app which never came through and then proceeded to call the establishments phone number, although that didn't work either as it is out of service, even thier online ordering systems number is a off-shore number charging ludicrous amounts to your phone bill and was avaliable out of office hours. Very poor, the food was never arrived and with no way to contact the restaurant I reported it to Uber whom have issued a full refund to me. Will not be buying here again, I advise you keep your distance too.

Really nice burgers i had a party n shake special omg wow that coke with a load of chips and a milk shake reasonable price big portions definitely be going back

Went at lunchtime. Place was empty with an odd smell. Was told by staff they were “closed” although the sign said they were open. Second staff member said to come back in 15 minutes without explaining why. Very bizarre experience but just as well given the smell in there. Wasted trip.

I have read reviews about here so thought we’d give it a try.We had the nacho’s with chilli.What a disappointment.For the price.Should be more meat etc instead of dry nacho’s.Wrong dip’s were sent,the smallest portion of fries I have seen.Very very disappointed and a complete waste of money

Heard about this place which is situated at the end of Newcastle main shopping street...Opposite art of Siam, hippy shake. As you walk down towards old Sainsbury’s. Very small inside but approximately 7 tables. Can order at counter or wait to be served. Good choice of burgers both beef and chicken. Different types of Fries and shakes. Found the food to be ok. Was good but nothing to really shout about. The chicken was luke warm. Reasonably priced so would use again but would try the beef next time.

Amazing food great service couldn't think of anywhere else to order from quality for money highly recommend. Fast delivery police customer service.

Completely disappointed. Chicken burger was so gristly I couldn’t eat it. It made me feel sick. The table was sticky. The staff a collection of teenage girls couldn’t have been less interested just hanging around chatting. The ketchup and mayo was vile cheap stuff. The only good thing was the milkshake. Yeah overall a complete waste of money.

Wanted to try the new burger place. Had a lovely meal. Had to ask for our drinks though. Very pleasant staff.

When I first entered, we weren't sure if we should sit or go straight to the register and we weren't really directed as of what to do as the staff looked on, so that was a bit awkward. However, when we ordered and were seated, the staff were incredibly friendly and the food was even better. What really made my meal was the fact that whoever's playlist was on in the shop, it was awesome - really set the mood for a chill meal.

As we walked in the staff were sitting round a table chatting amongst themselves. We sat down and one got up and we were asked to move and we were placed next to the hot, sunny window which was not pleasant. The table was sticky and the floor was not very clean. The decoration is pretty cool however.The food was okay. The burger bun was not toasted enough which resulted in soggy bread and the nachos had no real cheese and too much cheese sauce. The milkshakes were delicious and the food came out very quick though and was quite cheap so that was good.The staff were friendly enough. My drink was forgotten which I had to ask for and when I went to pay they didn't remember my order.Potential is there but lots to work on.

Saw this place advertised on fb and wasnt aware of it so decided to take my kids there for tea. Milkshake was fab, really strawberryish, food was all cooked fresh, presented well, cooked lovely, loved the seasoned fries.

Decided to try this place out after seeing it advertised on Facebook.My friend and I both ordered the chicken burger. The chicken was really moist and tasted delicious, maybe a bit too much mustard (that's just personal taste). The fries are seasoned and really tasty.Soft drinks are refillable, good value. My friend ordered a tea, which was served in a latte glass with the milk already added. Really, this should be served separately.Overall, we enjoyed our lunch and will return.

Went for cheesey fries plus a strawberry shake.The fries arrived without the cheese at first. I commented and they took them away and added some grated mozzarella and brought them back. Would have preferred to have the cheese melted personally.Strawberry shake was great, full of flavour and very rich & creamy.The smokey burger was served in a glass dome filled with smoke, quite cool!I'm spoilt by eating burgers in London at some of the top places. These were good but not quite as good as the best around.Very reasonable prices for what we had.Would go back.
