Great food at a great price for London. Customer service is excellent, friendly, made good suggestions and asked if the food was okay when our faces weren't full with burger. Highly rated the 'Patty o'bun' dirty and delicious.

Awful food and rubbish service. Don’t put enough meat inside the bun. Be aware they add OPTIONAL service charge onto your bill without telling you! When I called up to question why they did they didn’t understand the word optional which is more concerning. Dishonest and average. As a foreigner I felt uncomfortable eating in there Overpriced for the quality of food. £25 for a tiny burger wrapped in paper and a small portion of chips! You’re better going to somewhere like Blacklock in Soho or Covent Garden which is premium meat for the same price for a burger. Will never be returning back here again. I regret coming here

Nice little place. Was nice to go back after a couple of years. Chips are great and good juicy burger. Soda was good too. The waitress gave the attitude that she really didn't care, but all was provided.

It's such a nice place. Arguably the best burger I've ever had. The environment was very welcoming, with nice lighting and music. The waitress was so kind as well. :)

One of the beautiful restaurants that serves delicious burgers and the staff are very polite. Although the restaurant is small, there were 6 of us. We got a table quickly. We all loved the food. It is written on the sign that it is halal food. A branch has been opened in Dubai.

Absolutely all the burgers and Winger Winger Chicken are simply wow! A place with a great location in the very center of London. Head Chef Damian, whom I had the pleasure of meeting and his entire team, at the highest level. I will definitely come back!

It was really really good. The vegan burger was fantastic, good luck beating that. Fries could have been better, cooked well but maybe too much salt/herbs? Drinks were fantastic, service too. I finally had the chance to try this spot today, which had been on my list for a while. I ordered the medium-cooked Ari Gold burger with caramelized onions, chipotle coleslaw, and hand-cut chips on the side. The only downside for me was the use of regular lettuce instead of iceberg, which I typically prefer in burgers. This was probably the juiciest burger I’ve ever had, with an excellent balance of flavors. I had to be careful while eating to avoid the juices dripping on me. The chipotle in the coleslaw was a nice touch, making it one of the best coleslaws I’ve had. The hand-cut chips were tasty and crispy but came in a small portion and were mostly small, broken pieces, almost like potato crumbs. The place was fully packed, which seemed like proof of how good the burgers are here.

Phenomenal wings. That’s it. Also the heating outside was really good (we had to sit outside because of my dog)

Burgers small, cramped umcomfortable place

The store is small, so you have to be close to the person next to you, and you have to be careful with your luggage, so I gave the atmosphere a 4 star rating. The service is very kind. I ordered the truffle burger and fries, and my daughter ordered the top burger and nuggets on the menu. The burger meat and fries were delicious, but the nuggets were particularly average. The staff are very nice. I think it's one of the best among burger chains. It gets pretty crowded around lunchtime, so if you plan on going, it's best to make a reservation.

Friendly staff, only very limited space

If the restaurant owner respects Arab tourists, he should look at the waitress, she was talking badly about us for a long time and laughing, in addition to that she gave us an incomplete order with a lot of salt, and when we asked her name she refused, this is evidence that she knows what she did wrong, she treats all non-foreigners kindly, but foreigners with racism.

The restaurant says halal food, but ask them to remove the bacon. I think it is pork because I heard someone asking about the type of bacon. If it is beef or pork, as if I heard that it is pork, check with them before you do not add it to your order. I liked the beef burger more than the chicken, but I removed the BBQ mayonnaise from it and replaced it with mayonnaise. With regular mayonnaise. The burger does not come as a meal, so you have to order fries on the side. Of course, I will try again, but by ordering a beef burger

I got the monthly special burger (Cheesus the remix) it was UNREAL!! The beef brisket was tender and seasoned well! I also got the buttermilk winger winger, it had a really nice crisp to it! The atmosphere in James street P&B was vibey…really good playlist!

A small/medium size Patty&Bun restaurant serving delicious burgers with fast and friendly service.

The service was so bad compared to other P&B restaurants I’ve been to; I felt ignored multiple times - when waiting to be seated, waiting to order and waiting for the bill.

Ordered Lambshank, Cut Chips and Chicken Nuggets. The burger was absolutely horrible, maybe it just didn’t suit my taste but it definitely wasn’t something I could have a second bite of. Honestly, it’s 2 stars just for the sides, service and food presentation but other than that, wouldn’t even rate it 1. Was really surprised that the waiter didn’t even bother to ask about my experience.

Food was great and quite affordable for central London. Service was excellent, they were so sweet and helpful to the lady next to us with two babies. We loved Diana who really made the place feel like home.

The staff are very rude. I really like the restaurant and visit it more than once every year. But this time I was very upset with the staff, their treatment and their rudeness. Please take action and I will not come back again until this miserable staff changes.

We visited on a Saturday around 1800 and were able to find a seat inside near the door. Our order was taken as soon as we were ready and the food arrived within 10-15 minutes. The burger was nice and juicy and the fries were crispy. We both felt full afterwards (unlike when you go to somewhere like McDonald's). The only thing we didn't like was the volume of the music. The speakers are in each corner of the room and wee were sitting beneath one. This makes it difficult to have a conversation without raising your voice. I would definitely go again if I was shopping on Oxford street. But hopefully will find a seat towards the centre of the room.

I ordered the Ari gold burger (beef) and hot chic (chicken). The Ari gold was very good but the bun was ok. The hot chic burger was not good to be honest. The choleslaw had a weird taste like wasabi. I wouldn’t order it again. Their fries was ok, not crunchy but ok.

Nothing bad to say about the place, the service or the food, they were great. In fact... the food was extremely tasty my kids (who are normally picky eaters), finished everything in front of them. The problem was the loud music! Busy day touring around London, looking forward to having an end of day quick meal with my wife and kids, hoping to chat about what we did. This was not the case. Music was way way too loud!. I asked a staff member to turn it down, who obliged me, but it was turned back up immediately. I asked another staff member to turn it down a second time... gave me a thumbs up and never did. Pity... overall great place, but if its a sit down and chat you are looking for then I'm afraid you won't get it. I get the impression the plan here is to keep the music loud... feed the customer who is uncomfortable with the loud music and leaves quicker than planned, clearing the table sooner for another customer. If the atmosphere was better for a chat, then the customer would stay longer and hold up tables. Hey... that's just my take. All the best 👍🏻

Really great burger that wasn't too greasy. The fries with mayo were also very tasty. Drinking homemade lemonade with it was ok. Overall, absolutely recommendable, worth every cent.

Gets quiet busy, make sure to book in advance to avoid disappointment. Lovely friendly service with a smile. Went with a group of 8, managed to try a few of the sides. The vegan brisket fries worth a try along with the wings! Went for the mushroom burger, which was preety decent. Gets the job done. Will try the lambshank on my next visit

Music very noisy and safety to set inside

The chicken burger and cheese balls were tasty, but the service was lacking! I wanted to sit outdoor, but they reused my request!!

We were looking forward to a delicious burger. Regardless of the fact that you have to order yourself using a QR code at the table, but with a tip of over 5 pounds, the food was really not worth it. The burgers were quite small, simply wrapped in paper and really didn't taste anything special. There are no cutlery or plates either. The fries tasted ok but none of the fries were longer than 2cm. Looked like it was the leftovers from the bag. And it's unfair for 2 x burgers, 1 x fries and 2 x beer over €50, which is really a price given the quality. So it wasn't ours. Too bad.
