Food was really great and Owner and he’s son were really kind and professional

Food was mid at best and my drinks were missing called up just to see if they could be delivered and was made out to be a liar what a joke of a place never again

Chips no salt and vinegar, even though asked for. Batter soft, not good at all. Used to really like going to Pats pizza but not anymore disappointed

Luke warm chips. Had to re cook in the air fryer. Would have been better of cooking my own.

Just ordered a portion of chips and almost unedible. Re fryied a million times and lot's of greasy hard small scrap chips. Utterly dreadful. Will never eat there again. That's the 3rd time been let down by horrible chips. Avoid

Just collected my halftray of med veg and paneer pizza. I am definitely ordering it again despite living in MK. The chicken wings were quite spicy (spicier than other chicken shops) but rather quite big in size, other than that all was great. Definitely ordering again.

Just had fish & chips delivered. Beautiful white cod, well cooked and really nice. Am in love with the milkshakes! Real shame about the chips, though. I’d rather have fresh chips than the ones that were cooked an hour ago and have just been sitting there getting harder by the minute.

Pat's is a staple for us. Always reasonable prices with good food

I've been using Pats for over 2 years, it started off brilliant and we would order almost every weekend. I would rave about it to everyone. However the last 3 or 4 orders have been a huge let down. Cold, items missing, (no money back) pizza is really hard and dry, and the chips look and taste as if they are old ones refried. Inedible I did complain about this, and the person on phone agreed to a free order next time. When I called next time they said no. The offers aren't seen on the website but come through on phone/text. When you order online, it won't allow the offers or promotions to be added. We won't be having Pats again as we have found somewhere that suits us better. It's a shame as they used to be best around.

Worst pizza ever, don’t bother 0 stars

Ordered a garlic cheese 'pizza', which is actually just a pizza shaped garlic bread. Told that I should of ordered the plain jane if I wanted a 'pizza'! with cheese and garlic. Be clearer on your menu and not make people guess. Thought I'd give it a try when I got back home, but it was not good. Never buy from this place again.

Welcoming busy pub with mostly local trade

Ordered, waited for an hour and 45 mins which was late for the pizza. We then rang up to the lady being rude and disrespectful on the phone and clearly very unprofessional. To then the pizza turning up cold, the fish and chips were soggy. tried to call up and complain but it was just rudeness and given to a lady who didn’t speak a word of English and was talking to people in the background instead of taking in my complaint. Truly unhappy! Please avoid this at all costs.

Awful . Ordered several times from here . Now we are no longer ordering. Four separate occasions the order has been incorrect. Only continued to order due to it being on our door step, we both work a lot ! Given lamb instead of chicken. I found in my last order a chilli which looked half eaten. Called the store to let them know how disgusting this was . Refused to accept acknowledgement of the wrong order or the chilli. Accused myself and partner of not being truthful . I then explained to her my partner doesn't even like lamb and would never order it . I most certainly would not lie about the chilli !! Cucumber was old and dry. I have taken pictures for proof of chilli and Cucumber.

Ordered for my child's party. Asked if are they sure to do so because it was before they were open and not only did they not turn up but had no communication to say they weren't coming, I had 20 hungry children waiting for pizza, so I had to ring dominoes and they delivered so quickly, very unhappy and disappointed with pats pizza!

Best shish combi, top service. Regular go to for takeaway

Food was an hour late, the lady was rude when I called to enquire where it was, when it finally arrived it was cold and barely edible. The kebab was undercooked, no garlic sauce just smothered in mayo. Chicken nuggets weren't cooked properly, pizza was stone cold as were the rock hard chips. Grim. Never again!

If i want a kebab then its Pat's every time. I have had plenty from different places but Pats is by far the best. Perfect option on your salad choices and served separately from you pita and meat. 10\10 everytime.

I've had a few chicken shish kebabs from Pat's and I have to say the food is spot on. The food is plentiful, always warm and really tasty. If you want a good kebab then go to Pats!

Hot and spicy fillet chicken was a disappointment. Not hot or spicy or a fillet and pizza was a bit greasy. 4 stars is for the chips. Really tasty and we'll cooked.

Thought I'd try this tonight for the first time, ordered chips and pizza and after waiting over an hour it finally arrived and luckily was still fairly warm, the chips were decent enough but the pizza was bad! The dough was undercooked and the pizza in general was very greasy and oily! Sad because I've heard good things about this place from friends

Ordered a party pizza for the England vs Scotland game, came in good time and the pizza was fantastic. Couldn’t fault it and will happily order again.

Never order a kebab from here….you get far more from any other kebab shop. Ordered their mixed kebab which costs £7…you get FOUR small strands of Donner Meat and 9 pieces of solid overcooked, chewy and inedible of lamb or chicken or whatever it was supposed to be…and waited 20minutes for it too…I have a picture but can’t seem to upload here… Absolutely appalling value for money…if you want a fairly decent kebab, with a lot of kebab for your money you are far better going to Andreas, Bedford Kebab house or even Millennium. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Been ordering from here for 20 years. Always been a bit hit and miss but for the most part OK. Today, at 4pm, I ordered online cor 6pm delivery. I had no confirmation but called at 5:20pm to make sure it was received. They said they had it - great! I was then abruptly told that it would be an extra £3 and to expect food to arrive around 7pm!!! A little annoyed, we accepted the issue and carries on. When it arrived, the meat and salad was great, however. AND THIS IS ONE GREAT BIG 'HOWEVER'.... THE CHEESECAKE WAS ABSOLUTELY COVERED IN MOLD ALL OVER. A swift phonecall to Pats and I was told they were sorry but nothing could be done due to the distance between us. Yes, the very same address they just delivered to...?! Finally offered £2 back. Ut could not guarantee when. Think that will finally be the last time I go there. They now have some decent rivalry in the village and I hope they soon pack up shop as overall service is just not good enough. Food Standards Agency have been informed and Local council are investigating.

I am from London, and Pat's pizza recipe is legendary. I drove the length off the country to get that pizza , veggi pizza was amazing and nice chips.

Passing through the village of Wootton and stopped at Pats pizza. The Vegi & chicken feast pizzas were gorgeous, very tasty and piping hot, our group also had scampi bites and enjoyed these too. Staff very friendly and food was cooked on time. Much better than some of the pizza takeaways near to where we live in MK. keep up the very tasty work.

We ordered 2 party trays, they were great with no contact delivery, however the money was debited from our account 4 times and took a few days to sort, but goo overall.

Just finished our lovely tea from Pats. Arrive in good time and still nice and hot. The delivery driver gave good customer service. Great kebab, the meat, bread and salad/sauce were all great quality and really tasty. Would definitely recommend and will be ordering again. Thank you very much for such good service too.

I cant even rate this a one star ...I'm disgusted my children have been waiting since seven o'clock for their pizza and chips . At eight thirty I chased only to be told the order was rejected I've heard nothing even tho they had my number . DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!

Ordered a variety of food for fiancé and myself, and although the service was speedy, we were missing an item from our order. Called up as soon as we realised that the driver had left, and could hear the staff moaning that it was ‘just one item’ and that they had ‘loads of orders to go out’. I appreciate that it might be one item to them, but I ate half a meal, and if I paid for it and it was their mistake, there should be no question that I should receive my order by any means. They said the driver would return, however, we finished the food we has and driver still not returned almost an hour after call. Poor service. Will not be purchasing there again.

Waited an hour and a half for the food. When it came it was warm not hot. My haddock was awful and the batter had gone soft. Ordered a kebab for my wife with mint sauce dressing but it came with mayo which she hates!!! My mushy peas had spilt as the lid wasn't on properly. As I'd already rang three times to chase up on delivery I really couldn't be arsed to ring again and complain . I'll just cross them off the XMas card list and write off the fifteen quid . Lesson learned and no more chances.....

Just had some delivered, never again absolutely disgusting. I rang to complain and they repeatedly told me it's all fresh and refused to collect food as I was not willing to feed my family it. Obviously no refund!!! People be aware they are frauds and this food is not fresh as my pictures show I will be taking this further

Absolutely amazing service. We ordered for 15 people, and to our surprise, the food was delivered very fast despite such a large order! The woman on the phone was friendly and very helpful. All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed the food. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend.

Really Nice comfort food with a warm welcome. Pizza is more cheesy than tomato which some may prefer to other Pizza places. Is also a chip shop so nice chips to boot.

This place is a joke. Ordered online at 6pm for food to arrive for 8pm. 8pm comes and goes, i gave 15 mins as i know people can get lost and so on, i called up at 8:15 and was told the driver has left 10/15 mins top, waited 20 mins still nothing called up again was told they will call driver and call ,me back never happened, i called back was told driver was 7 mins away, Driver arrived just under those 7 mins. I asked the driver what time he had left he said 15 min ago, that was 30 mins after the time we asked her it to arrive.... so ordered for 8pm didn't get food till 9pm....... was not very happy. hate being lied to

Absolutely awful. Just ordered 2 chicken kebabs, it was so dry we couldn’t eat it. It was obviously chicken that had been cooked a few days ago and re-heated. Couldn’t even bite into it. Would never order food from here again. Disgusting!

We ordered from here thinking, because we are only around the corner it would get to us a bit sooner than ordering off of just eat. How wrong could we be! It took approx an hour and a half to arrive, when I rang to ask how much longer we would have to wait, I got shouted at down the phone! And all I said was, im Calling from this address and we wondered... and before I could say anything else she started shouting down the phone! I was appalled and I have to say the food wasn't that special, the lamb was dry, as was the chicken. I won't be going back again.

The chips were dry and some of the food was burnt. I bought fish and chips, when I got home the fish was missing, then when I called to find out what was going on I was told "I know now, I will sort you out next time". She was rude, couldn't speak English properly and she didn't do anything to rectify the problem and wasn't apologetic. Completely unconcerned by the mishap. I Didn't get to have a proper dinner and the service was mediocre. Won't be going there again.

Unfortunately we have been using this company for over twenty years supporting local businesses but no more as their approach to customers has sadly changed. The menus still state delivery has to be for orders over ten pounds which is fine and free, yet when you phone up now you are told irrespective of your order size you have to pay for delivery which is false advertising also puts them up against other other local businesses still happy to not charge. Secondly we have always received the free ice-cream for orders over twenty pounds to also be told with no notification anywhere they will no longer honour this either. So in short making themselves more expensive than their competition and reneging on long term offers means no longer will we support the local business.

I received my food cold and charcold burnt lamb shish.. brown/green lettuce.. burnt pitta bread.. cold chips. called to complain n get told it come straight to me when cooked. Not good customer service at all. Wasted £17.. not even an aplogie .. nothing at all...

Excellent choice, pizzas are amazing, staff are friendly and excellent value. Have been a regular customer for over a year without any problems or regrets.

They do make a good pizza. The lady that serves you though could be a little bit more friendly... They have a poster on the wall that says ANY large pizza for £7.99 but I ordered a half and half large pizza plain/tuna & pineapple and they tried to charge me £10.50??? I questioned the lady behind the counter but was told I added toppings. Poor service, nice pizza.

Ordered 2 pizzas 1 pepperoni 1 exotic when order arrived it had been an hour not the 45 minutes I was told. When I went to eat my pizza, I had 1 pepperoni and 1 garlic bread pizza!!!!! I rang to complain, after much confusion the agreed to send me out my original exotic pizza. When it arrived they wanted the driver to take back the garlic bread pizza to the shop! To what with it, who knows??? Was offered no compensation for waiting nearly 2 hours for food or receiving the wrong order. Woman on phone was very rude.

Has gone downhill recently in my opinion. Ordered a pizza and received the wrong one, but I took a bite before I realised. Rang up to get the right one sent out but they refused as they wanted to use the one I received and send it to the correct customer as I had already taken a bite. They were very rude on the phone about it to, like it wasn't there fault.

Paid by card over the phone, received my order after 40 minutes. No problems until 11 o'clock at night, when I receive a phone call telling me I haven't paid. After being woken up by the phone call I am then threatened that someone is coming to my house to pick up the money. Unacceptable behaviour. My pregnant wife is now scared that someone will be coming to the house, where my 2 year old is sleeping. Will NOT be using them again.

Good local but not worth traveling for.

Appalling place. Delivered cold food and with items missing. When we telephoned to tell them we were accused of stealing the missing item! The owner then told us she wouldn't replace the burger, she wouldn't deliver it as they were closing and that she wouldn't return the money. If we wanted a refund then we were expected to drive to collect it. Steer clear. We will NEVER be using this place again.
