Milkshake machine only works for a few days of the year at best , if you want a cold drink best to go elsewhere

It was alright... About what you'd expect from a Mcdonalds restaurant... I did visit this one because I was on my own with 2 small children and wanted to use their order points in the upstairs seating area... But not only was the lift out of order did to vandals but they were not bringing the food up... This was an issue because now I had to go back down stairs with a 2 year old and a 5 year old to collect my food... Then carry it back up... 5 years on and I'm happy to report that this is now my go-to McD's the service is great the food is usually at a good temp and the restaurant is mostly always clean. (which compared to other restaurants is saying something) we will continue to visit here.

They never get your order right! Ever It's always cold

Well what can i say, the truth is it wasn't fast food at the time i visited, more like fasting, yes the food was spot on, but we did have to wait to long, it would have been quicker to drive to the maccys at aspects Bedford

Food as as you would expect from any McDonald's generally clean the few times I have been here.

Their contribution to the destruction of the human race is commendable. I didn't personally eat here but I'm sure the food is delicious.

A hard day moving, needed to chill and get food. Pop in here and have not used in a while. For a change it was very quiet which i was very pleased about. Food was very nice chicken strips and a Qpounder. Cold drink. Sat up stairs and watch the world go by, just what i needed. On the way out I got a flurry ( I'm sure they were bigger in the passed) sat in my van and enjoy every bit of it. Prefer end to my working day.

NGL service was slow, it wasn't even that busy, but the food seemed very fresh and cook perfectly

This McDonald's is definitely the worst in Bedford. Poor service, rude people and the longest wait I've ever been to. This isn't "fast food" but "slow food", not to mention that if they reverse the order, there are always items missing.

DO NOT COME HERE, Alright where do I start with this mess of what's called a mcdonalds. Let's start with the service or lack there off paid for 2 big mac meals. You know the generic bread and butter of mcdonalds it only took them 40 minutes after ordering to get this out to me! What takes them so long? They are to busy chating in the back. After being confronted 20 minutes after purchase they say they have "forgotten my order" one how? And two I can see my ice cream in the back melting. After another 10 to 15 minutes they serve the burgers without the chips I say again this is a big mac meal with chips something they make all day every day taking another 10 minutes before they finally gave me the chips. They served me a milk as the ice cream had melted the burger was cold. The only thing that was good was the chips. The menu is so much more expensive then the one near bedford River how can you justify an extra 50p per big mac meal compared to another mcdonalds not 5 driving minutes away? And this is the store that mcdonalds wants to push moving forward? Disgraceful. Overall overpriced low quality useless staff and poor management. the only people I recommend should go here are people who want to wait half an hour for "Fast food"

I ordered a double big mac meal with strawberry milkshake, when it arrived not only was it cold, but it wasn't a double big mac, it was a regular big mac, the chips were half full and the milkshake only just over half full. If it wasn't for the fact that I had be be out of the house in 20 minutes I would have called to complain. I won't be ordering from them again

Used the drive-through, extremely slow to order and then receive food at the window. Seemed to be very under staffed.

Ok, as long as you're happy to wait at the next window. Every. Single. Visit. Even the staff are fed up, I've heard them complaining about the fact the mayo chicken wasn't ready, and then they asked me to park up as per usual.. Be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes

Not normally a McD fan but when you're 'Marvin' they are pretty good. Atmosphere? I was in drive through so I take the great atmosphere with me. Great staff here, bless them.

Lift out of order, served cold half-portion fries which went back and replaced with slightly warmer half-portion fries.1/4 cheese Burger was barely warm and didn't even melt cheese. Probably one of the worst McDonald's franchise restaurant I've visited. Update 12.7.24: this place needs closing. Ordered mozzarella bites received chicken nuggets. Tills don’t accept promotion vouchers, tills don’t dispense receipts. No condiments. No napkins. Extremely slow service. Dirty tables.

It's not the most friendly maccies and not helpful at all.

Staff told us we didnt have to use track and trace if eating outside, 30 mins later manager comes over telling us we need to do track and trace. We decided to go to our car wind blowing boxes and tissues. I appologised had 3 year old with us. Manager rude absolutely disgusting said its mandatory government made ot law.

Closed the best part (70% of the seating) consistently and they contain the toilets too.

Wait inside over 15 min. And clearly see drive thru take priority . I can see all people including me feel forgoten. After that I still see my order at the bottom . So need ask for refund. Never come back there.

A regular McDonald’s, nothing really much to expect to be honest. Sometimes they mix up the orders but you may request a refund or replacement. Wait time is okay. About 10-15 minutes for your order. Staff is lovely, kind and caring and will help you out if you have any concerns.

Ordered through mcdonalds app. Missing main items, called to complain and they don't answer the phone. After calling 10 times they have now taken the phone off the line so the number is not going through. Disgusting behaviour

All mcdonalds are fine but this one is exceptional, the woman pat who was cleaning went out of her way to help me when I spilt my drink although she was busy tidying up. She is a credit to you.

One of the worst McDonald in the whole country is goldington road one, the worst customers service and the longest wait, very bad customers services and the food always cold

Visited after 12 in the drive through and it was incredibly slow.

24th April 2024, stopped at order machine, waited! No service? Went to pay window! Waited? Still no service, moved to collection point! Staff walking around but had to call for attention? Was asked to reverse but by that time another customer was coming around behind me! So they have lost a customer and gained this review.

Made me wait ten minutes in a bay for this abomination to come out with some cold and soggy fries

They struggle to get orders right, and then customer service is super poor, so i struggle to get complaint heard.

Food came relatively quick. The restaurant was clean. Best McDonald's in Bedford.

Joke of a establishment. Took them 20 mins to make my order, requested it to be fresh and given to me cold at drive thru. And then even got the order wrong. Not going to come here anymore. Don't understand how it's so hard to chuck a couple of things in fryers that are timed anyway.

Ordered on the app but the food wasn't great and the waiting time was very long even though we pre ordered.

Possibly one of the nicest Maccy Ds restaurants I have been to for its food. Then only drawback is that the kids entertainment sections are not always operational.

A female member of staff had a big attitude problem

Very polite staff. The young man taking my order in the drive-through was lovely! Very quick service. All food was piping hot 🔥

If I could give no stars I would. Advertises open 24 hours. 1am. Staff inside but drive through closed, and front doors closed. Pulled into service bay, downloaded app, registered app, ordered on app.. final step said restaurant closed until 6am - what a waste of time.

Liked the double story. Unfortunately when we arrived they had a card issue, which was explained nicely in a professional manner. We paid in cash instead and food was good.

3 times in a row they've not put any sauce in for nuggets. Even when asking again at the pickup window if they put sauce in, being told yes, having nowhere to pull over to check the bag before leaving the long drive thru line and finding out at home that for the THIRD time they did not give me sauce. Whatever, it's just sauce, right. Well this time, they forgot the sauce for the fourth time, AND a whole big mac. I guess I'm just pissing my money away at this establishment. When I called, they said I would have to drive back today to get a replacement, not at my own convenience. I don't come here every day, and certainly not making a second trip in one day. As if their prices weren't bad enough already, you'll apparently be lucky to leave here with everything you've paid for.

After placing my order through drivethru, I went to the collect window.. and no-one appeared for 2/3 mins.. I saw another window,I thought the food will b served there MAY BE..THUS DROVE TOWARDS THE NEXT WINDOW... WRONG.. I WAS MEANT TO STAY AT THE 1ST WINDOW.. SO BASICALLY, PLEASE PUT A SIGN.. Went to the drive through and had the worst experience I've ever had The women at the order screen was so rude to me and my friend , we had to explain what we wanted several times and was waiting around for food for minimum 15 minutes just to get served cold chips and over cooked chicken select and got medium drinks when we ordered large With the experience that I've had tonight I won't be going back to this mcdonalds .

First time ordering on the app. Had to wait for five minutes upon arrival. Food was nice and hot. Coffee good. Staff very pleasant.

Getting more and more expensive and there portions are getting smaller. Take the egg and sausage muffin . What is it with the sausage being bigger than the muffin 😔

The food is upto standard, but they always forget the sauces and it's pot luck if they include napkins and/or a straw. Also, good luck if you amend anything on your order.

Burger missing, the rest of the food was cold. I phoned the store and they refused to send another. I was reimbursed by just eat but chips for dinner didn’t cut it. Last order from Elms Farm branch , how hard is it to put burgers in a bag?

There's always quite a wait, most of the staff couldn't care less and the food is average at best. Go somewhere else instead.

Not much you can say about a Maccy D's really. It does what it says on the can. Used the drive through, the staff were pleasant, very smiley and jolly and the food appeared quickly. Only downside is the fact that like everywhere food quality is not as good as it once was, portion sizes seem smaller and prices much higher. Good that Mc'D's are offering veggie options as well. Thank you for that. Easy to get to this MacDonalds, staight off the main road. Not much of a queue considering we got there around 8 in the morning. It was as you'd expect.

We go most Sundays for breakfast, always quick and the best tasting McDonald's locally.

Open 24 hours, but drive through at 0525, nothing ready. Staff rude, service slow and totally unacceptable. McDonald's should e about speed and customers and they have failed. Do better.

Ditch water is the only way to describe the hot chocolates we purchased this morning through the drive through. Like they ran out of hot chocolate and just putting a sprinkle of powder... even gave it a stir and was the same...absolutely horrid.

Food takes way too long to be prepared.

Ordered via the app to speed up the process and then stood in store for over 10 minutes waiting for the order (had a pickup to do from KFC straight after and that took around 2 minutes to come out!). The board was full of Deliveroo/JustEat orders and the restaurant had a number of their drivers/cyclists standing around with their bags on the tables waiting for their orders too. McDonald's used to be known for fast food but there was nothing fast about it and the atmosphere of the place was grim.

Miserable staff, bordering on downright rude. Super slow service.. Lukewarm food. Filthy floors.. Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been in.

Just a typical McDonald's serving up Mc soap burgers. Prices on the way up. Portion sizes on the way down. Parking is ok. One disabled loo downstairs, the normal ones upstairs. Sadly, men with short todgers who can't aim leave an unpleasant situation for the next occupant. If you can find anything better, go there instead.

What can I say...with Disney you expect and as always they deliver. A great customer experience from all the staff top to bottom. If you can you must.

Ordered on app and went through the drive thru. Given the milkshake from a meal and asked to park at the click and serve. 20 mins later, we had to ask a worker to send a manager as we were still awaiting the order. Manager comes, and says he'll find out where it is, goes off and comes back 5 minutes later with the order and no explanation as to why it's taken 25 minutes. We had to request a fresh milkshake as 20 mins in the car with the heating on had melted the first one. We had only ordered a fish finger happy meal, fries and a triple cheeseburger. I could've cooked this quicker at home and will do from now on. This is the second time it has been over 20 minutes waiting for an order. Not my idea of Fast Food.

Always hit this place travelling down from Birmingham on a monday morning, the staff are always lovely, the foods always fresh 🙏🏻

Food was undercooked and was told it was "supposed to be that way"

We used the Drive Thru as we do 90% of the time. We tend to find the staff taking the orders to be less than 'interested' and often seem distracted by other things going on around them whilst taking our order. Probably 50% of the time we are asked to pull up because the food isn't ready and this most recent visit we were waiting for at least 10 minutes for our order. We hadn't order anything that wasn't a standard listed item (so no special requested etc). When food is handed to us, it is a case of their window being opened and the food shoved in our direction, sometimes without any dialogue from them at all. It's a shame I guess, I know it's meant to be 'Fast Food', sadly they are 'fast' to hand it out once its ready but 'slow' to actually prepared the food! This said, I would say the level of service at Elms is better than Aspects! Not sure that's a compliment though!

This absolutely vile I got a Big Mac with chips the got my order wrong 3 times I asked for no cheese and burger sauce they gave me both and for other times they gave me just cheese or Big Mac sauce I am not impressed and I am going to KFC next time

Nothing special today ... Jet washing taking place so I had to avoid the overspray ... One lane of drive through blocked off, so longer queues there, in-store ordering, no receipts available.... And to cap it all, the MC spicy was too spicy to enjoy !!

Absolutely useless, every time we order home delivery it's wrong or items are missing. Even the drive through is risky don't know who's order you'll end up with. Given up ordering from them, worst home delivery experience ever.

Went for a breakfast takeaway. Food wasn't very warm and the texture rather rubbery as if it'd been cooked and sat around for a good while.

Placed an order via Just Eat - two items missing - rang McDonald's Elms Parc who refuse to deliver the missing items and I have to contact Just Eat for a refund. SERIOUSLY!!! Hope the driver will bring back my tip! Thought the idea of a take away was to bring the customer something to eat, but this must be a regular thing as the staff member had the spiel off pat regarding the refund. Anyway I have plenty of time to write this review as I have nothing to eat.

Ordered a burger without cheese Was given one with cheese so returned it. Got given one completely plain, no sauce or anything. It's not good when it takes 3 attempts to make a burger.

Without doubt the worst McDonald's restaurant I've ever encountered. Half the stuff we wanted wasn't available, most of what was delivered was wrong and a partial refund for missing items. And naturally what we did get was luke warm at best. This place is SO badly run it's almost laughable. Staff probably on the minimum wage and seemingly illiterate, couldn't seem to give a toss and the management are clearly no better. If I could give no stars I would! AVOID!!!
