Burger King in Bedford

unbelievably super bad custstomer service. They are possibly the most miserable staff I have ever had the pleasure of ordering from. They even got the order wrong and then huffed and puffed. Whomever the franchisee owner is needs to have a rethink…..food was nice though when it was ready. But… my god someone really needs to give some staff training.

Lovely delivery driver and good piping hot, quality of food let down overall experience and reminds me why BK is not one of the places I frequent.

Ordered a burger meal and all that come was the bun, cheese and a load of lettuce. How thick do you need to be to send out a burger with no damn burger in it. FrOM BURGER KING, I’ve rung the restraint 20 times and cut off every single time, lucky I haven’t come down and threw the bun in their face. Absolutely appalling wouldn’t recommend. These

Just unbelievably slow I mean there’s no one in there and they still took 5 minutes + getting the food. Customer service was also terrible not a single hi or how are you then they gave us the drinks without a cup holder (this was in the drive thru), didn’t ask if we wanted a cup holder or anything. Not a single please or thank you, when we said thank you there was no your welcome, in-fact he didn’t even look back at us once. Not a single smile in the building. Food was alright quite expensive at Burger King so you’ve got to use app offers. Don’t go here unless you like Burger King and are willing to wait and be treated poorly. Foods average but expensive, the service is slow, miserable and actually quite rude

time just kept moving back and back from the previous estimated time, food also cold, its not the sort of food you can re-heat. totally spoilt

On a cold sunday evening, craving a juicy bacon double xl meal, they whipped one up in record time. Unbeleiveable and will definately be returning.

It's looking very tired in here. With other fast foods in the vicinity you would have thought they would do more to upgrade it. Outside the signs don't work and haven't for many years now. Shame really.

New customer. food was all squashed together in small bag, asked for drink with both meal as had to add 16p for sugar tax and bottle of Fanta. Fanta turned up, and no dips aswell which should of been three dips. Not the first time this happened as friends if ours said don't order from BK as they miss thing off the order. And guess what missing items, which we paid for but it falls on you to deliver it. Will not be back.

Delivery bkd for 18:55, after 3 updates finally arrived at 19:30. From the time of order and confirmation there was no real reason why this order should have been late at all. Food arrives and was just barely warm. Very disappointing.

Person didn't even ask what we wanted with the meals. Tried using our app code in store and he was trying to say that he has to put it in after the transaction knowing to well that it was a 15% off code, so you will have to put it in before purchase. Very rude and didn't give any help at all

We walked in at 21:30 to eat in and the gentleman serving said we can’t eat in as they close in 30 minutes. I mean how long does it take to eat a cheeseburger?? He would’ve wanted me and my 2 kids to eat outside in the cold. I understand they gotta close but is not like they were going home. Maybe stick a sign on the door BK.

I ordered Cheesy Bacon Loaded King Fries to go with the Angus burger but plain fries were received 🤨 I marked down on the delivery time because every time I went onto the App it changed, getting later & later each view.

Chips were hot and fresh but burger could be a little hotter however all round I enjoyed my meal I prefer it to other main food chains. Staff friendly and efficient service.
