Burger King in Bedford

Just unbelievably slow I mean there’s no one in there and they still took 5 minutes + getting the food. Customer service was also terrible not a single hi or how are you then they gave us the drinks without a cup holder (this was in the drive thru), didn’t ask if we wanted a cup holder or anything. Not a single please or thank you, when we said thank you there was no your welcome, in-fact he didn’t even look back at us once. Not a single smile in the building. Food was alright quite expensive at Burger King so you’ve got to use app offers. Don’t go here unless you like Burger King and are willing to wait and be treated poorly. Foods average but expensive, the service is slow, miserable and actually quite rude

We haveJust got a cold burgers took them back for new when we opened them up they were the same burgers same bite marks theyhad been microwaved 😂😂😂

time just kept moving back and back from the previous estimated time, food also cold, its not the sort of food you can re-heat. totally spoilt

On a cold sunday evening, craving a juicy bacon double xl meal, they whipped one up in record time. Unbeleiveable and will definately be returning.

It's looking very tired in here. With other fast foods in the vicinity you would have thought they would do more to upgrade it. Outside the signs don't work and haven't for many years now. Shame really.

New customer. food was all squashed together in small bag, asked for drink with both meal as had to add 16p for sugar tax and bottle of Fanta. Fanta turned up, and no dips aswell which should of been three dips. Not the first time this happened as friends if ours said don't order from BK as they miss thing off the order. And guess what missing items, which we paid for but it falls on you to deliver it. Will not be back.

Delivery bkd for 18:55, after 3 updates finally arrived at 19:30. From the time of order and confirmation there was no real reason why this order should have been late at all. Food arrives and was just barely warm. Very disappointing.

Person didn't even ask what we wanted with the meals. Tried using our app code in store and he was trying to say that he has to put it in after the transaction knowing to well that it was a 15% off code, so you will have to put it in before purchase. Very rude and didn't give any help at all

We walked in at 21:30 to eat in and the gentleman serving said we can’t eat in as they close in 30 minutes. I mean how long does it take to eat a cheeseburger?? He would’ve wanted me and my 2 kids to eat outside in the cold. I understand they gotta close but is not like they were going home. Maybe stick a sign on the door BK.

One of the meals was missing the french fries!

After a few hours at the interchange dealing staff who looked.bored, disinterested in helping or were rude we popped into BK for a bite and what a delight to be welcomed with friendly smile and great service - thank you Charlotte. Food was good too.

I ordered Cheesy Bacon Loaded King Fries to go with the Angus burger but plain fries were received 🤨 I marked down on the delivery time because every time I went onto the App it changed, getting later & later each view.

Chips were hot and fresh but burger could be a little hotter however all round I enjoyed my meal I prefer it to other main food chains. Staff friendly and efficient service.

Door shut at 21:30 and was supose to be open! I try to order from the drive through windows and the young lady full of attitude said that i need a vehicle.... I said that i have a HGV and won't feat on the drive through! Anyway costumer lost!

Mal aparcamiento de noticias en intercambio en estos días. Pensé en aparcar en el aparcamiento grande por la noche, ya que estaba vacío y no ocupando el aparcamiento propio de BK para que pudiéramos comer algo. ¡No me di cuenta de que el límite es de 10 minutos! Sé que quieren desalentar a los chicos corredores pero realmente - 10 minutos después de las 9 pm es una broma. Así evitarás la BK a partir de ahora y comerás en Maccies o en casa. Otro clavo en el ataúd para la hostelería y más beneficio para los vaqueros del aparcamiento.

I wouldn’t even give this any stars First of while waiting for food went to baby changing unit to do my babies nappy pull down the seat and a dirty sanitary towel laid on there Then start eating my food and found two long thick black hairs in honesty wanted to throw up after this told ladies at till she was lovely went to the back to tell manager he didn’t even come to the front told her to offer me a free burger no apology or nothing they don’t wear hair nets atal or gloves and the man cleaned the toilet then went straight back with no gloves to the kitchen to cook absolutely disgusting

Avoid. I went there at 10am hoping to get 2 coffees, one being a latte. Unfortunately they had no milk.....!! So I revised my order and still had to wait a long time, despite being the only customers in there. I've given one star simply because I can't give 0

Great customer service with good quality of food and helpful staff

Better quality of food than McDonald's. Quicker service and more importantly the whole and complete order is in the bag. No surprises when you get home of missing items.
