I ordered Cheesy Bacon Loaded King Fries to go with the Angus burger but plain fries were received 🤨 I marked down on the delivery time because every time I went onto the App it changed, getting later & later each view.

Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. While my burger seemed better quality than MacDonalds, the burger itself didn’t taste great and I could not taste bacon at all. Please Burger King, please improve your burgers…

Chips were hot and fresh but burger could be a little hotter however all round I enjoyed my meal I prefer it to other main food chains. Staff friendly and efficient service.

Door shut at 21:30 and was supose to be open! I try to order from the drive through windows and the young lady full of attitude said that i need a vehicle.... I said that i have a HGV and won't feat on the drive through! Anyway costumer lost!

It's not burned down (again) in a while, which is good. Service was abysmal. Really bad attitude. At least the food was nice and hot and tasted great, which is what's important.

Bad news parking in interchange these days. Thought I would park in the big car park at night as was empty and not taking up BK own car park so we could have a bite to eat. Didn’t realise the limit is 10 minutes!!! I know they want to discourage boy racers but really - 10 minutes after 9pm is a joke. So will avoid BK from now on and eat at Maccies or at home. Another nail in the coffin for hospitality industry and more profit for the parking cowboys.

I wouldn’t even give this any stars First of while waiting for food went to baby changing unit to do my babies nappy pull down the seat and a dirty sanitary towel laid on there Then start eating my food and found two long thick black hairs in honesty wanted to throw up after this told ladies at till she was lovely went to the back to tell manager he didn’t even come to the front told her to offer me a free burger no apology or nothing they don’t wear hair nets atal or gloves and the man cleaned the toilet then went straight back with no gloves to the kitchen to cook absolutely disgusting

Avoid. I went there at 10am hoping to get 2 coffees, one being a latte. Unfortunately they had no milk.....!! So I revised my order and still had to wait a long time, despite being the only customers in there. I've given one star simply because I can't give 0

Great customer service with good quality of food and helpful staff

Better quality of food than McDonald's. Quicker service and more importantly the whole and complete order is in the bag. No surprises when you get home of missing items.

Why put a freezing cold drink in with hot food. It's no longer hot

We previously raised this issue below with the branch at a verbal level on pretension, this would be addressed before our next planned visit. 3 months has elapsed, only to visit today with the same issue, therefore hopefully this review, if taken seriously, will encourage Burger King to address and improve the environment for all customers. Issue:- Uncomfortable environmental issues in respect to of lack of ventilation due to unpleasant odour🤭😷 We will return again in the near future and will update the views on this situation.

Delivered on time by Just Eat. However clear instructions to the restaurant on order details not followed, asked for no ketchup and ignored.

Right. I tried calling to complain about a TOENAIL clipping in my WHOPPER. Disgraceful and unacceptable. Don' recomend xx

Service was very slow despite pre ordering, allowed me to order something they don't sell and they don't do the vegan whopper. Chips could do with more salt.

Put the order in at 5.45 with a delivery time of 6.20 which was fine as my kid would go to bed at 7. Order didn’t get to me until 7.05 which by then my boy had gone to sleep and the kids meal and gone to waste. I would really appreciate a full refund for the order as my food was also cold by the time I put my by to his room and got to eat it. Only because the food was so late it the first place totally unacceptable

I ordered a meal, and received a completely different order. I emailed just eat and requested a refund. I provided all the information and photo evidence. However they didn’t support my claim. I don’t understand how i can order a meal and receive someone else’s order and this is acceptable for them. Especially how i didn’t receive a refund or store credit.

i am so disappointed in this order, first of only one of my fries came none of my burgers were delivered. i will nor be ordering from here again. not only my fries came but they came extremely cold.

Tasty food and quite large portions but still ker-ching on price.

Was forced to drive to the restaurant at 8pm to pick up my order that was originally confirmed at 5:55pm with an expected delivery of 6:30-6:50pm. Not acceptable to force customers to wait more than 2 hours for food without giving them the ability to speak to customer service or have the ability to cancel the order if waiting too long!!! Not impressed!!!

Average food. Average wait time. Nowhere near as clean as McDs. We didn't see one single clean of tables or floor. There were fries, and tomato ketchup under the surrounding tables. Dearer than other nearby establishments. Not great for the price.

Burger King have great fries and used to have a really good Vegan burger, but the new Bean Burger is disappointing. There were good options for children such as fruit or veg bags.
