Spotlessly clean lovely caffi coffee was really good and excellent staff can definitely recommend this cafe. If you are visiting. Watch the big car park as it wasn't taking cash payment the day we were there only online

Went here because of the beach review but was an expensive mistake after receiving £100 fine for not paying for car park ticket which we proved we had with bank statement and the visible ticket in van window but after this appeal it turned out we were in correctly parked!! This sounds like a bit of a con maybe cafe owner didn’t like the St George’s flag on the van 🤔 Both payment for ice creams and parking ticket was to the same people so is definitely a con, some other people did warn us the cafe owner was against vans parking near his cafe 🤬 The ice creams weren’t that nice either but the beach is beautiful

Super place for lunch. Very interesting and delicious sandwiches, if a shade pricey, but it’s such an idyllic spot that a few extra quid is worth it. Lovely staff, superb ice cream and an intoxicating view.

Visited here with my young son on a rainy day because he really wanted an ice cream while on holiday. The cafe was practically empty on arrival. Staff seemed very reluctant to show any interest in serving us, after we asked if we could sit inside while we ate them. Before choosing the ice creams, there were no signs that they didn't take cash. Only at the till at the other end of the serving desk was there a sign saying this, luckily I had my phone on me to pay as cash was refused. After sitting down, a bus full of kids came in and ordered an ice cream each..all of them then paid individually with cash and there was no sign of these sales being put through a till, just straight into a cash box! The only difference was they spoke Welsh with the staff...must be an English thing!! If it hadn't been raining and my son really wanting an ice cream, I would have given them the ice creams back and walked out.

What an excellent cafe right next to the beach! The staff were enormously helpful to my husband who has mobility problems. The ice cream and the coffee were excellent. Highly recommended!

Very clean, breakfast finished at 12 noon and after that there is only sandwiches, baguette, cakes and ice cream, all very nice but don’t offer a main meal after noon, food is very good but if you arrive after breakfast is finished there is only light bites, read in reviews that it is dog friendly but there is only 1 table for people with dog right by the door,

We visited Caffi Patio twice and found the staff friendly, the place spotless, the view outstanding and the coffee and ice cream delicious. Well worth a visit and highly recommended.

The patio has a good view of the beach and the sea. It's a bit sheltered if it's a windy day. The 3 waitresses working on the day were friendly and efficient. We had sandwiches which were very good. The ice creams were of very good quality and had a good range of flavours available.

This is a fantastic place in a fantastic village. Excellent choice of ice cream, all home made and very delicious, well those that I tried anyway. Cakes also available, however i didnt have any on this visit. Card payment only

Gorgeous cake and tasty coffee in a fab spot - literally on the amazing beach at Llangrannog. They also serve a wide array of quality ice creams. Lovely spot which we would recommend for snacks, teas, coffee, cake and ice creams.

We had THE BEST cake here on the last day of our holiday!! Honestly some of the best cake we’ve ever eaten! The coffee was really lovely too. We were gutted that we hadn’t tired it sooner! Lovely customer service too. Thank you!

Wow. What a find. The place is spotlessly clean with very friendly and helpful staff. I am not joking when I say they were the best doughnuts and ice creams we have ever tasted. I strongly recommend you stop here when visiting. Very very nice experience.

Lovely staff serving delicious food in a super clean environment. Very impressed with the varied menu. I had hummus with beetroot relish and salad and my son had ham and salad and my husband had a BLT. Sat outside on the patio overlooking the beach. Wonderful morning.

We’ve been to Caffe Patio a few times for ice cream as it’s so good. Lots of flavours, generous portions and the texture is lovely. The iced coffee is great too. I had a caramel one, very sweet which is exactly how I like it! Highly recommend going here :)

We have stayed in Llangranog for the week and have had coffee and ice cream almost daily! Served quickly and is delicious. Especially busy on a sunny beach type day.

Spent 4 days in Llangrannog, and used the Caffi each day. Lovely coffee, amazing cakes, and tasty fresh baguettes. Almost forgot - the best ice-cream I've ever had. Lovely beach front location, offers outdoor seating and takeaway. You will not be disappointed.

Received a warm welcome at this lovely cafe by the sea. We enjoyed a fresh cream Victoria sponge, homemade doughnut and 2 coffees. Everything was delicious. Best Victoria sponge I've had for many years. Considering going back for another slice later this week!

Not the lunch experience we were hoping but the pubs offered beer in plastic cups only so went to the cafe instead. Service was efficient and the picnic was delivered to us in a paper bag to take away and eat on the beach. Baguette...

We must have visited on a bad day...either that or the staff don't like English people. The reviews for this place are good so we were disappointed by the service which was so poor and lax. Despite waiting at the till to be served, another couple who came in off the street (well car park) were served before us. Sorry, but we don't like being treated that way so, after using the loos, we left. Luckily we had food and drink with us and we ended up having a lovely scone and cup of tea at the cafe in Cwmtydu 4.5 miles up the coast. Disappointing and we won't try the Caffi Patio again.

We called in to this little seaside cafe on our 1st day on holiday in the area & were very glad we had!

This was a good fin, right on the beach side.We just had tea, coffee and cake.There are tables inside and out and they have a great selection of ice creams.As we had walked from Penbryn, this was a welcome stop before heading back!

Ok, so if you told me I would enjoy an ice cream donut I would have scoffed but as it’s the house special we tried one and discovered a new seaside treat!

When I asked what do they do for lunches I was told no sandwiches etc only ice cream hot drinks cold drinks cakes. We both had an ice cream and they were fabulous. Jolly staff.

So impressed after our first visit during a walk between Penbryn and Ynys Lochtyn that we returned the following day purely to enjoy the cafe again. Over the two days we encountered a few different members of staff and all were highly hospitable. Also, the range of sweet foods, refreshments and ice creams was impressive and of the highest quality.

Lovely cafe with great staff and great food! The ice cream is delicious and the brownie was super gooey as well as the chocolate sauce being delectable! Perfect for a snack after just being in the sea.

The icecream here is delicious with a large variety of flavours to suit all tastes, and with a lovely view out onto the beach. The cafe itself provides a clean and fresh environment, and on the weekday lunchtime we went in there were a few staff on meaning we were served quickly. Overall well worth the drive out from our Newport accommodation for a brew and tasty icecream.

Walking the coastal path and then dropping down into Llangrannog and finding this little gem. The ice cream was delicious. Lots of flavours to choose from, the choc mint and salted caramel were wonderful.

Best place in llangrannog for an ice cream. We're slowly working our way through the many flavours, all of which are delicious. No pistachio this time but we've enjoyed key lime pie and also ameretto.

First off,the cafe is well worth a visit and always has been.We have been many times,BUT people need to know that the car park in the village is run by a bunch of crooks in Sussex,who recently sent everyone that parked there a fine for £100 ,even though the machine clearly stated "out of use",its a shame a lovely day ruined and I doubt we will return due to it.Two car family visit and 200 pounds fines demand.Be warned.

Visited this beach front cafe with friends and children and it was great. Lots of homemade cakes on offer. I myself indulged in a jam donut which was so nice!! There were hot chocolates on the menu for the kids which went down a treat considering there was a mild storm outside!! The lady running it was very friendly and the whole place was immaculate!! Will be visiting again soon in the warmer months to come.

This cafe has picture windows and a terrace with a stunning view over Llangrannog Beach. Good cakes and drinks and an interesting looking selection of ice creams. Very disappointingly the cafe has stopped doing lunch dishes other than soup - and we were told that even that was going shortly.

Have been a regular visitor here for many years so really disappointed to find they are no longer providing any savoury options other than soup!

We love this beach front cafe . It has clean and bright decor and serves delicious selection of cakes . We haven’t tried the ice creams but they did look good too . Lovely to have a hot drink after a walk along the beach and coastal path .

Initially stopped in the area for food at another place but it was closed and chose caffe patio as a second choice. Was a bit disappointed with the lack of food but got the sweet potato and chilli soup and the portion size was a pleasant surprise. They also did a seafood chowder soup too. The selection of cakes and ice creams will keep your tastebuds going. The couple running the place are very pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful cafe with stunning views from its big, picture windows overlooking the cove. You’ll always get great sandwiches, snacks, meals, cakes and ice-creams and if you’re lucky and the weather is warm, you can enjoy them on one of the many outside tables. It’s a must-visit for anyone travelling to this part of West Wales and it’s even worth a detour if you’re nearby.

Lovely view of the beach from this pleasant cafe, with indoor and outdoor seating. Delicious range of ice creams and plenty of satisfying meals. A very good place to go after a swim.

We visited Llangrannog on the off chance while on holiday in the local area.

We visited today for the first time and was very impressed with the simple but tasty menu. As we ordered our food we could see the kitchen was very clean and the staff were polite. Would definitely return in the future.

Located on the right hand side of the bay right on the beach this cafe has the perfect location. Service is always friendly despite the obvious queues. Serves one of the best ice creams we had.

Very friendly welcome and service. Good choice of light bites, lunches, etc. Excellent coffee and cakes. The stand out item is the 20 varieties of ice cream made on the premises, which are deservedly very popular.

I visit here on a fairly regular basis when staying at our caravan. Waited for them to open at 10.30! Disappointed to find they no longer do breakfast food. Our scone was lovely but not what we were looking forward to.

Called here for a hot chocolate. Lovely location next to the beach. Served by 2 great young ladies, polite and friendly. Hot chocolate good, can of pop way to expensive. We were sat in the cafe. Another customers order was messed up and the lady in charge was telling her young staff off in full ear shot of the customers, not impressed, this should be done away from the customers. Felt uncomfortable

We've been coming here for years. We LOVE the focaccia and scones. The food is always lovely, the restaurant super clean and the service friendly and efficient.

I have been holidaying in the area for a number of years with my family and always visit this fantastic café for coffee and cake. You will also find it hard to find better local ice cream, it is divine. I usually leave my family enjoying the beach and treat myself to a lovely half hour relaxation. I like to sit by the window and take in the stunning view out to the beach. The people who live in the area are just so lucky to have this gem of a café on their doorstep

Visited the area for the first time on holiday. Llangrannog itself is stunningly beautiful and we were lucky enough to discover the Patio Cafe whilst there. The location is amazing looking directly over the beach. The cafe was immaculately clean and the choice and quality of the food is excellent.Be sure to leave space for the ice cream. The staff also could not have been more welcoming. The cherry on the cake for us was that we were able to bring our small dog in with us. This is surprisingly unusual for the area as we found very few places where this was the case despite being on the coastal path.

Were staying in the village for a few nights and this cafe made our little holiday even better! Fantastic freshly cooked food including a wonderful seafood chowder. Home made bread, cakes & ice cream - only wished they opened earlier as we were practically waiting outside for them to open every morning for our coffee & cake fix!

Came across cafe Patio taking dog for walk on beach and very impressed. A warm welcome and taking small terriers. Great coffee, enormous bowls of fat chips, fantastic Welsh crawl and seafood chowder. To finish historic home made ice cream - lemon meringue tangy and sweet and authentic plus bonus of dairy free chocolate ice cream for one in our party. What a find. Thank you, we shall return.
