Buena comida, buen vino y buen servicio. No es el restaurante de Murano con la estrella, este es el Café Murano. El problema era que estábamos sentados en el centro de la habitación trasera, que parece un vagón de ferrocarril y que sonaba muy alto hasta que algunos se fueron. Mi silla era inestable y no tan cómoda como muchas otras miraban. Nuestros 3 cursos fueron generosos, comida fresca y de calidad. Pappardelle con ragú de cabra 10, delicioso. Articulación de conejo, principal, 19. 50, excelente. Lado de remolacha, excelente @ 4. 50. Tarta de ciruela, muy fina @ 6. 50. El vino tinto toscano de Angela era muy bueno: 8 por copa y 23 por el caraf. El servicio fue impresionante. Los asientos en el bar (buen barman) parecían cómodos.

Entramos en un almuerzo antes del teatro. Qué café tan encantador. Gran saludo del personal, muy amable. Menú encantador Tenía carbonara. Pasta hecha frente a ti. Absolutamente delicioso. Precios muy razonables. Los cuatro de nosotros disfrutamos nuestra comida. Sin duda volveremos y no dudaremos en recomendarlo.

Devo dire che è stato tutto buono. Per prima cosa la focaccia di una bontà unica,come quella italiana. La pasta,di ottima fattura,ed un sapore eccezionale. Pure il caffè era buonissimo. Un appunto particolare ALLE due ragazze che ci hanno accolto e deliziosamente,serviti. Una è pure calabrese. Consiglio vivamente di andarci.

Awful customer service, showing rudeness at its best! We initially had made the reservation online for five people, however, a friend decided to join us! We received the following response, not offering a solution that will assist us sorting out the issue: “ We cannot change the reservation and this is not our problem. It is your fault and you should have made the reservation for six people from the beginning. You will be charged the cancellation fees.” Having worked in the hospitality and restaurants’ sector for more than 16 years that attitude is unacceptable, nonetheless. Thank you for being honest and proving that you do not actually need Guests. The purpose of my comments, is helping restaurants improve and get better. Hopefully, this would be just a bad example and guests will not be treated as such, so forth.

We have just had our wedding meal cancelled with less than two months to go via a copy+paste email titled to "guests" and with just a "we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may cause". This all took place just after they'd posted over their social media to "book now" to join them. Best case they are incredibly incosiderate with poor customer service. Worst case there is something dodgy going on. Avoid at all cost.
