We have just had our wedding meal cancelled with less than two months to go via a copy+paste email titled to "guests" and with just a "we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may cause". This all took place just after they'd posted over their social media to "book now" to join them. Best case they are incredibly incosiderate with poor customer service. Worst case there is something dodgy going on. Avoid at all cost.

We had a 3 course lunch set meal Food was delicious and tastefully served. Restaurant is very centralised and good to make a trip to enjoy Italian meal.

This place came highly recommended for Italian food. Came here for lunch and it was good. The cooks are all Italian and the food was of good quality and tasty The mains came out to be a bit too salty otherwise everything else was fabulous.

First visit here. Not at all what I expected. This is very fine dining with inventive twists on Italian cuisine. Thoroughly recommend. It's pricey, but well worth it.

Buratta with pea starter to die for, scallops were decent... but unfortunately the pasta was far too salty and the sea bass was very over cooked and dry. Good wine list. Service was so slow and lacking, so we gave up on desserts. Happy to pay for quality food and service but this missed the mark by quite a way.

The food is good( towards salty side) the service is also very good. The salad is very fresh also the waiters are very friendly. Highly recommend this place to have a try

Enoteca Turi is one of the restaurants ‘we go’ (as Italians) when we miss our country. This place has made and will continue to make history in the London food and wine scene. The wine list is one of the most extensive outside of Italy, it’s super fun and price are very honest! Big thanks to all the staff that made our experience unique!!

We had a pleasant meal. For the price the portions could have been a tiny bit bigger for my taste. And I couldn’t find the clams in my linguine but everything was very delicious.

Last night, I had the absolute pleasure of hosting a private dinner party for 28 guests at Enoteca Turi, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we stepped into the private room, the ambiance set the stage for what was to be an unforgettable evening. The service was exemplary—attentive yet never overbearing, striking that perfect balance that is so rare to find. It was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered to ensure our comfort and enjoyment throughout the evening. But let's talk about the food—oh, the food! Each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavours that spoke of expert craft and a deep respect for ingredients. It was the kind of meal that lingers in your memory, urging you to come back for more. A massive shoutout to General Manager Daniele Siro and Head Chef Giampiero Giuliani, whose leadership and talent were evident in every aspect of our experience. We do loved the old Enoteca Turi foods menu! It was real good Italian foods. Tonight we got nice service like before, but we were very disappointed for the foods. I hope the new owner can understand that the people’s go there not for fusion foods, they go for eating good Italian foods. Please keep original good Italian foods menu as before, otherwise I’d rather go to Sam’s riverside, pay less, eat similar foods. I do feel pity that I gave to delete this one from my favorite list.

We had our wedding reception dinner at Enoteca Turi, and we are so happy with our choice! Everyone there is so friendly and the food was amazing. We went to visit a couple times before to see the space and ask questions, everyone we spoke to were more than happy to help us out and made the process a lot smoother. On the day when we arrived after the ceremony, everything was set up already and looked amazing. it was really great to not have to worry about setting anything up and the team were really accommodating. They even recommended a florist for us so the flowers were arranged and delivered. Gosia could not have been faulted, from responding to emails and answering questions to making sure that no glass was empty. She really made the evening relaxed and fun. All of our guests commented on how great she was. All of the table was handled from the flowers, personalised menus and name cards. All of the food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. It also visually looked incredible and was timed perfectly. We were able to bring our own wedding cake which was a lovely touch and had help from the team to cut it and serve. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to have our wedding here, and would definitely recommend for anyone, looking for an intimate and romantic dinner with their loved ones to celebrate their big day!

Been here before the COVID. This time all the standards are still being kept high like before. It is a pity that they don’t do seafood pasta now. the Guinea fowl is worth trying.

This is by far the most honest Italian food I had in a while in the UK (and I am Italian). Chef Giampiero Giuliani and Mr Daniele Siro have created a true experience of traditional regional dishes with sufficient twists to make it original but keeping the honest flavors. Also, the Mazzara’s shrimps are simply the most original (and coveted shrimp) taste of Sicily. Wine wise…we got Pantelleria’s dessert wines (arguably known for dessert wines) that close a list of unmatched selection. It was like a trip to the sunshine and sea at the Mediterranean.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Enoteca Turi in Chelsea on Christmas Day with my family, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for a memorable evening. The staff, from the kitchen to the management, exhibited outstanding hospitality, making us feel welcomed and valued. The culinary highlight was undoubtedly the exquisite ravioli with fig, a dish that we will remember for a while. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the attention to detail in each bite showcased the skill of the chefs. Alongside the fantastic food, the customer service was impeccable. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at Enoteca Turi for creating a wonderful Christmas dining experience.

Having heard that the restaurant was under new ownership, I was intrigued to see if standards would be maintained. I am delighted to say they were. Food and service was excellent. We were last to leave the restaurant so a special thank you to the very patient staff. Will be back again soon.

Relax and fully enjoy the company of those with you, immersed in the atmosphere created by the dishes of the most refined Italian cuisine: friendliness, high quality and healthy ingredients used with great skill, exceptional wines... We were guests in a group, half of which were Italian and each of us was extremely satisfied: homemade pasta, meat, fish and vegetables, desserts and wines, everything simply perfect. Booked a table for four at start of service so thought we might be eating on our own, but the restaurant filled up quickly which must be a good sign! It’s a stylish room; service was very attentive; and the menu features some lovely Italian classics and an extensive wine list. Pasta dishes were excellent, and whilst we we weren’t intending to have desserts glad we changed our minds.

The restaurant itself it’s beautiful and very modern. The service was also amazing and we had a lovely waiter. We really enjoyed the wine and focaccia. However, the rest of the food was rather mediocre, especially for the price. The vitello tonnato was just the veal slices but pretty much no tuna sauce. The veal was good quality but lacked taste a little bit due to lack of seasoning. The veal ravioli were a bit too al dente and really nothing special sadly and quite bland. For mains we had the veal saltimboca and the guinea fowl. Sadly the veal was very over cooked, dry and hard to cut. The best part were the small pickled onions on the side. The Guinea fowl was ok but lacked flavour. Our sides were tasty though (cavolo nero and potatoes). After we finished we got some biscuits which was kind. All in all sadly a bit underwhelming and we expected more given a bill of £200. The bill staff was definitely great though.

Lovely restaurant, classy, great service and feels really posh. would definitely come back. The starters and dessert was the best for me. Chocolate cake was really really good, would recommend. Wish the lamb dish was a bit better.

So disappointed at the food under the new ownership. A ridiculous serving of turbot ( enough to feed at least 2 ) unlovingly cooked. A pasta and lobster dish which was without flavour. Service good as usual but the kitchen need to get their act together.

We first got to know Enoteca Turi in Putney more than 20 years ago and it was a great loss when they were forced to move out by a greedy developer despite local objections. However, the move to Chelsea resulted in an even better restaurant albeit with prices moving up accordingly as you might expect. It is not only the wonderfully authentic regional food or truly impressive curated award winning wine list (with the best descriptions ever on the wine list) that attract their fans but just as importantly the genuine, personal & warm welcome you always get from two lovely people in Giuseppe & Pam who make this place SO special. Restaurants where the owners work tirelessly to build a personal relationship with their guests, as well as a loyal following, like Enoteca Turi, Sam's Riverside and Corbin & King's chain before being sold to Minor are rarer and rarer these days. It is going to be sad to see Pam & Giuseppe retire but hopefully the new owners (whoever they are) will appreciate that this place feeds our heart as well as our stomach!

I have been coming to this restaurant since I was a child and it was good to revisit it one last time before ownership changes. The food was decent, if overpriced and a bit fussy visually (think lots of drizzle and pine nuts). Service was patchy, very attentive at times but not consistently so. The biggest problem however was that the tables are unpleasantly close to one another, some were so close there would have been barely any room to get in and out without interfering with the table next door. The density inevitably resulted in a lack of privacy and the elderly couple sitting next to us were particularly vile. The man quizzed the owner on whether certain other patrons at the restaurant were "locals or Putney" (his words), creating his own self-imposed caste system within the restaurant. This was based on superficial inferences and that excruciating and prolific snobbery left a very unpleasant taste in our mouths. The owner, doubtless bemused, entertained that pompous prune's grandiosity, though his wife looked positively bored by the end of the meal and was keen to leave. It's her birthday in September, I hope she finds better company.

Been going to Enoteca Turi for 30 years. Pam and Guiseppe who are on the point of retiring have run an amazing restaurant - they have been immaculate with their chefs and staff - and we know they’ve handed the restaurant and Guiseppe’s awesome wine cellar to responsible and passionate new owners who will continue the standards they established. Did I mention that the food is wonderful?!

Food is really good. But service and greeter/waiter experience is notting short of terribly unfriendly. While food is good, training staff about service and courtesy seems required.

The waiter who greeted us yesterday was rude and dismissive. A restaurant of this caliber and great food by amazing chef deserves better service by better customer facing staff… I don’t think we would go back. The experience dealing with a lousy waiter can ruin the entire experience. This was the case yesterday (14/8) at lunch so we left and had a great lunch nearby.

High-end but not overly-fussy food from seasonal ingredients, served by lovely people. Incredible wine selection.

My first visit to Enoteca Turi since it moved to Belgravia, and it certainly will not be my last. The decor is very pleasing and the service both efficient and very affable. I ordered a Bellini (a very good one, too) while I browsed the menu, and staff were on hand to answer my questions. The food was top notch- I started with vitello tonnato, with a sauce so good I asked for a spoon with which to finish it off. I then had the sirloin steak, which was beautifully cooked and came with incredibly tasty vegetables and an ethereal sauce. Finally, the fantasia di pesche dessert- sumptuous and yet refreshing. Enoteca is known, of course, for its wines and each of mine married perfectly to its dish. I went with the recommended wine with my starter and dessert and splashed out on a glass of Tignanello with my steak. A glorious French coffee (one of the best I’ve ever had) rounded off a gorgeous meal; I’ll be going back soon.

An absolute delight, the waiter had a real passion and love for the food when he presented the menu and gave suggestions and you could understand why since it was delicious. It could have been a “elitist” atmosphere with the level of food which would have been ok but instead it was a familial and warm setting. Loved it!

Friends invited us to lunch and chose this restaurant and once we arrived there we saw why they like it . We arrived in pouring rain and we’re met with a warm welcome and placed at a lovely big table in a quiet corner. We were served by very discreet , knowledgable and helpful staff in a clean airy and light atmosphere. The starters that were chosen - melon and Parma ham as well as veal- arrived beautifully presented and very tasty . Mains were mushroom risotto, lamb, linguine and lobster as well as a ravioli - all were enjoyed. Dessert was also very good . The Decor of mirrors with areas of Italy on them were on one wall and the other was painted brick and looked very nice Thank you all for a lovely afternoon

My first time at this restaurant. The frontage is small and elegant but easy to walk past if you didn't know it was there. Inside the decor is simple, elegant and relaxing. The staff were super friendly although the overall atmosphere is formal dining. The food was excellent, really authentic and beautifully cooked. Not a piazza in site and only the most authentic pasta dishes. Some really nice regional dishes at very reasonable prices for the standard. The sommelier was really knowledgeable and helpful. Huge selection of wine. All in all a very enjoyable experience. Would thoroughly recommend and will return if in the area again.

Amazing Italian restaurant in the iconic Chelsea in London. Extremely friendly staff, delicious steak and incredible Tiramisu.

A beautiful white tablecloth Italian restaurant, busy with life. A really nice place to be. Wine list is extensive and worth another visit. Food was ok with mixed feelings: Carpaccio was bland and would not recommend. Lamb on the other hand was great. Biggest let down was service. It was friendly and fast but had huge flaws: I ordered an expensive Brunello which was opened off the table and DECANTED without asking. Like what!? Plate of carpaccio was dirty with full of fingerprints (the other dish/plate was totally clean). No tap water was offered and instead a bottled water was served. I also wish they recommended a side dish to the lamb - it was lot of meat but little garnish.

Well established, excellent food and great service. Unusually the atmosphere is more cosy and private downstairs, one can have a conversation without straining to hear those at your table. Very good range of starters, pasta and mains. Unfortunately, there wasn't room for dessert, but the next table's selection looked great. Extensive wine list.

I went there over the weekend, first of all the restaurant is beautiful, the staff took great care of us and were really nice, friendly and knowledgeable! Anywhere we looked, the food looked absolutely amazing and other guests seemed to really enjoy it! It was difficult to choose what to have. What we selected was absolutely lovely and the presentation of the plates was as lovely as the taste! I definitely recommend this restaurant and will be back soon!

Lovely ambience. For a cozier atmosphere I would recommend sitting downstairs by one of the fireplaces. Really good food. The owner came around during dinner which made it feel so homey. Great experience. Good local restaurant. Will definitely be back.

A very engaging and accommodating restaurant team; seated us on a walk-in basis; thoughtful menu selection, portioned very well, with the full range of flavours and textures expected of fine Italian dining; very good Italian wine selection, well-priced. Coming back.

A perfectly balanced dinner this weekend with fresh, individually flavoured ingredients, and a special treat of porcini mushrooms. Delicious Franciacorta and a lovely red wine, suggested by the house, to go with the main course. I hesitate to write a glowing review for fear that the restaurant will be impossible to book in future, but this is an exceptional find. The food is wonderful, the service is solicitous and attentive without being overbearing, and I can scarcely imagine a more pleasurable dining experience. Some of the “famous names” that are very much more expensive could take a cue from this restaurant.

The food was decent but didn't knock my socks off. The bread sticks and Burrata appetizer were more art than satisfying to the pallet. The eggplant ravioli was decent. The highlight was likely the pistachio tiramisu. The price point was quite high but I suppose that's a reflection of its location.

Food was great and service as you would expect for that price range. We were the youngest in the room but that is no reflection of the restaurant. It had a nice feel having the owner keep an eye on things. Like having your Nonna in the room!

Fantastic Italian restaurant with original takes on classic ingredients and first class service. I find often restaurants in this price bracket struggle to strike a balance between traditional and innovative (either straying too far from the soul of a dish and disrespecting the ingredients, or playing it boringly safe). Enoteca Turi straddles the line perfectly - every course was a hit with the tiramisu for dessert as a particular standout. Bravo!

Just had a dinner there last night. The food is OK but the service is awful. When me and my friend enjoying our starter and sharing what happened in life recently they came 3 times to stop us and ask did we finish. And then without asking they just bring main to us stright away. There is a guy with suit is very nice perfect service very elegant but the 2 italian people one a female with glasses one a guy with very loud voices are treating us very different make us feel so uncomfortable. I even have to explain to her ' sorry we are talking too much didn't see each other for a while' and no response. Just in such a rush to want us go. We stayed there around 2 and half hours. I would say its a normal time for a full dinner. If you want to have a quite chat night with your friends it's not the right place.

Sadly rather lost its mojo. Head waitress super nice but soup was rather dense and stodgy and unpleasant (Italian waitress did not seem to care that I had hardly touched it), pasta was lovely al dente and quite nice taste but entirely tepid ... what a pity for such a chic restaurant that used to be so brilliant

Very good but portion size a bit small for an Italian

Food was good, felt welcome by who may have been the/one of the owners but our waiter just wasn't great. He never stopped by our table, had to call him for everything. He kept kicking my handbad when serving me. Served my pasta without offering parmesan, which he did at a table next to ours for the same dish. If this place was local, I'd probably go back but definitely not worth the trip.

Excellent service, really memorable classic Italian dishes with creative twists, and (from what I hear) a frequently changing menu that keeps it fresh. Would eat here again and our dining partners eat here frequently.

My wife and I enjoyed an Absolutely first class meal with wines paired to every dish. We had got married the day before and were here to celebrate and were not disappointed. Giuseppe And Pamela both welcoming us at the door, their passion and energy still brightly shining after so many years running this lovely restaurant. What a wonderful gem of a place! If time permitted, I would eat here every day! We got each course paired with perfect wine by the sommelier and both me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our meal! First time trying here, we live locally and love finding new restaurants. Ambiance was lovely and chilled out, very romantic/great for a sophisticated dinner.
