A great friendly little Italian, welcoming space and staff, smashing cappuccino and baked I house chocolate spread croissant 🥐 I was looking for a breakfast stop and stumbled across Pasticceria Di Leo, it’s tucked away inside a little covered arcade, but well worth sniffing out.

Pasticceria Alessandro Di Leo is our place to go for a proper breakfast ‘the Italian way’- amazing coffee and croissant- a tea and cake with friends and much more, in such a simple and elegant location. It is our first port of call for every family celebration, thank you Alessandro and Martina for always making our birthdays so special! This team can accomodate your every single request, sweet and savoury dreams do become true.

Lovely coffee. Delicious cinnamon buns filled with pistachio cream. And a delightful home made panettone. Lovely friendly service too. Will be back when next in Stortford!

Like walking into Italy. Fantastic coffee and cakes to die for. The regular sized cakes are superb, but the small versions are just as good and I don't feel guilty eating a mini rum Baba stuffed with chocolate and Nutella to have with my perfect cappuccino. Forget the chains. This place is full of Italian delight
