Pasta E Pizza By Eataly in City of London, Westminster

I have always been a huge fan of Eataly in London and New York, and have eaten there several times! This visit was awful! From the girl at front of house who was so miserable, like she couldn’t be bothered, her first words to us were “you’ve got two hours”, not a great welcome, to the bland, disappointing food and rushed wait staff! We went for an early Father’s Day lunch but won’t be returning which is a shame as we’ve always enjoyed it before.

Went here today, in short, the food was awful. I had calamari, bruschetta, nduja pizza and truffle pasta, two glasses of wine and two fizzy pops, £129 🤢 Tomato for pizza has literally been slopped out of a tin can and straight onto the base. Place has gone down here compared to my last visit some years back. To top it off, fella who gave me the bill dashed it on my table. Funny thing is this place gives cooking classes as well, what a joke.

Considering the abundance of Italian products in the same building, unfortunately the food was bland and not worth the money. Do not eat here!

We came here as a meal for our anniversary, service was slow, felt rushed and uncared for. Food was extremely bland. Do not recommend.

Eccellenza dei prodotti di qualità italiani ma prezzi inarrivabili. Vastissima scelta di vini. Piatti buonissimi ma alcuni punti che abbassano la media: i tavoli sono senza tovaglia, il tovagliolo di carta, il servizio veloce ma senza il pane. La cucina chiude alle 20,30 per cui non lo abbiamo avuto. Si sono dimenticati di portalo. I dolci sono confezionati.
