Pasha's Peri Peri in Tower Hamlets

Yesterday ( 13th sep ) I had made an order from “ pasha peri peri “ on just eat around approximately 15:40pm and expected it to arrive around 16:05 to 16:45 and unfortunately it didn’t arrive as the driver took off with my order and stole my food , the app said it’s on its way then said it lost the drivers signal . I waited for an update back and fourth from the restaurant up untill 18:35pm untill I had gotten very frustrated as my food was marked delivered after I spoke to the restaurant and just eat numerous amount of times and decided to pay a visit to the shop as they refused to answer my calls and the workers were very rude and sexist as they did not even speak to my mother face to face at all !! The customer service from the shop is honestly disgusting , they did not even respect my mother as a customer as we were the customers who were trying to file a complaint let alone other women. They refused to answer the phone hence why I decided to pay them a visit. I have a strong feeling that they didn’t even make my food and give it to a driver as they seemed very calm and did not look genuine enough to think this is going to impact their business for other customers as they were very challenging in person and spoke Hindi thinking I don’t understand what they’re saying LOL !! . I lost £30 of food and my money!! And just eat says it will take 72 hours for this to be resolved 😂 ( JUST EAT IS A JOKE ) This happened to me a few times and I had to go and collect my food my self however this time this has gone too far I have spoken to just eat and was told I’ll be receiving a email about this situation as there will be an investigation however there’s still no sign of them dealing with this matter. I’d like for anyone who’s planning to order from here be aware as these people will take your money and not treat you well at all let alone you eating their food!!!

Absolutely poor food. Missing items within my food and quality of food was bad. Called the manager he was unhelpful and was unable to compensate for mistake made on their chefs behalf. Very disappointed and will not continue with ordering here!

Tasted good, just next time give me the correct sauces that I have ordered because I'm allergic to bbq sauce.

Good food and always arrives quickly, however for the THIRD TIME IN A ROW the order was incomplete!! Such a shame, as in the past I've never had a problem?! Maybe the menu has changed and not been updated on the site? If so, SORT IT OUT PLEASE? I'd like to know what I'm actually going to get when I order!!

The food was nasty, chips tasted like they was boiled or something soo soggy after eating a few of them i decided to eat my chicken burger, even that tasted soggy and way too juicy that made me doubt if it was cooked properly or not..... Never Again

Part of my order never reached me. Called them and experienced a rather impolite phone conversation just to get a promise that the rest of my order will reach me soon. Never happened. As for the food that did reach me, there was spillage in the bags, the burger seemed heavily shaken and everything was swimming in grease.. Never again!

Ordered twice..first time phoned to clarify menu and was given wrong information by staff so ended up with wrong food! Chips definitely cudav been much better. Second time ordered much better was on time and tasted decent..if service is the same wud order again

I live 0.6 miles from this takeaway. Despite this they were late. This would've been okay if they hadn't delivered some of the worst food i've had to look at. Chicken smelt uncooked and boiled, the coke can smelt of soil, apple pie was burnt, and the chips there literally soggy because they were not cooked properly, and were delivered inside a plastic bag.

The guy at the phone said that they didn't have any drivers but he wanted us to pay with our debit card. This sounds quite dodgy! This guy sounded really rude as well! Never gonna even try to order from here again! Really poor experience!

Corn on the cob was extremely dry, rest of the food was nice. Only problem is they brought me someone else's food and they had to come back to bring me the correct order

Twice in a row our order has had to be cancelled now due to their bike breaking down... I don't see how this is acceptable to make promises of delivery that they cannot make? No other options were given they simply said they had to cancel the order. Beautiful food and we've ordered from them many times but we won't anymore! Suggest buying another bike or vehicle as the service at the moment is appalling

Worst service ever!!! Order came about 1 hour late! Called them up to find where the hell the driver was and was told he was on my road! An hour later my food arrived! These guys are the biggest liars going! Do not order from here, they are cowboys!!

I ordered at 3.30 the food came 2 hours later. I understand, fair ebough its late but if u cant bring me food at this time then dont stay open. I ordered the food its not great to say the least. The food was late i tried calling the restaurant which didnt answer because its past its opening time and the food came so late i had to come outside my house to meet the driver who was obnouxious as F but never mind still got to eat so cant complain too much. If I could give no stars I would. The delivery was shocking was over an hour late all they could off was extra food. All the staff was very rude. The delivery driver was even ruder than the staff at the restaurant. Food was cold and soggy. Would never order here again and would certainly NEVER recommend it!!!

I placed an order for a chicken burger meal specifying that I did not want mayonnaise in it as i am allergic, nor did i want any salad in it. However, they seemed to ignore that request and placed both in my burger which meant that I wasted money on a burger meal I could not eat! I also placed another meal order, but the fries were not given with the meal. Very disappointed, i order from here occasionally. seriously deliberating whether to recommend and come back to or not.

Ridiculous and by far the shadiest and most unprofessional takeaway service. Accidentally made two orders so we thought we'd call the restaurant, (like any normal being would do)with the intention to cancel one of the orders. We called more than 17 times and no one picked up. Once the delivery man arrived, we asked if we could cancel the order but he refused and only justified his answer with "I'm only the delivery man". Fair enough. I then asked him if there was something wrong with the restaurants phone as no one picked up the phone despite having called more than 18'times. He replied that it was working fine and carried on insisting that he had questioned his colleagues about the same order. He told us that it was "normal" for customers to make two orders at the same time, which I personally find ridiculous because no sane human being would make two SAME orders twice AT THE SAME TIME. The delivery man then persisted on feeding us rubbish excuses. By and large, food is at the very most mediocre so if you want your money's worth, place your order someplace else. Never do business with with those who have no interest in putting their customer first. Most insincere and dodgiest experience with Just eat and this is coming from a regular customer.

Stale fries and chicken that has clearly been out for too long. May be better being ordered in the day/early evening.

Great service! Food was very nice as always. They were nice to take care of all my requests. The delivery man was very nice and friendly and gave a heads up when he was a few minutes away. Would definetly recommend this restuarant. The peri peri chicken is better than any other shop i have tried. 10/10!

Food was excellent as always. Delivery man rudely asked me to go outside and get the food instead of coming up to my flat and was talking on phone while giving me servicing me.

Your driver got lost numerous times, I ordered chicken strips like I always do and you get be wings. Your chips are like soggy cardboard and your boxes leak everywhere so I'm glad you had a plastic bag around it. Suppose I didn't starve though~ This'll be my last order though.

The meals were for a team at work, one girl was very angry when she pulled plastic out of her chicken wrap. Tried to resolve with restaurant which tool 1.5hrs to deliver in the first place. Didn't get anywhere, the prices are cheap, but I'm afraid the whole experience also was. I personally threw the chicken nuggets away as they taste absolutely awful. The chips really upset my stomach I don't know how the rest of the team got on, but I went home early as I was in a bad way.

Terrible...... do not order from theses the food arrived cold and nasty and not to mention they took AGES to deliver their food. THEY dont answer their phone when you ring , badly organised company . Comlete and utter dissapointment

ordered from here before and the customer service is really good, however the food I ordered last night was not appetising at all. I ordered chicken strips and they were hard and dry, as if stale. the chips were soggy. the best part of the meal was probably the peri peri strips with plenty of flavour even though it was a little burnt. disappointed but maybe I'll give it another go in the distant future.

Took almost TWO hours. Really bad overall quality. Chicken nuggets were white reconstituted foam. Chips were awful quality. Wrap was meagerly filled. Buggy menu selection on mobile app.

I had to wait for over 1 hour 20 minutes. The food was cold. And one of the item was missing, I call 5 time before someone pick up the phone. I would not be using them a again.

Despite being somewhere I've used before (and who have delivered to me several times) the delivery driver today got lost ... FOUR TIMES!! ... despite ringing me and being given directions each time from wherever he had ended up!! And as I'd never had any problems before, for the first time I didn't check the order straight away and when we finally went to eat found that part of the order was missing and by then it was too late as they had closed!! I'll still use then in the future though, but next time I'll go back to checking!

Ordered Peri peri half chicken meal, Peri wrap meal, peri strips and corns on the cob. All very nice and fast except from the corn was very dry and not very enjoyable. Ordered a few times and have been happy with delivery time and quality of food. Chips aren't soggy which I usualy find with takeaway food. Thank you will be ordering again

Chicken wings were pretty good. Ordered 10, but only for 9, so a little disappointing in that regard. The corn on the cobb was also very dry. Otherwise, nice food.

Im offended with the meal I was provided with since it was such a large order and I had a hair in one of the chicken wings. I was very disappointed because the food I ordered was for work colleagues leaving do and it was ruined by the quality of the food

MY MEAL DIDN'T COME - I WAITED ALMOST 2 HOURS AND NOTHING CAME. I RANG THE RESTAURANT 25 TIMES (LITERALLY) AND NO ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE. I DECIDED TO GO TO SLEEP AND EVENTUALLY I HAD A CALL FROM THE DRIVER SAYING HE COULDN'T FIND THE ADDRESS WHICH I FIND HARD TO BELIEVE BECAUSE ITS ON A MAIN ROAD AND ON EVERY ONLINE MAP.

They Can take up to 2 hours just to Deliver to you while promising on time delivery. I ordered at 2am for delivery at 3am. right now is 3.40 and still waiting.

The meal was great, we've loved it but it was quite expensive then my local. Anyway good meal enjoyed it and well cooked:-)
