Nothing to say about the food, fairly quick service, but cold welcome. No smiles, no music and screens off, the atmosphere not great.

Nice service like any papa John's but bad service. I've ordered from here many times as I don't have a choice but they're consistently late. The forget certain items. I scheduled one larger order for later in the evening and they randomly sent 6 of them 2 hours early.

Regarding the above mentioned order I never received any delivery Can I have a refund please.

Papa johns have variety of pizza and sides they taste really good and aspecially the staffs are very friendly they do good service with respect, do visit the papa John’s for better taste of pizza

Ordered food at 20:22pm... Waited until 21:10 to call them to follow it up... Man who answers the phone says its already lefts and its on its way... I remain patient. Gets to 21:30 and the food still hasn't arrived! I call again and the same man on the phone says it will be with me in 5 minutes... I wait until 21:50 to receive my cold pizza. AVOID THIS STORE. POOR SERVICE.

I’ve been in store to order , was a guy who was trying to fix the tv and no one else around , after 3 minutes a delivery boy with his helmet on appeared and asked me “: yo , you want something?!” Obviously I looked at him and told him, at the moment I am good ! By his appearance I can presume how they making pizza :)) . This papa John’s is a joke .

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE We placed at 10:29am for delivery at 16:15pm on 1/12/2023. I called the store at 16.30pm asking where my order was, the man on the phone was no help as all, seemed confused & told me my order would be another 20 minuets until it left the store, making the order then 45 MINUETS LATE. I then had 5 different drivers delivering the order all at different times with the full order finally being delivered at 6PM - 2 HOURS LATE & FREEZING COLD. Everyone had left the meeting & gone home. This was a corporate order costing £324.35 - A waste of money & no-one ate. We've not had any human response either nor compensation or refund. POOR SERVICE.

The Pizza was awesome I loved how it tasted and it was made really great and definitely worth the money I paid. It's not the best waiting area but it's worth waiting for.

I always order from here. Great food and great service!

It was an hour late and both paid for dips & the selected dip with the dippers were missing.

Staff and service are Amazing! The people in charge should do something about the aircon, the temperature inside the shop are extremely high! The staff should be looked after, in this condition is impossible to work!

Gotta love Papa John’s. Did I need a large pizza all for myself? No. Did I get one? Yes. Mondays they have an “Any Large Pizza £9.99” Deal, so the medium, even at 50% off for carry-out, would have been pricier. Pizza was great. Always love getting Papa John’s when I am in the UK since it is unavailable on the continent.

No complaints from me. Tasty American style pizza with reasonable pricing and delivered piping hot. They always have some sort of deal/discount to make that price even tastier

It’s a shame that they don’t pay attention to detail - pizzas are dry and overcooked.

We purchased a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. We were appalled when it arrived as it was 60% crust, 40% pizza. Called to let them know and ended up being shouted at by the franchise owner Kareem. Very bad customer service, we will order from a different branch in future

Can order on Uber eats but cannot order through the original app? My discount codes that works for the app does not work for the Uber eats. The place is open for delivery so why can’t I order though the papa johns app?? Scam

Lazy staff, undercooked pizza and forgot my drink.

I ordered the Mexican on one half of a large pizza and altogether maybe there was only three or four miniscule pieces of beef, pretty much non existent and felt like I was eating a vegetarian pizza. You couldn't even see unless you looked closely that's how tiny they were.

Not the first time they’ve got the pizza wrong, so I can’t be bothered to complain again. They still seem to struggle to properly slice the pizza and it’s never fresh, clearly sitting on the oven for ages before delivery. Really sloppy. Need to sort their staff out.

NEVER AGAIN 1st January I’ve placed an order online and never received the items. I went to the store next morning and they told me the system was down and that I would receive the refund in 3 days. Today is the 18th and nothing yet. I called the store and a rude attendant told me they cannot do anything for me. How come? Can’t loose almost £40.00 like this.

Order never came, customer service is truly awful - dominoes is just one road across on the highway and they’re professional and fantastic.

Absolute nightmare. Ordered my pizza online and paid for it. Tracker said it was delivered when I haven't received anything. I called the store and the manager spoke to me with such disrespect, making it seem like it was my fault the pizza was not delivered. They said the delivery man delivered it and gave it to a guy which I don’t know anything about. They were so rude and didn’t care that I paid for a pizza and got nothing. I demanded a refund and he said it will come in 2-3 days but it has been a week and I haven't received anything. The worst part is that this is the second time they failed to deliver my pizza. I will not be ordering from here ever again. I felt absolutely helpless and disrespected by the staff here. Do not order from here!!!

Was one of the best pizzas I've ever had, especially loved the rich tomato sauce and lots of cheese. I inhaled this pizza. It took like only 10 Minutes as well.

Very reasonable prices and the food was absolutely lovely. Me and my partner were on the postnatal ward at TRL Hospital for several days and tried as many different local food places as possible. I collected from here and was impressed with the speed and the quality of food. Fantastic meal

I ordered several times from papa johns and the pizza was amazing till now which was the worst pizza I ever had in my life. Give my money back. The dough was not even cooked and it was awful. If you cook it wrong just make another one, don’t deliver it

I've been ordering my pizza from this store to my workplace. Most of the time they've been great and been delivering it on time and sometimes 5 or so mins early. But recently they've been a good half hour late and getting my order wrong. I'll be looking to getting my treat Fridays from elsewhere now. Even once when I tried calling nearly 20 times and not once did they pick up the phone. I'm very disappointed.

I visited this Papa Johns Pizza in London. I was happy to see an American Pizza chain in London and the pizza is very good.

Website states delivery made half an hour ago. Just turned up - pizza cold and wrong dessert. Driver called asking if I'd cancelled, I said no and wanted my order, he then said he was at the door. No apology and extremely weird interaction.

I think the service is okay ordered few times from this shop at cable street.

Have called several times now to request the refund for my pizza that never existed, to be told the manager will call me, which I have been told 5 times now. I've sent 2 e-mails with no reply, and I am still waiting for a refund from 3 weeks ago

Love the pizza from here. The service was quick and my order was taken quickly. I was also offered alternatives. Will definitely order from here again. A big up for Mijan who won us over with his amazing customer service skills and friendly manner. 😊

Ordered numerous times over the past 6 months and the delivery time is excellent (within 30 minutes), pizza always arrives hot and decent quality. Made the mistake a few times of ordering from other local restaurants only to receive cold pizza and long wait time.. Highly recommend Papa John's at this location!!

Absolutely rude staff. We ordered some pizzas and one was supposed to be without cheese. We received one with vegan cheese so we asked to have another one WITHOUT cheese, they sent us another one... WITH normal cheese. We called again and they said they were going to send us one TOMORROW.... like if it was our fault! We specifically asked for NO cheese. Was that so hard to understand? Plus saying they were going to deliver TOMORROW... so rude. Never going to order again!

Terrible pizza place. Usually incorrect order, terrible customer service but they benefit from a good location. Most recently they cancelled an order which was already placed and confirmed for no reason. When we called to ask why it was cancelled, they hung up on me.

I love Papa John’s but this Branch use very little tomato sauce and cheese on the pizza (They try to save money on ingredients), so i order from the Poplar branch instead now which is perfect.

Worst restaurant for online orders.. The guy says 20 mins for a one pizza even when they don’t have customer in the store. Disgusting

We're staying at the Wombats Hotel, came into order a few pizzas. The guys at the counter was fantastic. Gave me a great collection deal as well as showing me the Vegan option. Great service with hot pippin pizzas. Hats off to the team. A must visit for the locals.!

Called before visit store to order but I seams that receiver wasn’t happy to answer few questions. So, I prefer to visit store and speak directly. Pizza tastes ok. Customer service is so so. Shop is well decorated. Cleanliness is ok. Location is good, just junction of Leman Street - Dock Street - Cable Street.

Have been local here since a year.. and have fancied PJs since my time in Mumbai since last 10 years.. Have been ordering food from PJ from cable street, London regularly.. but have been facing a hard time ordering from them whether its online or take away lately.. The guys just there are either rude or self obnoxious.. no customer service at all.. all they want is your orders or money.. I was more disgusted when I ordered a medium sized pizza and they asked me for a £ for a carry bag, and when I opened my orders at home the garlic dip was missing as well.. such a shame to experience this kind of customer experience.. Would rather prefer to go to Aldgate one store Or switch to Domino’s.. Hope you take a better action against them the Papa Johns family.. thanks for your service all this while !

Pathetic pizza, barely any tomato paste, think when wanted regular. Raw tomato like it was an afterthought. Waited 45mins for this, wasn't even worth the offer price. Toppings not even covering the whole pizza. Guys do not bother ordering for delivery.

The perfect place for a quality pizza,

Pizza has a good taste. But there is no place to eat it quitely so this place is better for take out and offers delivery service as well. But with a 7 min walk you can eat on the stairs of the.london towers which is not bad if the weather is not bad. And the pizza is warm. The staff I met was kind and helpfull

Pedí un par de pizzas de colección ya que me estaba quedando en la zona. A la llegada me dieron la orden equivocada, buen trabajo que comprobé. Las pizzas en sí parecían tener bases recocidas, eran bastante frágiles y tenían marcas de quemaduras / quemaduras. No es el mejor PJ que he tenido.

I have been ordering pizza from this place since past 6 months. Ordered a hot pepper passion pizza and had called them to make sure they add enough jalepenos. The pizza turned out to be very cold with barely 5-6 jalepenos for the whole XXL pizza. When called regarding this, the asian guy could barely speak English, put me on hold when asked to talk to manager and never picked up the call again. Please save yourself the disappointment and don't order!

Fast delivery. Hot, tasty pizza! I am changing the review from 5 stars to 1. Customer service is non existent. I've been trying to get my money back for the cancelled order they charged me for four almost a month now!!!! And right before that I received the wrong product and I kept on e mailing them for 3 months before I received a response. This time I spoke to 3 different people and all of them told me it's solved when it wasn't and still isn't.

The pizza arrived late and cold! The garlic sauce does not taste anything like garlic.

This was the first time when i ate at Papa Jhon's and i was surprised about how the vegetable where coocked (slightly aldente exactly on my taste), but the meat it's the cheapest quality.

Just picked up a pizza from this location and am really unimpressed. Pizza is ungodly thin to the point it falls apart when you try to pick up a slice, plus I ordered and paid for 2 cups of pizza sauce that did not get put in my order.

Really enjoyed Pizza from this Papa John's Branch! The Pizza was warm and well cooked and it was extremely delicious! However, the Garlic dip did taste really buttery which I didn't like but it could just be my opinion.

Compare to Tower bridge Papa jhon's this shop is billions time better . Excellent pizza and professional staffs.

Worst customer service ever... I didn’t even get as far as ordering the food. Person on the phone was so rude and just didn’t get the concept of what I wanted to know, just current store offers for collection or delivery. Not sure why it was so difficult he just had to read what was written on his menu.

Ive never had nothing to complain about this place, until last night i made an order just to get the delivery guy arrive and tell me that he only has half of my change, so the order ended up being more expensive than it was supossed to. Should have sended the pizza back, never ordering again.

The guy that answers the phone is completely uneducated. Hangs the phone on me while placing an order after telling him to apply coupon. Next time: Domino´s, Pizza Express, or Pizza Union.

Papa Johns is invariably pretty good, my first order here after disappointment fro local dominos. No, I don’t work/live in the Shard. The garlic bread was ok, but the pizza was soggy and the crust just fell off. Do yourself a favour and get s supermarket pizza, or a curry, or a kebab, or anything! A disgrace to the brand
