I was sceptic before ordering here due to the poor reviews from the past. However, I am not disappointed with the food and the overall experience! Food was of good quality, prices are average and understandable. The delivery was approx 15 min late, which I can understand as we ordered delivery to Halesowen. I would recommend this take out and I will be ordering from here again. Thanks!

Great food good servings but the brierley hill one has always been good stear clear of the dudley pars not very nice people in that one foods hit and miss

Ordered at 7:50 arrived 8:30 but understand may be busy but then forgot wings and garlic bread. We phoned to let them know and see if they can send some out they said it’s not included with the family meal deal even though it’s on the menu. We didn’t want the hassle so we said we would leave it for now but when we began to eat, we asked for bbq base pizzas as for allergies they sent tomato base so we phone so we could get the correct pizzas sent out and they basically said we was lying about it and they not sorting it out. Don’t know why they got a such a high rating staff is rude food isn’t that good and time for delivery is long

Called to order a takeout. The man on the phone was rushing the order and not listening to what I wanted. The food took over an hour to arrive which due to the man who took the order rushing had got the order wrong. Never the less we've continued to eat the food where I've bitten into my chicken burger and the burger was PINK and wet. I tried to call the takeout back but they close at 1am where the driver left our door at 12:59. Called the shop twice as I thought staff would still be there cleaning and closing up but there was no answer. Not happy, usually a returning customer but not after this.

Since the new owners have taken over at pars the food and the service is excellent. Any problems the owners will above and beyond to keep the customers happy. We'll worth ordering.

Food was 2.5 hrs late when we called after 40 minutes we was told it was on its way, when called after 1hr the man said he already told us it was on its way. When we called again 1hr 20 minutes later I was told they just received my order and they will send it straight away, when it arrived almost 2 hours late only half the order arrived, we phoned back and the person said we only ordered 1 Kabab not too, we told him to check the order and he then said he will send the other Kabab out this took another 40 minutes, the delivery driver told us not to use Deliveroo as if it was there mistake and not the incompetence of the shop it's self. We will not be ordering again from this place and will warn others.

Put prices up £3.50 in a week, disgraceful, wen prices are dropping in supermarkets, price of inflation has dropped, only order a pizza and it's £15 not a chance, last time ever tonight, lost my custom forever. 😡

Went here a few weeks ago with a group of friends it was midnight. I had the pars special kebab on naan it was the best kebab ive ever had everything was amazing.

Waiting 3 hours for delivery many calls to them lots of lies eventually at 10pm told I wasn’t important enough to get my delivery as other food delivery services were more important

Went to pars after work about 12.15am, man in there clearly didn't know how to use the kebab tool as it would have been quicker to use a bread knife to take the kebab meat off the actual kebab, waited 10 mins before being acknowledged then to be told to go to another restaurant because he doesn't want to serve anymore!! shocked!!

Had the standard burger from here.. was ok

Me and my wife stopped using here several years ago. for some reason the tomato sauce on the pizzas had a 'cinnamony taste' I'm not sure if this is still the case and I remember many people at the time saying the same so it wasnt just us. Anyway roll on to this review... I was massively craving a kebab the other week. I didn't realise I had order chicken shish kebab - Like proper grilled kebab skewers. It was stunning. I also accidentally ordered hot chilly instead of sweet chilli, It made my nose run wild and eyes water haha but damn is was the best tasting this iv had in ages. I've craved it ever since. I'm hoping the pizzas may have changed as we will likely use this again soon.

Iv been using this place for over 20 year Old owners was brilliant Not now it's got no customer service they don't send you the right food then argues about it Food has gone poor

Poor quality pizza using pre-made bases that are like cardboard and have no taste, no fresh dough here!! So don't waste your money and go elsewhere wouldn't mind so much if I'd got what I paid for but 2 pizzas n garlic bread £24 is the norm but not the norm in terms of taste or quality of pizza

the delivery man was nice but the food was shocking and was greasy and tasted like cardboard. i will not order from here again. my sister smelt it and started heaving. my friend also had an upset stomach.

Pizza is nasty tasting with thick under cooked base. Garlic dips smelt off bad. Fries were hard and tasteless. Never again my stomach is turning after a bite!

Just had a 3 kebab meal ordered from here. An both the lamb an chicken shish on nan's were inedible. Totally burned that bad the chicken chucks were hard enough to use as ice hockey pucks lol. Phoned up Pars an who ever answered phone. Didn't care about their sub standard food. No apology offered. They just fobbed us off with well you will get refund by just eat!! Which does nothing to satisfy our anger at such disgusting food an terrible customer service after overcharging us an having spilt tub of chilli sauce all over the place!! Won't EVER order from this place again!!! They need cooking lesson on how NOT to cremate their so called meat!!! Totally DISGUSTING food I wouldn't even serve a dog with.

burnt pizza, rubbery chips and a donner wrap that was drowned in sauce. Even the dog doesn't want it and pizza is her favourite food.

The pizza was the worst I've ever had and im not exaggerating, im not picky about food either. Literally fell apart when I picked up a slice, crust was like charcoal and crumbled away. Please spend your money somewhere else, they have a 2 star review in cleanliness as well.

Hygeine is very very poor, they don't handle the food well at all and this is reflected by their hygeine rating 🤮🤢 I only thought to check the hygeine after have such vile food. Pizza had no sauce under the toppings... madness

Just had a pizza that was absolutely vile. Hardly any tomato sauce on base and what there was along with the toppings tasted grim! Won't be going here again.

Great price and good food, was working in the area and needed some late night food, found the food cheap and tasty, ticked both boxes, and prepared quickly.

Disappointing that they have stopped collections. I have had no issue in picking up food when passing at roughly the same time each week throughout lockdown until tonight. From previous experience delivery takes an age and is often cold on arrival so opt to collect on my way home. Pleased to say the numerous other takeaways in the High Street still accept ordering ahead and picking up as your passing!

Orrdered at 6 25. Order arrived at 9.25! Rang twice to chase, got told at 8.15 that it had just left and that I had a free bottle of wine (I had already used the offer for free wine on orders over £20). rang again at 9.10. arrived at 9.20. One pizza out of three was incorrect Kids were starving and falling asleep. Will never use again.

Disgusting, dont waste your money

Honestly don’t bother. Stated 55 minutes for delivery, took 1hr 40 minutes and that’s with 2 phone calls to chase. The first time I was promised it would be 10 minutes, half an hour later I called back. Portions were pitiful. If you have a decent appetite you’ve got no chance... I’m a size 10 female and I ate my ‘large’ size with no issue (could have managed more). My much larger husband is now off to McDonalds... really not impressed.

We have only lived in brierly hill since october and we found this takeaway and used it once now were the only one u use your food is good value for money decent portion sizes and your drivers always deliver with a smile highly reccomend this place

Just received a greatly anticipated kebab from pars which is usually spot on, however I have just opened the box to raw chicken, dry tasteless donner meat and a small handful of chips, shocking 🤢

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the staff at pars brierley hill, ordered food to come to our house, they then took the food to the wrong house, then tried to just us the food that had been sitting on someones front door for an hour!!!! We refused the food and my partner went to the shop to get a refund or fresh food he was greeted me an aggressive Male they agreed to cook his food, my partner asked for the manger as he didn't want to deal with the aggressive man, the man wasn't happy and squared up to my partner , they then locked him in the shop!!! And continued to be aggressive , when he asked to be let out they told him he can stay until they are closed!!! A Male then decided that he can now leave threw him up the wall and then outside. Police will be involved I am extremely angry and disappointed that they feel they can treat people in the manner!! U have lot us as customers.

To travel 3.5 miles to get my food then waiting 15 mins then get home to find out that large fries was missing what was the point in the meal deal.

On this time being in mind I have ordered loads of times in past couple of months and pars have been spot on Food extremely tasty Food delivery very quick At not a problem at all run smoothly But orders tonight have been bad no communication from restaurant Had to call them after 2 hrs waiting for them to tell me still in premises And will be with me within 25 minutes Not impressed by tonight But don't let this put you off food is very good Perhaps change if delivery driver but I'm not impressed as I'm very tired now as gone over an hour as it said If I never paid upfront and online I would be cancelling

Delicious kebabs, meat isn't heavily processed but is flame grilled and deliciously spiced - not hot unless you fancy the chilli sauce! Not greasy at all, well cooked and moist meat. I have a feeling I will be returning soon.

Ordered around half 12am food arrived at 1:20am pizza and chips they were ordered arrived cold, there was no meat on the pizza that I ordered driver was rude when delivering absolute disgrace from how I use to know it. Wouldn’t even give it 1 star if I could

They offer an online ordering service stating 55 mins for delivery after 1 hour 35 min decided to cancel the order! They obviously can't cope doing deliveries do don't know why they bother!

Order was wrong and pizza luke warm. Phoned and agreed to deliver missing fries which never turned up. Really disappointed as good always bee spot on previously.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Food was amazing I love their chicken wings. Kebab was good meat was cooked and fries wasn't soggy. Pizzas was to drool for. I had to wait a bit for my order but I wasn't bothered by it. Hopefully when I'm starving I don't have to wait that long. But all in all I would recommend.

Hit and miss. I ordered a couple of weeks ago and it was lovely but today it took nearly 2 hours to arrive and it wasn’t very nice.

If i could give them minus stars i would. Food was abdolutely VILE, MY KEBAB MEAT WAS NOT COOKED PROPERLY AT ALL! I WIL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!

If I could leave a minus 10 review I would the gave me food poisoning. I was ill for a week I started eating pizza realised it didn't taste right threw the rest of it away but by then it was too late. I'm glad I didn't eat all of it I'd probably be dead now

The staff are always cheerful and polite. It's my one stop when going to work. I like the wings, pizza and freshly made salad. The price is right.

Haven't been here in a while and it hasn't improved. Ordered a chicken n mushroom pizza I think they forgot to put the chicken on. Mixed skewers n fries asked for no salad they put loads on and chilli sauce so basically ruined it. Service was appalling waited several minutes before our order was taken as all visible staff were all on their mobile phones. Wish we had walked out and gone somewhere else as it's not like it is the only pizza/kebab place on the High St. When our order was ready it was placed by the till although we paid when the order was taken, lad who took the order on the phone again n lad who put the food by the till walked off out the back!! Bring back the old old staff who were friendly and made sure you were treated right. Poor food and even poorer service will be giving it a miss from now on.

Thought we would have a change from papa pizza & order from here so we could have Donna meat on a pizza well never again £28 later two deliveries & hungry children from 8.30pm the right order came at 10.45pm !! Absolute joke will defiantly stay at our normal papa pizza :) x

Open until 1am, and the kebabs are freshly made. Chicken kebab (on skewer) highly recommended.

Must have changed hands since last time i came because food came luke warm i live less than half a mile away and you dont expect it to be cold. The best thing about it was the 330ml coke. Overall taste tasted like perfume , it just did.

Having ordered from pars on 2 separate occasions now and both times the order has been messed up so I feel a review is in needed for 2 reasons. 1) to make customers aware 2) to make establishment aware and may be work on this issue. My first order was a simple 'forgot the garlic bread' it was rectified relatively quickly however by the time it had arrived we had finished the meal and the garlic bread was more like a dessert. However I was able to overlook this hence why I placed a second order and my I add my last ever order. Tonight I placed and order which consisted of * meat feast pizza * pepperoni pizza * chips * garlic bread Was advised would take upto 60 mins for delivery. After 1 hour and 10 mins food arrived (weather was heavy heavy rain so made allowances for the 10 min) we opened the pizza boxes and what we had was: * meat feast pizza * chips * garlic bread * chicken, sweetcorn and mushroom pizza Rang pars and pointed out their error, they first of all insisted the order was correct (chicken, sweetcorn and mushroom pizza is called a peldron (or something like that) on their menu) but then realised the person who took the order misheard me and said they would bring out the correct pizza asap. Hour passed had to chase the order, they said due to the bad weather it is taking the driver longer to make deliveries but he assured us it was on its way. 30 mins later I Eventually got my correct pizza 2 hours and 30 mins after placing the initial order, which may I add was hot so it's obvs wasn't on its way was it? Personally I think that was a fob off and they had forgotten all about it and was hoping I would have too, it was only then they started cooking my pizza. I have to say it is a shame as the food Is lovely and on the same level as Pizza Hut or dominos for half the cost, however that been said I'd much rather pay the extra and eat the correct meal at a decent hour.

Its a fantastic place.. but someone called mo solki is a bit wet.. always talkin bout girls he can never get.. but his real g chuk always has to get them and smash them for him. SAFE
