Will Never order again! Looked at menu online before coming in store to order order a Valentino and a pepperoni pizza no where does it state online that Valentino is part of BBQ chicken section or states it is a BBQ pizza should be ideally noted for allergy purposes got pizza home and it’s smothered in BBQ sauce, rang shop in regards to this to be greeted by nothing but attitude I’d recommend getting better service 👍🏻 Looks like a full order gone in Bin and I’ll stick to the better local options

Couldn’t be more annoyed! Was a regular customer for 4/5 years, ordering 2/3 times a month. The last FOUR times I have ordered from here my order has been wrong! I’m allergic to peppers… EVERY time I order I state this… I even CALLED them to tell them! But yet FOUR times this place has gotten my order completely wrong & sent random pizzas smothered in peppers! I’ve had to sit there covered in hives while watching my family eat their food, starving while I have to wait for another pizza every time! Sent me another pizza in a larger size.. which I didn’t order or want! God knows why this place thinks by sending me a larger pizza (which I can’t eat & didn’t order or want) is good enough! How do you get a regular customers order wrong FOUR times in a row??!! Don’t bother ordering from here unless you want your family evening completely ruined every time. Will NOT be ordering from here again. Twice was bad enough, but FOUR times in a row? Disgusting customer service, completely useless…. And it’s not like it’s cheap either! Fuming.

Best takeaway we've had during our 5 years in Leeds. After moving house from Hunslet to middleton yesterday and needing a well earned takeaway, we tried our new local parmis Pizza and was not disappointed. The kebabs were flavoursome and delicious. The garlic bread was amazing. The staff were very friendly, service was spot on, my only worry is I'll be using these guys too often :D.

Hubby went for large dinner kebab with salad, only to find when he got home carton of kebab meat with bit of carrot and cabbage, was charged £7,wont be back again.

Mostly great food, however the service is slipping. They've forgotten dips multiple times and have brought us salted fries when we asked without, and once tried to charge us twice when we went to collect - the woman behind the till was quite rude about it until the guy said "oh yeah they've already paid". I love the burgers, wraps, and the pizza, but the deserts have gone downhill. I got a chocolate fudge cake today and it came with ice in the box, it was rock solid and once defrosted tasted absolutely horrible - £3 in the bin. I'm sure they used to have Costco cake which was fantastic, now it feels a bit sad and lazy. When Parmis get it right it's fantastic, but they need to stop dropping the ball and keep their quality up.

Reused chips and when I say Reused I mean fried again burgers bun was dry stale I will never order from her again

This is the best food I have ever experienced from a pizzeria and the presentation and quality of the food is second to none, and the staff and look of the shop are outstanding, the best pizzeria I have ever come across, I would gladly eat from hear everyday if I had the money 😄 well done and I will keep coming here as much as I can for the fantastic food and amazing service. You will not be disappointed I guarantee it. I would give them 6 stars out of 5 it is that good.

Appauling service called up to complain and was told the food is meant to be soggy a greesy which i know is not the case pizza dough not cooked under the poor toppings that they slam on asked for my money back and was hung up on

I ordered 4 chicken Kebabs with chips, 2 tikka, 1 mixed and 1 plain. We have never had a tikka kebab or mixed kebab that was covered in a bright red tikka sauce. It was very salty , powdery and gritty. Plain kebab wasn't much better. Looked dirty and also very salty. Nothing like the photo on their web site. Phoned to complain . Both driver and chef Peter? came to my house to argue and demand food back which I gladly gave them. In the end they gave a full refund of £30 and made sure we had given them free garlic bread back that was the only thing edible from our order. Advice to chef- Google Kebab and stick to pizzas! I've never ordered pizza from you and never will order food from Parmis again but I have heard they are nice.

Ordered a chicken tikka kebab to receive what I'd call a curry. It was very disappointed , it was salty and seemed to me like red food colouring not 'tikka powdering' like the chef explained. The photo on the website was nothing like what came. Will not be ordering again or recommending! Poor customer service, argumentative and rude!

Absolute appalling service... ordered via the website for an order that was £30.70, had a receipt sent via email for £30.70, which itemised everything including the delivery which was 0. Delivery man came and told me me to pay £34. When I queried the price, he told me I need to ring the shop because he was just the driver. Believing there was probably a genuine error, I paid him the £34. I later spoke to the 'manager, who insisted on speaking over me constantly saying the website is wrong and needs to be updated and the delivery fee was added afterwards. A full argument later... he laughed down the phone at me and flat out refused any refund or to even knock off next order. Jokers... foods not too cracking either! AVOID

As a Hull gal to bite into a chip and taste what was so like the chip spice from my youth, they immediately had me hooked. Pepperoni and Donner meat pizza’s were delicious. Not overly greasy and very tasty. Counter staff very polite and cheerful. Will definitely be going back next time I fancy a Friday cheat night.

Former owners of Alfresco Pizzeria in Rothwell. If anybody is looking due to the drop in standards at alfresco, order from here and you’ll receive the same meal as you would have from Alfresco. Top guys, they do the best takeaways around.

Ordered for the first time tonight, went for a half pounder "chicken sizzler" which was made ready to order within a couple of minutes at the most... the burger was nearly arranged though the salad provided was a bit on the chunky side and the chicken fillets were well cooked throughout, my only negative were the fries that were provided, they were more on the soft side and very thin compared to how some of the other local takeaways do their fries (crispy and a bit chunkier) but that could be improved upon in the future.. all in all not a bad first experience, cost came to around £6 which is more than I would pay at other locations but it was worth it for a filling meal
