Very clean everywhere, room very comfortable. Good breakfast with everything you could want. Staff very helpful. Great place to stay very close to city centre.

This hotel has the most amazing comfy beds and pillows, I slept like I was in a cloud. They had a fantastic range of items for breakfast buffet 😋 and our room was very quiet, although in the weekend, there is a nightclub, so all for a run away from that.

I really enjoyed my stay here; lovely, friendly staff, very modern and clean rooms. The king size was wonderfully large, I could have swung a cat! Great tea and coffee set up too. Worth noting is the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are separate, for those who like it that way.

Great hotel, excellent location and very quiet to say it’s close to local clubs. Friendly fun staff and a cool vibe. We had the upgraded room which was large and had everything yo need. Dont need your towels or bed changing for two nights and they reward you with free wine!!! Winner Jan 25 - just stayed here again with my lovely wife… still brilliant and slept SO well (keep being awesome)

Great service at the hotel. Hotel in the very center of the city. Coffee, tea, coffee milk, water. Close to every place :) I recommend it

Absolutely fabulous hotel, room was lovely and clean, the lady on reception was so lovely and friendly and the breakfast was lovely also plenty of choice. Great location aswell down the little back lane to the town centre.

Nice hotel well located. Bathroom cold a heated towel rail would help. Not sure the breakfast is worth £12 in my humble opinion which counts for nothing.

The word I would use is 'cost effective', the hotel has everything you need and is literally located downtown. Remember to reserve parking spot in advance

Was lovely location 3 sisters met up from diff destinations ,very central ,underground car park which was nice as was raining when we arrived ,beds very heavenly comfy and breakfast was beautiful ,all in all a lovely break

Hotel is a strange one for me. Walking across a dual carriageway after having to park in a multi storey carpark across the street was just weird. There with work colleagues, bar came alive but late at night. Colleagues on 4th floor were complaining of road noise. Really not one I will head back to. Positives: the staff.

Great location, comfy bed, good size room, plenty of hot water and great breakfast - the very best vegetarian sausages I've had anywhere!

Good hotel and dedicated staff but difficult location. You will be lucky to avoid any traffic fines in the vicinity or a parking spot in their car park even with £20 charge.

Very friendly reception, good parking, room good but no real view but didn't go for that, bathroom slightly dated but fine. Breakfast ample but luke warm food, tray lids always left open and only mild heat in food trays. Plenty of choice though and friendly staff. Lifts very good, safe and secure hotel with requiring room card to operate lifts. All in all very good, just off main square, a little club music noise at night.

Absolutely could not recommend this hotel enough. The rooms are spotlessly clean, spacious, and everything you need for a relaxed stay away. Staff are friendly and can't do enough for you. Enjoyed a lovely hot buffet breakfast, Great selection for all.

Rooms were great but checking in took far too long. Saturday afternoon and lots checking in and only having 2 of the 3 available terminals to check in was in my opinion a poor first impression of the hotel. Once at the desk the guy was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was good if you forget the part where I left my table with buttered toast, a cup of T and my juice while I went to the self service buffet but when I came back my table was completely empty. The waitress cleared it all up and when I asked her to please replace them told me it was self service. Yes mistakes happen but the toast had not been touched and both the T and juice were full.
