Pretty nice place to eat, a bit overpriced but the drinks were fantastic and the service was also really friendly, especially Charlie.

We flew out to Tenerife on Sunday and were served by Charlie and Jane who were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Lovely start to our holiday when the staff are so charming and helpful.

Brilliant service received prior to our early morning flight. Food & drink was excellent and reasonably priced. Special mention to the friendly barman Joseph who was very polite and ensured we had a good service.

Waited for an hour, had to ask for refund as flight was boarding, still waiting on refund

Ordered online then waited 30 minutes with no food. After complaining waited a further 10 minutes to be served a cold breakfast. serving staff were rude especially young boy who gave me a hand gesture whilst walking away when I was trying to complain. Others around had similar experiences. Terrible service when they know you are a captive audience and on a tight schedule to catch a flight. Would recommend buying a meal deal from WH Smiths that's how bad it was.

Jennifer and Jack were my servers today. Both are so friendly and attentive. The place has an easy going atmosphere and a easy to use app for ordering food, if you wish to. I always think the staff make an establishment and jack and Jennifer are definitely an asset to the Par and Eagle x

Now, we all know airport prices are high, but this place really takes the biscuit. £2.49 for "roasted tomato" to be brought half a salad tomato. Slightly warm. Massively in shock and disappointed...and starving.

Jane served out table and was absolutely fantastic! Made all of our friends laugh and was quick to take drinks away and ask if more drinks were needed. Do not have a bad thing to say about Jane, she started our holiday absolutely perfect!

First time in a long time, that the experience has been better than bad. Janice was greeting today and met us at entrance, explained previous experiences being less than average, but with only the Par & Eagle in Prestwick for food… it’s no choice either way. Breakfast was ok, Coca Cola a little weak, friend got a beer… cut 5 years off my pension to pay for it. But filled a hole none the less. Janice was good, big difference having a greeter.

Just want to thank the lovely barmaid/waitress/multitasker mo for her service today. It’s my first time travelling on a flight alone so I’ve been pretty nervous and she was very reassuring and chatty! And makes a great April spritz too!

After an epic flight delay, the staff went over and beyond to make a stressful day sweeter for everyone waiting for the 30+ hour delayed flight. The same staff were on for 12+ hours. They were kind, sweet, patient, professional and generous. They worked so hard. We were lucky to have them and the experience would have been much more grim without them and their hospitality. So grateful. Well done. I hope they get the recognition they deserve.

Folks here came in after closing to handle 3 planes of folks diverted here, and everyone had a smile and empathy towards everyone. Definitely, a good experience to counter the water flight adventure. Also, they said they'll stay open until everyone gets out! Fair dues to them
