Absolutely distgusting, the chicken was black, pizza vile seaside down no standard

Registered on their app and placed an order. 70 minutes later was still waiting so rang the restaurant. The person I spoke to was rude and told me I was lying as he had no order for my address. If he had admitted it was there fault and apologised I would have waited for it to be made and delivered, however we have ordered elsewhere now. need to contact bank in the morning as they still have my money.

I ordered chicken calzone and received only cheese but was still hot fresh and nice highly recommend this takeaway. delivery is quick!

I spent £30 and put the whole lot in bin the grease was so bad

Food all cold except curry sauce which was so thick and not mixed correctly. Battered sausage which had obviously sat under the heat for a few hours. couldn't even say the chips were nice as some of them weren't cooked Jacket potato was not pleasent. ended up all I the bin & another local establishment (abbey road) saved the evening! Never again. & the small refund just eat gave was insulting. only good thing was the delivery.

disgusting. beans arrived cold. ribs weren't edible, literally tougher than leather couldn't even bite into it and either the restaurant or the delivery driver in transit turned the jacket potato box upside down so the potato squished itself and stuck must of the tuna mayo to the top of the box

Food was stone cold the tomato was warmer than the chicken. After 1 bite. I'm now being sick. I will be on to health inspection team Monday and will be saving the chicken for testing as no way it's even been cooked at all

kebab came with no salad was not an option to add salad when ordering does not state anywhere that you have to buy salad separately over all not worth the price for some meat and pita bread

Awful all round, didn't even deliver the food but when confronted about it they said they tried to contact us which they never did, then got rude on the phone, avoid this place at all cost.

Always too salty... Pizza with suspicious chicken parts, hard to chew, and unpleasant in taste. Highly not recommended.

When food arrived was freezing cold. Had to put it in oven to warm up but then chips were unedible and kebab has salad in it ao sald was warm. Wouldn't order from here again, very unhappy

I had limited communication after I called to make a complaint with Pappas. They did not deliver the order as requested. The person I spoke to on the phone was polite but in the back ground I heard a male speaking loud and abusive. I received the food that I paid for by the delivery driver. It was cold and unedible. Delivery driver was kind.

We ordered a doner wrap and chicken wrap, the chicken wrap was awful! The wrap was stuck to the wrapper, the chicken undercooked, overall really soggy and horrible! The doner wrap wasn’t awful but still really soggy, and greasy! Very disappointed as we have ordered from here before and it has never been this bad. The chips we ordered were drenched in salt! They tasted as if someone had dropped a whole bottle of salt on them absolutely terrible!

Do not eat for this takeaway! Food positioning hit me and my family after eating from this Takeaway with my wife even ending up very very poorly in Torquay Hospital. We had mixed kebab meat and chips. Save your money.

Lovely people that work there, but the food is awful and I mean awful. Don't go near the coleslaw it's separated so is blatantly off and lots of discoloured water, they get upset when you tell them. Like I say, lovely people, but the food standards are well below what we should expect. Don't get the spare ribs, they aren't cooked and are like biting into raw meat. The kebab meat isn't cooked, they chuck it on the hot plate, to heat it, buts its not cooked. Good luck if you eat here, never again for me.

Batters not even cooked properly over the battered Mars bars if that's how you make them I suggest take them of the menu, terrible.

Pizza was more like a 7 inch rather than a 9 inch, not cut properly, and under cooked. Chips tasteless and undercooked. Curry sauce solidified. OVER HALF OF THE ORDER THROWN IN THE TRASH.

Kebab meat and chips was literally dripping with grease the chips weren’t cooked enough most where hard also the donor wrap was soggy and dripping with grease the paper the food was wrapped in was stuck to the food due to the grease we called the shop to speak to manager who got verbally abusive and told us that is how the food should be to which we were told if you don’t like my food don’t order again and slammed the phone down food standard will be notified and pictures sent of the poor quality of food if I was to cook chips at home they wouldn’t be swimming in grease like that I will never eat from there this is not the first time something happened there

The burger fell apart as soon as I picked it out of the box, and the fish was dripping in oil. Not exactly £20 well spent. Will probably avoid in the future. Delivery was quick though.

Disgusting food and service!! Food arrived completely desecrated.... Black an completely burnt. So we called up for a refund, to then be told they don't do refunds, after quoting the consumer rights act, we then get a response that it will take 10 working days for a refund... The food was disgusting we ordered chicken which was off, a chicken donor kebab that was cremated, and another kebab.. All of that food wasted because it was unable to be eaten.. Awful food, awful service. Havnt used papas for years now I remember why!

Unfortunately the pizza was very cold by the time it arrived, I had to reheat it in the oven which then makes it taste different being reheated.

Ordered spicy beef pizza instead got mush bolognase as base not a good pizza threw it out very disappointing worst place .
