The order was nothing like advertised, ordered a doner in pitta - just got a big bag of meat covered in sauce

Ordered online. Had a phone call saying they couldn't deliver and was told they couldn't refund their end. A complete scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

My 1 star is one more then I should leave, made an order last night 10th of March the pizza was burnt and disgusting, the chicken was tough in the kebab (hoping it was chicken ) the chips and the burger were ok, I contacted the store and was told it's the way it should be cooked and that everywhere else under cooked stuff . We're a fan of take away and never have we received such burnt ,black disgusting quality that equally left us with the toilet as best friends

The first time we have ever ordered with this company, I am impressed with their food and with their delivery. The man was really nice and helped me with the bags and box. All the food was really good, including the free Garlic bread which we shared out. I don’t think there was a plate that hadn’t been finished or almost finished. It was so nice, a lot but really good. The chilli was even better with a bit of added cheese, but would have been fine without too. Just depends on preference. 5 star

my kebab was burnt could not eat it as all the meat was hard iv alway order from here and never had a problem but the kebab I received shouldn't of been sent out as it was unedible and its a shame as they should have more pride in the food that comes out the kitchen

Registered on their app and placed an order. 70 minutes later was still waiting so rang the restaurant. The person I spoke to was rude and told me I was lying as he had no order for my address. If he had admitted it was there fault and apologised I would have waited for it to be made and delivered, however we have ordered elsewhere now. need to contact bank in the morning as they still have my money.

I spent £30 and put the whole lot in bin the grease was so bad

Food all cold except curry sauce which was so thick and not mixed correctly. Battered sausage which had obviously sat under the heat for a few hours. couldn't even say the chips were nice as some of them weren't cooked Jacket potato was not pleasent. ended up all I the bin & another local establishment (abbey road) saved the evening! Never again. & the small refund just eat gave was insulting. only good thing was the delivery.

disgusting. beans arrived cold. ribs weren't edible, literally tougher than leather couldn't even bite into it and either the restaurant or the delivery driver in transit turned the jacket potato box upside down so the potato squished itself and stuck must of the tuna mayo to the top of the box

Food was stone cold the tomato was warmer than the chicken. After 1 bite. I'm now being sick. I will be on to health inspection team Monday and will be saving the chicken for testing as no way it's even been cooked at all

kebab came with no salad was not an option to add salad when ordering does not state anywhere that you have to buy salad separately over all not worth the price for some meat and pita bread

I had limited communication after I called to make a complaint with Pappas. They did not deliver the order as requested. The person I spoke to on the phone was polite but in the back ground I heard a male speaking loud and abusive. I received the food that I paid for by the delivery driver. It was cold and unedible. Delivery driver was kind.
