We asked for sliced but they sent the whole pizza.they charged 4£ for 4 tiny pieces of chicken

Hands down best pizza in London by far. I have been ordering deliveries from them for over 2 years regularly and frequently and they never disappoint. Keep up the good work, but above all your cook.

Food and service ok but quite expensive. £15 for a starter calamari is over priced, pizza’s nice , lasagna not good. The restaurant is quite dark at the back and could do with better lighting. It’s good that you can BYO wine and the service was good.

After being gluten free for over a year now. I have struggled endlessly trying to find a pizza that satisfies my cravings. I eventually succumbed to the fact that it was just not possible. However, tonight I ordered from papa ciccia and I stand corrected. Simply delicious! I had every last crumb. My family were also delighted with their traditional pizzas. I thoroughly recommend.

I have ordered from them a lot over the years. their pizza used to be good but has fallen off in quality over the last year or so. It tasted very odd and the tomato base and mozzarella in my margherita tasted and looked like an over-cheesy mush. They need to take onboard well-meant criticism from their loyal customers base and up their game. Only then will I order again from them. Disappointed

The pasta was nice but the bruschetta was like trying to eat a rock. The bread was way too tough.

Great food. It’s just a shame the order placed at 7.06 took until 8.45 to arrive.

Really easy to deliver and came on time. The food was delicious and it was nice to have a choice of pasta instead of the usual pizza only.

The pizza is consistently good, if a little pricey. Would be nice if they sold a child size pizza! One gripe, one of the chefs likes to start his big motorbike & leave it running for 10+ minutes after 10:30pm, quite annoying for the neighbours :(

I had a gluten free pizza a few weeks ago and it was delicious. Ordered another one today and I had to telephone to double check it was gluten free as it looked completely different to the first one and I was assured it was gluten free as the box had a sticker on it. It tasted weird like teabags and now I am having terrible stomach cramps and upset stomach. So either it wasn't gluten free or it was stale so I am not happy i'm in agony so thanks a bunch I won't chance ordering again which is a pity as the first one I had in October was lovely

I start from the type of welcome, the waitress looked at us several times that we were bewildered at the entrance without even giving us a smile, no busy place and she was arranging the glasses very calmly, after 3 minutes we approached us but I was wanting to go away and our order would have been better anyway: a vegetarian appetizer (tiny portion of which raw broccoli a few tomatoes without even a pinch of salt or seasoning, and 4 slices of cheese or poor quality) a tiny plate of squid and zucchini that looked like rubber while chewing it, an aperol and a campari spritz 46.50 you are thieves for the portions and the quality, never again discouraged

Having previously purchased a take away, we decided to eat in. The food was amazing- possibly the best pizza I have ever eaten. The service however was not great. Not sure if it was an off day. I would however definitely recommend their food.

The garlic bread was completely cold and chewy, inedible, the pasta was also cold, and the dessert, which was meant to be cold was warm, had to put it in the fridge. Not a good service, will not order from here again, no value for money at all

My wife and I bought a Quattro Formaggio and a Completa with a tiramisu for desert. The service was great, it was quick, and absolutely amazing. As the title says, this is quite possibly the best pizza we've ever had. They've certainly gained a regular this evening!

Food took around 80min to get to us. No explanation, only “sorry we were very busy” Then why take the order. Could have at least offered a discount or something. Won’t be ordering here again.

I like their food. It’s always hot upon arrival and most of the time all what I order is correct. Even if they make small mistake I don’t mind as the food is good and service excellent. This time it was perfect

It’s my favourite Italian restaurant so I can’t say anything bad about them ever. Food is delicious every time I order, always before time and perfect service. Highly recommend

Shame service is not as good as the food. Second time I have an issue with delivery. Not waiting for the 3rd time.

I like their pizzas a lot (a little too much Mozarella) but when it arrives luke warm and not sliced despite asking for it sliced and warm I do wonder. And they didn’t include my beer. Bit more attention please. Thanks

I ordered takeaway from this place tonight and I specifically ordered gluten free pasta which is also evident from my deliveroo receipt. I am not gluten free by choice and I suffer terribly as a consequence of eating any foods containing this allergen. The restaurant called me half way through my meal to tell me that they had made this mistake. By which rime it was too late and I had already started eating it. The fact that nobody checked this order to make sure it was correct before being handed to the delivery driver is utterly negligent and dangerous and in the worse case scenario it could cost someone their life. This mistake has caused me to be in a huge amount of pain this evening and it’s just not good enough.

The restaurant send me wrong pizza, I asked for additional ingredients, so they made pizza only with ingredients that were added. The pizza had cheese, and mushrooms only...

I really like this pizza place. I have only had their food as delivery during lockdown so I can’t comment on the Putney branch dine-in experience but I can say that their food is really good. Tastes authentic, the dough and base is thin and fresh tasting and the toppings are good. Delivery is usually well before the given estimate if ordering online although from time to time there is a little transport damage- those little pizza tables that other places use would help! I would definitely recommend giving this place a try. TIP- order directly from the website to save in the pizza- Deliveroo add an extra couple of pounds to each item as well as their delivery charge!

Pizza was OK but far from the best - only just still warm on arrival - not hot - and this was with the delivery arriving on time. The focaccia I would not recommend, this was dry and very bland. Not likely somewhere I will order from again

Food was half an hour late. When I called the restaurant to ask for an update the person who picked up said: madam, we are very busy so the order will be with you when it gets there. When the food arrived, the box was soaked through the bottom and had a tear. The food was completely cold and not worth the price.

Have ordered from here many times and am usually very satisfied. However on this occasion I decided to try the bolognese and unfortunately cannot recommend. Also did not come with ciabatta as described. Everything else was good as always.

late, as in 50 plus 20, so they say 35 to 50 mins. i called to find out what was happening and they didn't even know which delivery service was being used. salty pizza, good base, but thin, so over priced and no topping. fires were just oven ready rubbish, very, very, very disappointing. In ordered the pepperoni, which was hard to find and the pizza was not cut even though requested. . I would not use this restaurant, so be wary of the positive comments.

The food wasn’t fresh at all. Restaurant opens at 4pm and I ordered at 4.15pm, so I probably got reheated food from the day before. Won’t be ordering again a hurry. Delivery was quick.

Ordered here for takeaway as our favourite pizza place is closed during covid. It was so bad, I wasn’t able to finish it. And that says it all when someone can’t finish a pizza.

Very disappointing experience. I was looking forward to a freshly prepared Bolognese sauce but the dish that usually is full of flavour from different veggies wasn’t anywhere near what I expected. It was the same for my carbonara which was very rich (sickeningly oily) but somehow still managed to be quite bland. I can’t believe I’m out £24 for this meal and will never order from this restaurant again.

The arancini balls were inedible (fried in old oil). My pizza did not come with the extra artichokes I paid for. I’m really disappointed with this meal.

I always order from them but this time my food was burned. Arrancinis was burned and bruschetta was hard to even bite. It never happen before so I don’t want to give them bad feedback but I was very disappointed this time

The pizza came undercooked which was disappointing, as I had to cook it further in my own oven. However, once fully cooked, it was delicious.

food by about 40 minutes without apology. no notice they were running late. wasn't overly warm. burnt patches on one of the pizza. sticky sweet stuck to the bottom of the box that's turned into marshmallow, uck.

We got a simple margarita pizza which was tasty . We ordered a salad which was full of different veggies but the menu said it was for two people. It would only have been big enough for two garnishes. If you want a salad each, you’ll need one each. The garlic bread was so thin and over cooked it was like a cracker - with far too many herbs on it. Not really worth the money we spent

I totally got a different pizza from the one I’ve ordered, luckily I’m not fussy so I had it without asking for a replacement. Pizza was proper Italian though.

Ordered the Margherita with Buffalo Mozzarella and I genuinely can admit that it did remind me of the great traditional Italian pizza that I had many times in Italy. Great dough, great cheese and great tomato sauce. I also had Stracciatella and hazelnut ice cream and also had the real Italian taste to it (very distinctive and rich for Italian ice cream). Will definitely order again!
