charge you extra £1.80 per pizza if it half and half even tho your paying £21 for pizza where does it state that??

Ordered by mistake as thought was Pappa johns. Food was sub par to say the least.

I think my experience was very standard for a takeaway. As per usual the food was not nice and the pizza tasted like any other takeaway pizza. Don't expect anything nicer than takeaway standard.

Chicken Parmesan-was completely over cooked, dry and disgusting to be honest. From whole my Chicken Parmesan-I have eaten only chips!!!

Great food, a restaurant that actually updates you on your order. Order arrived maybe 10 minutes late but the delivery driver was super nice about it, apologising and being a generally nice guy. That sort of service makes a restaurant that bit better than the rest. Oh and what a milkshake 😍

Takeaway was extremely tight with the cheese on the pizza! Only ate one slice as it just tasted like tomato purée. Added extra cheese myself & retuned to the over to finish off!! Be more generous with the cheese please, after all, it is meant to be a main ingredient of pizza!!

The food as per was excellent. So fast, piping hot and tasted great. Although this time is ordered aero milkshake and when I came to the bottom there were bits of nut. I'm assuming from the ferrero Roche milkshake option. If this was received by an allergy sufferer that could have been fatal. Please keep ingredients separate

The cheesecake was frozen they forgot the smarties milkshake the flake milkshakes were horrible

45 min delivery time. But they were half an hour later than that.. that said the food was good so will order again

The garlic bread with tomato sauce didn’t taste of anything. It just tasted like you were eating pizza dough because there wasn’t any tomato sauce on it. We couldn’t even eat it so it went in the bin. Also,the onion rings wasn’t t very nice neither.

Food delivery time was not an issue. When food arrived the chips were soggy and wet and not cooked through properly. The pizza had a turkey substitute on it instead of actual ham and this was not specified when ordering as I wouldn’t have ordered this otherwise.. I then couldn’t get through to the restaurant after many attempted calls.. I then had to go through the customer care team of which they were unable to contact the restaurant and then tried the owner who then said the restaurant was closed so I will have to ring back tomorrow... no thanks, I don’t know what sort of service this is from the restaurant but I would not order from here again if my life depended on it.. spent 50 minutes trying to sort this but thank you to Hazel from Just Eat for finally managing to sort the issue with no help from the restaurant itself

1st time i have ordered from Papas in a few years as i moved out of area and have just moved back. Still amazing pizza's Best Pizza's in Leeds by a mile. Chilli sauce is amazing, by far the best i have had. Also amazing value.

Food was horrible. Kebab meat was hard and rubbery, the lamb and chicken tasted cheap! The naan was thin and stale! And asked for yoghurt sauce with it, it didn’t come! Won’t be ordering from here again 👎

We order from here very regularly. Messed up our order, sent us a wrong 18inch pizza called them to let them know & was told us they can only send us an 11inch of the right one straight away and an 18inch would take half an hour more.. However we ended up waiting much longer. The guy on the phone was acting like I did something wrong. Just ruined our night!

First time I ordered tonight. Only wanted a burger and chips and it was due for collection at 6.15, we got there at 6.18 and it was stone cold. Not cooked fresh and a complete mess in a box. Stay away.

Not a great kebab really. The portion size was good but the lamb and chicken was overdone and dry. The naan is 100% not home made despite what they say. They are similar to the pack ones you get in a store. Not great, would try elsewhere.

Did ask driver to call on arrival, like I have done every time I've ordered, but every time he rings the doorbell and knocks on the door, baring in mind I have a baby asleep and I don't get food until after 10 that's very annoying. Please tell him to stop before I either knock him out or just stop ordering from you

Brilliant food, you can taste how fresh the ingredients are. There are plenty of cheap takeaways but if you want good quality food then this is your place.

The only thing i find annoying with papas pizzas is on the app there's no options to pay by cash i always have to pay by card then theres a 50p card charge

used this take away as my regular one shuts early and im glad i did the pizzas are very good the delivery is quick and the drivers are very polite and its open late fridays and saturdays what more can u ask for

Food was fantastic, the only problem I had was the delivery driver decided answering his phone was more important than passing over my order and dropped some of it on the floor without so much as an apology, luckily it was in a bag so it was still OK to eat.

Worst pizzas I've ever had from papas. I order as believed the food was excellent value for money but on this occasion they got their money's worth by scarce topping...very ittle of it, taseless and first pizza burnt replaced by anither nit so good pizza. Even my 9 & 10 year old daughter's turned their noses up placing comment that it wasn't very nice mummy please don't order from there again so overall on this occasion very disappointed :(

Amazingly slow delivery. It's now 00:40, and my food was due to arrive LONG AGO. The food NEVER DID Arrive. The food's intended consumers had fallen asleep. I'm very angry. I paid for this online, the money was taken, and food never arrived! I have witnesses to this event. I'm furious!

Firstly the burgers are nothing like they are advertised to be... What kind of BBQ ringer burger comes without the BBQ part??? Secondly I ordered black forest gateaux and it was delivered to me FROZEN!!! This is the first time I've ever ordered from here and I certainly won't be ordering again!!! I could of received double the quality at half the price!!

Regular customer of this place but didn't enjoy my meal one bit! The hot subs were black! I couldn't believe they sent them so burnt. You would have thought they would redone more! Like eating charcoal! And the oreo ice cream tasted like it had cleaning chemicals in and tasted the same! Really disappointed as this is my local and iv never had any problems with them. Always been spot on but last night was a waste of money

Ordered one of the burgers as a half pounder (options were half or triple) after order had been placed i received a phone call saying we dont do the burger in that size its only a quarter pounder (still got charged the price of a half pound burger). Overall for the price we paid, the food was pretty poor. Will not be going here again

I ordered from here a few times usually ok but this time is was disgusting called up to complain and was nothing but rude. Said they don't take complaints because they don't get non apparently. The pizza was soggy and cold and the chips like rubber like they've been there days and reheated and the kebab tasted like cold rubber dog meat
