Papa's Pizza & Kebab in Birmingham

Hey everyone, the grilled chicken kebab and masala fish were incredibly delicious! I will definitely be coming back for more. Such amazing service!

You know what… you can’t get decent take away food in Sutton Coldfield. Well you can but it’s rare af. This place cooks everything fresh. Meat = fresh. Salad = fresh. Chips = crispy, potatoey, lovely, fresh. If you want kebab meat and chips, do not go anywhere else. TRUST A MAN. Get the mixed donner and sheesh. MAYTE! Delicious 🤤

Great take away and good value . Staff were very friendly and helpful . Food was hot and delicious and plenty of it !! Great for kebabs and pizzas - chicken tikka in naan bread is delicious

So bad, no chicken in my my mixed kebab - worst ever- so dissatisfied with my order that I will never use again - REALLY PEAVED - Stay Away

This has been my go-to place for a late night takeaway or delivery order for some years now.... Had a few not so great deliveries earlier this year but I'm not one to complain on here.... I believe in second (and third) chances.... Thankfully, last delivery confirmed it was just a few off days.... Delivery was so fast I could barely believe it.... Pizzas were fresh and piping hot, chicken was absolutely delicious and fries were possibly the best I've had from here.... This is clearly the reason I've used this place for over ten years... The best for late night food after a long day at work in Sutton Coldfield!!

Food is ok with decent value for money I guess. Fairly clean shop and dining area. Just disappointed when observing a member of staff handle cash then use their bare hands to prepare my pizza without washing hands or using hygienic gloves. Otherwise rating would have been better.

Worst customer service ever, called them 3 tones and was told my order was prepared and put for delivery When I called them to highlight their mistake they just kept hanging up the phone as if I should have known where food was

Just what the Dr ordered when you've had a few. And still as good when you're sober. Tons of choice and food bang on. Staff really friendly too. What's not to like.

We orderd a take away which eventually turned up 55 minuets late. I was promised a refund but this was all lies. The pizza had 3 short hairs on it. The fries are very soggy and were not fresh. Chicken still uncooked and still pink from inside. Such a waste of money. Awfull customer services. Never ordering from here again.

Came here recently with 4 others, we all ordered mixed kebabs on fresh naan bread. Inside is clean and the customer service is good. The food was not too bad and we all finished it off in quick timing. We will come again when passing

Surprisingly good quality food with friendly staff. Would recommend the grilled lamb kebab. On the outside, it looks like every other kebab shop, but the food seems better quality. Good find

This is not the first time they have got our orders incorrect and then we have had to go back for the rest of the order no apology just our other order going cold due to the person not hearing you or listening to you correctly when we call to place the order.. there is so much back ground noise when placing orders you would think they are out on the road perhaps this is why they always seem to get order incorrect however it has happened that often now this evening this will make us consider going elsewhere for food which is a real shame as you can't order the 9" meal deals online this will always continue and it is such a pity as the food is faultless.

Absolutely terrible food, not value for money at all. Cold, small portions, over priced- really disappointed- Sophia’s in Sutton smashes this place- would have gone there tonight but closed, as New Year’s Day- papas is terrible!

The no1 shop around Birmingham for pizzas and kebabs. We sat in and ate with the children whilst we were visiting family and Papas standard and service is impeccable as always. My wife was throughly impressed with the pasta. Looking forward to our next visit to the area so we have an excuse to pop into papas again.

Literally the best food ever! Always tasty, warm and on time. Fresh and delicious! By far the best kebab and pizza we've had in years! Keep it up!

I've never actually been in to Papas .... I know where it is but after much trial and error (and there are a lot of places to order food for home delivery in the area) this place has become my go-to !! Pizzas are excellent and other snacks I've ordered to go with have never disappointed !! Delivery drivers are always very polite and the service is pretty speedy given how busy they must be on say a Friday or Saturday night !! Consistently good ..... No , I don't use them every other day !! Probably once every five or six months but I've been using them for years now .... Nothing wrong with a bit of customer loyalty !!

I have been using this takeaway for quite some time & genuinely believe it is 'hard to beat' as the quality & quantity of the kebabs is excellent. The doner kebab is filled with meat & is a meal in itself. Not tried the other lines like Pizza etc but if the kebabs are anything to go by, they should also be good

We as a family have ordered from Papas for many years. Originally based in Dudley for many years before moving to Sutton Coldfield.

Have been ordering from Papas for over the last year - would say one of the best takeaways in Sutton Coldfield.

Ordered my takeaway from a popular app. Opted for a 'regular' pizza and salad accompaniment. Pizza was tiny, how that can be classed as a 'regular' I do not know, food arrived very, very late and was like warm at best. Avoid.
