Food was cold yet it was early? Restaurant did not update their system which caused issues. Popcorn chicken and fries was just half an empty box with like 4 chicken pieces not worth £7

Not great really. Ordered a Calzone, come with no tomato sauce, cheese on the top of the pizza and sooo greasy that it was ultimately inedible. Very disappointed

My Calzone pizza was completely lacking in any taste. No herby tomato sauce layer, pepperoni? couldn't find much and it had no flavour. The calzone was flat and rubbery, it was just awful.

Pepperoni pizza was decent, but I felt the rest was lacking. Garlic bread was dry and the portion of chips small for the price. Glad I tried and a decent enough last option for pizza in HB

10x better than the majority, definitely upped their game again, delivery times could be improved slightly but that just shows how ridiculously Popular they are, they’re damn good at what they do. I must say prices have sadly steeped up a bit over the last two years, other local take away offer regular discounts for loyal customers, just something to consider taking onboard.

Our first time in Hebden Bridge, the food was hot tasty and earlier than expected which was great as we hadn’t eaten all day. The driver followed delivery instructions and called on arrival. Fantastic service and fantastic food. We will certainly order again when we visit next!

Tried to charge me extra for delivery even though I had already paid through just eat. Thought driver was trying to scam me but when I rang shop they also tried to get more money. Even though I live within delivery radius.

Paid £4 for a tiny portion of cheesy chips just feels like a massive rip off. Wouldn’t recommend the cheesy chips, defiantly not worth the money at all!

The drivers are excellent and also actually come to deliver to door unlike others. Can't fault them and usually the orders are great but the bun on burger was burnt, I'd still order as you are 99% good but I wouldn't send out burnt food

Driver had no idea where he was going, ended up stood outside in the rain for 10 minutes trying to find him. Never had this issue with Papas before. Food had to go in the microwave as was lukewarm.

There is no takeaway on Earth like Papa's. Universally recognised as the best takeaway in Hebden, and for very good reason. Just brilliant.

First time order. Just moved to heptonstall would prefer to ring and place order for delivery am not really tech savvy as older person but i managed. Food hot and n very tasty delivery man very pleasant sorry i had no change for a tip. Definately order again...thankyou for service

I can honestly say that I had one of the best Kebabs I have ever had. Absolutely brilliant. I am from a big city and love kebabs, I rate this place.

Really disappointed with this. Burger buns dry and one burnt, actually black. No flavour in chicken. Ordered separate chips as meal said just with salad, then came with chips. Disappointing

Pizza was nice. Fried chicken OK. But the pizza size.... Regular is NOT regular. It is small. Very misleading and beyond extortionate for the size. Sorry, but had to comment because they really need to call regular pizzas small and large pizzas are regular.

Ordered chicken kebab and cheesy chips, unfortunately the chicken was done in paprika or Tikka powder which wasn't in the description on the menu so it went in the bin, chips were not great either so the birds got them. Waste of £16

The jalapeño cheesy bites were spot on . But the pizzas were tiny and the meat in the burger wasn’t good . I have the Chicken fillet burger you get better from a butty van . Read the reviews so gave it a good but overpriced for what it was . Wont be using again

We ordered a kebab with 2 extra chicken skewers which were just added to the kebab …… so I actually paid £15.40 for one kebab!!!!!! Very disappointed if advertising extra skewers this should be sent separately I won’t be ordering again

Tasty food ,good selection and fast service .

Visited here a couple of times for takeaway. Lovely folks with a huge range of dishes. The doner kebab is particularly delicious: freshly cut, not at all greasy and both sauces (garlic or chilli) have exactly the right kick. They deliver and aren't expensive. Cash only, though. Really nice place.

nothing too terrible but the food here is mediocre. if you're desperate or just passing after a drink, then it's fine, you won't get food poisoning and you'll find the food edible but that's about it.

Food was brilliant as always. There was an issue with the delivery (not an uncommon problem for us with anything that delivers) but phoned them and issue was quickly resolved and hot fresh pizzas delivered. Always use papa's for pizza and always will. 10/10!

I have had quite a few different meals from these guys excellent service everytime pizzas are excellent so are the donner and burgers worth trying so get yourself down there
