Papa John's Pizza in Great Yarmouth

Ordered 3 separate times in our week stay, one large family order and then 2 separate smaller orders. Every time we received our delivery to caravan bang on or just before the request time with the food as hot as it is straight out of the oven

Awful customer service. Awaited over an hour and a half for missing items, still yet to receive.

Ordered food via the caister serve app to our caravan, and was given an hour estimated wait time, so when it was 20 mins past the hour we called and asked where our pizza was, and despite the member of staff no even asking for our order number or caravan number he said it was out for delivery… another 20 mins go by and it’s now 40 late, we called up again and once again, the guy on the phone seemed to not give a s**t. Eventually after it being one hour late we went up there and met a lovely gentleman at the front desk, we explained that our food was on hour late, he asked for our order number and he was so apologetic and understanding, even offered to upgrade our pizza and give us an extra side order, I wish I got his name because he turned out negative experience into a positive one!!

We ordered our food via the app at Caister holiday park for a certain time slot and we waited 30mins past our time slot to be told that wasn't our time slot , so we waited an hour past the original time to be told our food order had now gone missing and had to be reordered ! We were now very hungry and very unhappy with the service that we walked to the shop 5mins from our caravan and got the staff to cook our pizzas for us now 90mins later !! The food was very freshly cooked and tasted very good .It's just a shame our lst experience of using the app to be delivered to our caravan was such a shambles ! Also when we phoned up to ask where our food was we were told it was out for delivery when it most definitely was not the case and then to be told it had gone missing !

Brilliant service and love their pizzas.

Despicable! Tried to do delivery to park, no deliveries available, tried calling to order several times, no answer! My son went there to order, was told 25 minutes, 35 minutes came and went, not even started cooking it. I demanded a refund, Manager didn't even have the balls to come and deal with lots of annoyed customers, sending staff to do the job, who couldn't even refund without help. Seriously I understand busy times, but the customer service was zero, no apology at all. And the state of the place was disgusting. Won't be returning in a hurry. And we are owners of a van at the park!

Service great and friendly, prices as expected fir holiday park area. Ordered hawaiian pizza tasted great, chicken poppers were absolutely fantastic, would recommend to anyone staying at haven.

Amazing pizza although order for 1630 didn't arrive until 1645 . . Just be aware as this is a very busy time was apologetic so plan your time accordingly

Very nice pizza but absolutely a rip off. They're selling to a market who are on a holiday park. You could go out for a family of 5 and pay for 3 course meal for the prices they charge.

Dough was as tough as old leather but I managed to make a new pair of moccasins

Shockingly poor pizza. Rather have a frozen pizza. Doesn’t even deserve one star. Had one slice and binned the rest.

If you would like Papa John's and are staying at Haven. Order from GT Yarmouth and they deliver to the front gate. Same pizza, but a fair bit cheaper and generally they have better deals. I guess PJ's pay Haven a fair bit for rent so have to hike the prices up.

This was so easy to do on the app and the guy was absolutely brilliant, food came hot and very tasty

Rubbish. Told to order on website and it’s totally different prices to in store. £65 for £40 of pizza. No one answered phone so no way of sorting. If you are staying on-site don’t bother with this. Took an hour to arrive, told 15 mins in store.

The guy whom served us today needs to improve on his customer service, pizza good though! Good clear rules for covid19.

After having a Papa John's at blue dolphin a week before the pizza seemed a little cooked so was a bit dry. Unsure if it was lack of cheese as a previous one was well covered
