Istanbul Kebab House in Great Yarmouth

Always come back to Istanbul because the team always goes above and beyond! Was really craving fried chicken at midnight, made me a fresh order despite being out, so the customer satisfaction is priority to them! Thank you for dealing with my awkwardness, I appreciate it :)

Terrible customer service and disgusting food! Very cold food. Delivery was very late ..didn't apologise. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Food arrived 30min late, was stoned cold and some items was missing out of order. When you call and ask to fix the mistake, the manager refused to do so, and call you all kind of names.

The meal arrived quickly but was stone cold?! My partners iskander (what she always has) wasn’t like any she had ever had from anywhere else and was inedible, even the garlic sauce was more of a mint yoghurt? my chicken was dry as a bone and the lamb was awful and chewy and all cold, gutted and be looking for a refund, £35 😳🙁

The food as no taste the lamb shish was all fatty and the Donner meat is like rubber and the swet fulls of their head into the food and the prices are a joke

Food took over 2 hours to arrive , we phoned after an hour to be told it was on its way ,obviously just being fobbed off as took another hour after that to arrive . Food was hardly warm on arrival .

ordered coleslaw took couple of mouthfuls and found some sharp plastic inside from the container then i had my chicken shish and found bones in it wasn’t happy

First time ordering through my own account as normally housemate orders, the food was great as always, one of my favourite places to order from

really hot, the chips are probably the best chips ever no Joke. only thing was the pizza was really greasy so much it dripped off, but we ate it cause it did taste really good.

we rang the restaurant and they said they had left so I went outside and they weren't there (they are only around the corner) they said they had rung when they were outside but they were not outside. recieved cold and soggy food that we could not eat

Do not order from here food wasn’t nice and missed stuff out on our order !! Staff rude Aswell and to top it off i paid in cash so I can’t even claim a refund !!!! Paid over 30 and the burger was missing half of it !!

not overly impressed. no free garlic bread although always had one with over £30 before. asked thin base didn't receive it. also did ask a little favour. put happy Birthday inside pizza box as its my daughters birthday but they didn't. been using you for years not very happy today :(

I did not receive my order I waited outside untill 3.20 am and no one arrived as was there from 2.20 discusting service I also checked online and it says they was closed after 35mins of me ordering

Ordered via their website as it’s ’preferred’. Was waiting well over an hour for the food. Fair enough, it’s Friday night.. When the food was delivered it was freezing cold and one of the wraps split in half. They missed the drink I ordered so called them and they said they will send it out with the driver. 3 hours later still waiting and now they’re not answering the phone. Not a nice experience.

Wasn’t aware that I needed to click a box on the app to receive a free garlic pizza on orders over £30 . However still top quality pizza and kebab.

Promises free garlic bread with cheese over £30 but we didn’t get it😭

not sure what happened but the address was wrong it was about four miles away when the delivery driver phoned I explained the right address his was very polite and just delivered to the right address the food was still hot and would use these guys again

i had ordered an instanbul kebab but nothing arrived i waited aslong as i could and it got past 30 minutes past the estimated time so i had to order from another restaurant i would like a full refund or i will be complaining.

First time ordering. Was after a night out, so was glad something was open 02:30! Was a good shish combo kebab. I like that the salad and sauces were packaged in separate containers. Meats were cooked well bread was fresh. Delivery was good also.

Always use these as my kebab order for years. But my last order wasn't the best at all. Donna was rediculously peppery and the mixed option was tasteless. Forgot our sauces which spoilt it more..

Food was warm an on time an yummy

I ordered for takeout the guy the he didn’t bother to do any work else then being on the phone,when I asked him for the receipt first he was trying to ignore it. It was seemed that he overcharged me for what I ordered. I have ordered lamb doner with chips and chicken shish but the receipt show totally opposite

I had ordered from the Istanbul kebab and none of my food has been delivered. i also waited over 20 minutes from the time frame of it supposed to be delivered im so shocked as this has never happened before i would like a full refund or i will be complaining

Very misleading, deliver to all caravan parks but what they don't tell you is that you have to meet them at the entrance with only a 2-3 minute warning. So by the time you collect and walk back to caravan and dish up the food is cold!

I dont like this shop because it took 1 hour to come and the food was very bad it all 3 pizzas were same but they were trying to fool us with just different toppings and we ordered a 1 litre coke but it came one and really small a can of coke I literally hate this, this wasted my £40 I could even buy something else this was the worst shop in great Yarmouth please don't buy it never buy it the coke was so warm I just hated this and the onion ring was so bad they were like they were like so soggy and not crispy plus the fies were even not crispy and everything was so cold plus the fries were so soggy and the were not even crispy I hate the service of this place and food and the coleslaw was just testing like a little bit of mayonnaise and a little bit of lettuce and yoghurt this was really bad food we hated it this very much in half of them so it look like someone just took a bite of it and we thought that someone stole some of her food because they weren't even a big cold drink we hated this there was a lot of things that wasn't right and it was so not good this was so bad I wish I could put these people into police who made this. And and the price for too expensive and and the food was disgusting I just hated this for this much pounds it should be like so much food but the food was so less not enough for 7 people I'm never ever buying from the shop again this is disgusting.
