This is the first review I’ve written. I ordered my food through Ubereats and it took nearly an hour to arrive as the food was made but no delivery had been arranged. The halloumi fries were extremely mediocre, not much flavour and arrived in a large box and only contained 8 for over 7 pound. I ordered the chicken poppers and instead received 6 chicken wings. I still ate them as the store was going to close in around 15 minutes and I was hungry after my shift at work. To top it all off, due to my food taking most likely 40-50 minutes to arrive after it had been made, most of it was cold and didn’t live up to my expectations.

It never came and I want my money back had to buy it of the papa johns app absolutely appalled

Pizza is okay but prefer the sides. Ordering online takes the piss though. It specifically said to tick the boxes if you DONT want to receive marketing emails and texts and they proceed to spam you regardless!

The food is great but we ordered a drink and we did not get it and they did not even notice

I love pizza but this was terrible. The pizza was undercooked and flavourless. We ordered “the Works,” and I am sadly very disappointed. I would not recommend this to friends or enemies.

Incorrect food item, I ordered the chicken combo and got a small handful of breaded chicken bites and a load of potato tots, no BBQ chicken wings

I have never left a review of any establishment before but this was so bad I had to. I ordered via Uber Eats and there was nothing wrong with the delivery service. The problem was entirely with the food. They both got my order wrong and made an absolutely awful pizza. Immediately after I took my order off the delivery driver and put it on the table it was clear they had got it wrong. I ordered Chocolate Fudge Brownie ice cream but they delivered Cookie Dough. A mix up I can forgive them for but I still reported it via Uber Eats and got a refund for the ice cream. However the worst was to come. I opened my large Philly Cheesesteak pizza and found that it had virtually no topping at all. About 3/4 had a small amount of sauce/cheese, in the middle was a tiny bit of the cheesesteak topping (onions, meat, peppers etc.) and a whole quarter had literally nothing on it — completely plain dough. How this made it out of the kitchen I don’t know. Unfortunately because I had already reported the ice cream I could not report the problem with the pizza on Uber Eats, hence this scathing review. I have a feeling that the incorrect ice cream could be a decoy tactic as you can see it’s wrong without opening anything and therefore report an incorrect item (which could be a mistake) rather than poor quality. I have ordered from here before (mainly because they are open later than other places) and they have made mistakes which have been refunded or corrected but the quality has always been alright. If I ever order again (unlikely) I will be checking the order diligently before I submit any feedback and recommend you do the same.

Trying 40 min to make an order of 60£, and when i want to pay, app sayd about a minimum 13£ order for delivery, and decline it 👍 Great deal! 🤣

Driver didn't know where to deliver it to because of address on satellite navigation. It said Stratton court village and not Stratton court care home. I was unable to correct it.

Wow this place has gone down hill big time when they first opened the pizzas looked and tasted amazing now they turn up looking dry and have a job to find the toppings and don’t order extra cheese as never put it on there, lucky to see the cheese at all. Don’t get me started on the cutting of the pizza. Clearly need new staff . The delivery driver lovely (ex domino driver)

Very poor experience, when I ordered delivery time was 20 mins, this changed to a further 20 mins. When this had passed I called Papa Johns to be told they’re busy and my order wasn’t even in the oven yet, although the app was displaying it had been delivered to me. They told me it would be a further 20 minutes until the order was delivered. And it was still late, a further 10 mins, after this updated delivery time! Don’t accept orders if you’re too busy or at least change your delivery time 😡

Unable to provide the dips we asked for, this was a restaurant thing and not a driver mishap.

Place is pretty cool, I eat there when I'm too lazy to cook after work. One of the better pizza places around even if it is a large chain and they deliver to the middle of no where so that's awesome.

Really good food,service and friendly delivery guy.

Fantastic freshly made pizza done in 10 minutes. The double pepperoni was a triumph. Not wet and sloppy like Domino's.

Delivery driver was first class, really friendly and A real asset to the company.

The food was on the cold side when I received it, the driver was extremely apologetic and explained hes very busy as the only driver working.

Placed an order at 11:05 for delivery at 12:40 13:05 we call to ask where our food is (when the phone eventually gets answered), and are told we're making it will be sent out soon 14:00 we get an email from just eat stating our order has been cancelled, driver couldn't find our address, I pinpointed our location on a map, provided a full address and a telephone number to call No food, no sign of attempted delivery No contact from Papa John's or any kind of apology

Long story short, don’t accept the order if you’re not going to deliver it. Received nothing but disappointment after a 2-hours wait.

Really lovely food. The delivery man was absolutely fantastic. We were at a bike rally and he delivered it to our tent. The delivery made the food all that bit more enjoyable.

Tasty pizzas will order again the large is perfect for two people

Driver instructions unfollowed. Leaving me having paid 14 quid for my lunch an not getting to see or taste a single slice. Due to being a little late back from work pizza was not left in porch was just driven off with so an employee has enjoyed my lunch at my expense.

one of the garlic bread was burnt and should nit have been sent out. the garlic butter sauce is gross.

freezing cold ??? tiny amount of food in the middle of the bread hardly no cheese at all... although the pizza was delivered as the time said there is clearly a disconnect between what the website says and then the time that appears once you've paid. will not be recommending, or ordering from you again. very disappointed with the quality of food... more than an inch of the bread was completely dry. and i never bit into any meat at all. just tiny balls of meat than i think considering it was a large pizza had less than 10 of them on it. more like a philly cheap/cheat stake than anything it was so cold that half the pizza was no longer touching the box. would rather have paid full price for a proper pizza than a reduction in price for what i consider to be the worst pizza i have ever boguht in my 58 years.

Delivered our food quick as expected, but what struck me tonight was he was very considerate about how he delivered the order. He knocked the door gently but loud enough for us too hear it, instead of ringing the bell and possibly disturbing young ones. Thank you 😀

Honestly not worth the money. The pizza itself is quite weird and leaves an awful aftertaste in you mouth. I was skeptical trying it and was right. 100% would not buy again and garlic pizza was really bland :(

Actually a good papa johns franchise, deliver quick , nice and hot, doesn’t make me feel awful the next day.

Delivery was over 30 mins late and the food was cold. I live less than 5 mins from the shop. I called restaurant and the girl was very nice but we're very disappointed.

My pizza came literally stone cold, will you send out a new one or refund me for my pizza. Don’t paying £30+ for cold food
