Papa John's Pizza in Warwick

Had one order, got campylobacter and was ill for a week

Nice services and friendly staff. Good pizza and you can always trust Papa Johns.

Ate from here came down with very bad food poisoning what go into to much detail but you catch my drift will never be eating from here again

Shocking every delivery can't get here because they can't understand a postcode and the toppings 8 peices of pineapple on a large crap worst in warwick

Worker parked in disabled spot I couldn’t access my boot since he parked in between the two spaces

There was only one member of staff working when we arrived. He served us promptly and he was lovley. 10/10 for the service, the pizza was the best we have had for a long while

Not even 1*. Started off with the most horrendous service with the woman not even speaking English. To being spoken to like children. This place is horrible

Don’t bother…. Staff not interested. Will close way before official hours and very untidy Avoid this place Woman behind the counter could hardly speak english and relayed conversation via a man on the phone.

Very good service and good food

The pizza was nice we had half margarita and half pepperoni . We ordered popcorn chicken which wasn’t cooked . So please check if you have ordered this .

They'll never get the sauce right if you ask for extra , but apart from that it's okay

Very very poor . Staff Not having correct change in the till so went next door to get change .came bk starting making pizza without washing his hands .very poor attitude .he was still unable to give my change

Took them 1 hour 11 mins to deliver the wrong pizza. Sides were cold. AVOID. National customer service just as useless.

I was very satisfied with my order, the pizza was very warm and delivered quciker than expected and the help from the staff over the phone was outstanding. 100% will be ordering more often.

Ordered large shredded beef pizza for my grandson. Delivered pretty promptly. Pizza with barbeque sauce and plenty of chillies. Maybe seven tiny slithers of shredded beef. For 19.99 plus 1.75 delivery it was unacceptable. The following morning I returned the pizza for a refund. Wow the customer service is a joke. No manager in store so I spoke to her on the phone and she informs me I should have returned it within 30 minutes from the time of delivery. They offered to make me another one but I was on my way to work and my grandson was at college. I called in the shop many times over the next few days, no manager no refund. Eventually more than a week later after leaving feed back with papa johns I get a refund of 10.00. This is the very first time I used this company and definitely my last. I thought I would support a new local business. but if we gonna have pizza it will be from Dominos.

The garlic bread with cheese just tasted of butter. Likewise the garlic dip, butter, no garlic. Pizza’s were ok but they are not cheap. Definitely going to Dominoes next time.
