To expensive how can you justify a medium pizza for £14

did not get what I ordered. ordered 3x tuna with sweet corn pizza. Got NO tuna, little sweetcorn and diced tomato.

collected nice fresh and hot very pleased 👌

Prompt delivery and the pizza was good. Had a veggie and all the veg were fresh and tasty. Would recommend

was delivered the wrong thing, i called up and they answered instantly and sent the order again which arrived only 30 minutes later. they didn’t ask for the spare meal so gave it to my sister!

you have to be very lucky to receive a decent service here, they cant cope with orders on slightly busier nights, just had a delivery, turned out it was someone elses, by the time i realised, the driver was gone, i called the branch and they sent him back.... only to collect what he delivered but mine was still missing, had to call the branch again where the person on the phone kept shouting at me calling me 'brother' and 'boss' and said he would cancel the order and i should have my money back in 15-20 days.... after i insisted this is not good enough he hung up on me, so i called again, then he called his area manager who authorised for cash to be delivered to me, no apology was made at any point, customer lost

I always order online for delivery; delivery is always quick (but I am local) and the delivery people are always so nice! Great food, though sometimes I think the "tots" need a tad longer in the oven 😉 Highly recommend!

Well I've never been to papa John's before because I've always been a fan of Domino's. but after today's experience I'm never going Domino's again. PAPA JOHNS pizzas are so much better from taste to the texture and appearance. I went for THE WORKS and it was delicious. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. there is a lunchtime offer on at the moment so definitely worth checking out.

So after a 12 hour drive all I wanted was a nice margarita pizza How wrong was I I tried to pay in cash using pounds sterling Al be it a Scottish not To be refused and given no explanation I find this disturbing that you can reject the British pound A foreign man in a foreign land Refusing the Currency of the crown You should be ashamed of yourself

Food tastes amazing, good fast service and it has good prices.

Delivery driver was forced to rush because he blocked the road and chucked me wrong pizza order and when i asked for rest of my order he slammed his boot and sped off. I am Deaf this is not on. Attitude was awful.

They don't wear gloves or any kind of protection while the arms of the guy was full of hair ready to fall into the pizza

Amazing service for someone like me who got there 1 minute before closing unexpectedly on a Sunday night! Sorted my pizza out, helped me decide and I had a super fresh piping hot pizza ready to go when they really didn’t have to do it for me at all. On top of that their vegan pizzas are amazing, so tasty and made so quick, reasonably priced too. Would definitely recommend! :). Thanks to Jeff the guy who did it all.

Ordered a pizza here for collection, the pizza was hot, made fresh and had plentiful toppings. Manage to grab a deal and an XL pizza for £13.99. Staff were pleasant. What more can you expect from a takeaway pizza.

FANTASTIC service! We don't have a papa John's that delivers to our area and always travel the extra ten minutes to the Lawrence Weston shop instead of our nearest as the service is amazing. Staff are always friendly and accomadatin, food is always hot and great quality and the shop always looks clean and tidy! If I could give 6 stars I would!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🤩

It said you were open,I payed 24 pounds for my pizza,then it says,your not receiving orders,pizza has not arrived,it’s been a hour and Half ,disappointed and I want my money back.

20 minutes late and still waiting. No telephone call either and still waiting.

Food turned up very late which wasn’t a massive issue but the driver complained excessively about not being able to find because of signal, again o said don’t worry then he says please don’t order a delivery again which was quite Unbeliable

Very nice pizza, generous with the toppings and you can customise the way you like. Also some chicken is halal which is fantastic for me. I like to go Before 4pm as you can get a medium pizza for £5.99 or a small for £4.99.

Very friendly staff, ordered my pizza, no fuss (span on a cool chair), service very quick, and I was on my way enjoying a lovely pizza. 5 stars.

First order from here, unfortunately won't be ordering again, chewy not that tasty, definitely had lot better for alot less money.

We had never tried Papa Johns so were a tad worried, really didn't need to be! I was amazed by how quick they were to make my order, it wasn't a small one either! The pizzas were well filled and tasted lovely but the showstopper for me was the BBQ chicken, OMG! They were delicious! One portion is definitely not enough! Everyone was saying how much they loved it. Such friendly staff too! Will definitely go again.

Best pizza on the street, the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Jeff. He answered to all my questions and requests in most polite and helpful manner. Definitely recommend this place for last minute dinner's or any other day's.
