There was this one women and we ordered at start she was kind wanted to give good deals but then she said if we have are phones on us and she said if we give her a 5 star review she will give me free chicken bites and she said give it to me I'll right so she took my phone and wrote a whole 5 star review when the food was absolutely trash and the chicken she gave us was soggy never going stay out of papa John's Walsall!!! NAME IS NAVI

I just ordered yesterday from walsall branch and they give me the wrong food never come this store again

Half my order was delivered cold, driver told me to call about missing food, told by staff to wait 10 minutes whilst she called the driver, while my meal went colder, never called back, when I called back she said the driver said he delivered it. I asked if she was calling me a liar to which she replied she was just confirming I received my order. I told her again I hadn’t and the boy that was delivered was cold. I asked for a replacement meal, she said no, I asked for the manager she said no, then said she was the manager, I asked for her name, she told me manager, I said no the name you were born with, she said she doesn’t have to give me her name. Said the owner would refund the missing food in 7-10 week ring days. I said not good enough, just replace the cold meal you delivered. She said it wasn’t them it was uber. I didn’t order from uber, she said but they only have one driver so are using uber. Was extremely rude and unhelpful. I intend to report to the franchise as this behaviour is totally unacceptable. We spent almost £40 and from reading the reviews it sounds like we are not alone!!!!

Beware. I’d recommend ordering somewhere else. If there is a problem with your order, you can expect the staff to not call you back and then hang up on you repeatedly when you call back. Items on the app are not available at the store as confirmed by the store, but your order will go through and gets substituted. Not acceptable.

I’m not happy at all! You delivered my food to the wrong house and when I called up to complain the woman I spoke to was so rude and kept putting the phone down on me! I used my last bit of money to get my children a treat and you’ve technically robbed me of my money! I asked to speak to the manager to which she lied at first and told me she was the manager and then told me the manager wasn’t there! I spent over £30 on this order and to not receive it is absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend ever ordering from this takeaway. The customer service is a joke.

If I could rate a 0 I would! So we ordered nearly £35 worth of food to have not received it, called them up and the lady on the phone had said that the delivery guy had gave it to someone at the door, baring in mind we live in a block of flats, on the top floor, the delivery guy needs to ring our door so we can let him in! The women on the phone basically said there nothing we can do, so now I'm £35 out of pocket! No food, I can 100% I will never ever use this company again! Absolute shambles!!

Don’t bother ordering from here. The quality is very poor, you would be better off with a supermarket pizza and sides. The pizza was cold dry and didn’t taste that good. The vegan chicken bites was the reason I ordered and they gave me these disgusting potato tots again and didn’t even bother phoning me to explain. The man on the phone was very rude and was acting like it was perfectly fine. Very disappointed will never order from here again.

My premium side was replaced with horrible tater tot things. They had my number but didn’t bother calling to inform me that they were out of vegan bites and replaced it with the worst cheapest side option. Called and got no apology and was refused a refund because I ordered from the Papa John’s website. This happened once before and we looked the other way but £7 for cold tater tots is crazy.

I waited 10 minutes for no reason because the food was cold. When I came into the store the woman at the counter was horrible. With me showing her the order she tried to refuse to give me my order. Then we I advised that I paid for extra dipping sauce she refused to give it to me. She’s rude and frankly I think she is practicing discriminatory behaviors. I will leave the same complaint via google. No one needs to spend money in this store at all.

Nice pizza but I’m sure the topping keep getting less and less a good inch from the crust was basically just cheese and tomato. Not good

Good food, but the Delivery times have gotten worse over the last few months, takes me about 1 hour and 30 minutes to even get my food.

Manager was very helpful and accomodating. Very understanding to my dietry needs and provided really good customer service. Would definately go there again! Very pleased with the pizza and experience.

Ordered cauliflower wings last night and the order turned up with just a few in and the rest was potato tots. They had obviously ran out and not bothered to call to ask if I wanted a replacement. Asked for a refund from Uber eats and they said no. Disgusting customer service and food turned up cold. Do not order from these save your money waste of time

Ordered PAPA johns today using there app. Very disappointed the pizza looked as it just come out ofva supermarket pizza box. Over cooking very hard, very disappointed will not order again.

I ordered some food from papa johns through just eat. The app said it was ordered but I had received nothing. I called the restaurant as it was over an hour late. I was calling papa johns for over half an hour before they picked up. They told me they would call the driver. Around 2 hours after I ordered, the food was delivered cold. It's not the first time I've had issues with this branch, I'm an idiot for going to them again. Last time a group of me and my friends never received the pizzas that we ordered. So the fact that it turned up is an improvement.

I ordered my food, the app said it was delivered but I did not receive anything. I called, it took over half an hour for someone to answer the phone. They told me they would call the driver but heard nothing else. After over an hour and half the food was delivered cold. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this branch of papa John's, it's a shame as I really like their pizza. At least the food was actually delivered this time, hence why I gave them 2 stars.

First of all driver dosent read notes in regards to delivery address. I had go flag him down. Order finally comes after 1 hour and 10 mins of ordering. One item is incorrect on my order. Box was labelled correctly but items was completely wrong. Tried to call the shop no answer after several attempts. I will stick with Dominos in the future. If I could 0 stars I would. Will be taking thus further. My advice AVOID!!!!

Absolutely terrible, food took ages to get here, app said food was delivered 10 mins before it got to us, driver sat outside for over 10mins before phoning to get us to come out to get the food labels on food boxes not even stuck down, food was cold. Woman in shop was.just as useless when I phoned to complain, no manager available, and then she put the phone down on me. WILL NEVER ORDER OFF THESE AGAIN

Ordered extra large pizza with customised toppings. It was ready on time with all the toppings being ordered in right quantity. The lady, Navi, was professional and her attitude was polite. I'll definitely be visiting again

I have got the best pizza 🍕. One of the staff member Miss Navi has made the delicious pizza and moderate quantity of everything that Papa Johns mentioned .Perfectly hot and must say well trained staff .Thank you So much.

I ordered the food in the morning to be delivered at 5pm it got to 5 25pm and the food still hadn't been delivered we rang them up and they said that they had one driver and would take longer than hoped. Then when they said he was here we looked outside and there was noone there then we ask them if they were sure they had the right address they said yeah. Then we told them to go to the road next door to the one they were at then I went outside to look for them and I saw the car around the corner and I was on the phone to him and told him I can see your car turn left. Then he got off the phone and turned right instead of left when I clearly said left and then he finally got here 35 minutes late and the food was already cold by the time he got here. So to summarise if u want good food but late and cold then this is the place for you

Collection maybe okay but avoid delivery. Terrible experience, bad customer approach of the manager. Used to be good but few years ago... today is a day I have decided to not order a pizza ever again and I will invest future money for pizza oven at home. My review comes from few previous bad experiences but today was the "final" one... never again want to eat pizza 25 minutes late and in stress. AVOID

Live 10 minutes away and it takes them over a hour for delivery. Call the store same person who can't speak English well spewing the same lies about its just around the corner. Rather give my money to Domino's. Avoid this place.

Made a big delivery order for 6 Large Pizza’s for my younger brother’s birthday. Not only did they get the sizing wrong (Med pizza’s sent) and three of the pizza toppings ordered but then attempted to try and state that I had made a mistake. After reading out my order and counting each slice then tried to refused to rectify it, stating that there were new staff working but regardless, trainees should have quality checks prior to being left solo to ensure quality service, and if this isn’t being done the management needs addressing immediately. Only after having to remind the individual on the phone (Lady who refused to give me their name) of the Consumer Rights Act for ‘Poor Service’ and threatening to write to their head office did they then offer to rectify the mistake. I would have not of made any fuss if they just admitted the mistake had been made rather than trying to deny any of it, no sense of accountability what so ever. APPALLING…..

Quick delivery great taste and a portion sizes were great! We also saved about £40 on our orders , great deals , delicious food in cheaper rate .

When food finally arrived it was cold.It also had the wrong address on the box, not sure how that happened, as I have ordered from Papa Johns before and always managed to get the correct address.

Ordered from the walsall branch for a few years with no problems, but just lately, the food has gone downhill. Wrong items, half the toppings missing (like sausage and pepperoni with no pepperoni) or toppings that aren't supposed to be on there. Ok if you like them or have no allergies? or burst dips, so whether you like the dip or not, it's too bad because it's on your pizza. Seems like no one cares about the job they're doing? I'll be going somewhere else from now on as it's too expensive when there are so many mistakes.

Food never arrived, tried to call the store several times, once they answered then hung up, then after that no one answered. For a first time customer for this restaurant, it is very poor. In the process of getting my refund back from just eat. After recently reading many reviews on just it, it seems that they are doing this to a lot of people. Why accept an order for delivery when they don't have no intentions at all of giving you the food. This restaurant is just keen on theft of your money

My Luke warm pizza was delivered an hour and a half after I was notified that it was with the driver. I phoned the restaurant at the expected delivery time (40 mins after it was with the driver and was told it would arrive in 16 minutes. There were no further responses from the restaurant when that time came and went. Another 40 minutes and my cold pizza finally arrived with very sparse toppings. All in all very disappointed.

Prices keep going up and up every week. It was our favourite Friday takeaway. Now we go to non branding places.

Place has gone massively downhill recently I've found. Past couple of orders have taken well over an hour to be delivered and pizzas were stone cold when they arrived, plus the orders for sauces/dips were completely ignored or incorrect. Tried to request a refund for my last order but was told all they could offer was a discount on my next order, which is pretty pointless as I won't be ordering from there again.

As a vegan I love Papa John's UK. They are both the most delicious and affordable option when I stay in the UK when it comes to pizza. They're cauliflower wings are spectacular and even my non-vegan fiancé loves them. Pizza is so good here and the cheese just melts perfectly! The vegan pepperoni and sausage are both pretty good but as a someone who was never a fan of meat I tend to just get a margherita after trying the vegan meat versions the first time.

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides. Was missing a pizza but had someone else’s side which we didn’t realise until we’d opened it. Phoned to sort it out 3 times and got hung up on 3 times. Eventually the delivery guy came back and started being really aggressive with my wife on the doorstep demanding his chicken side back so he got a door shut in his face. Idiot. You can’t mess someone’s pizza order up and then be aggressive with them about a chicken side on their doorstep. Man needs to relinquish the chicken and apologise for messing it up in the first place.

The food arrived 45mins after leaving the takeaway. It was cold and dry. The ice cream was missing. Very dissatisfied.
