The Sandwich Company in Walsall

OK, I’ll be completely honest Out of all the companies that make sandwiches for small businesses this one’s the best I’m not sure whether they sell these sandwiches in major supermarkets but I don’t think so. I only see these kind of sandwiches Corner shops or small local convenience stores Now I can agree with some of the reviews not much Filling On some types of sandwiches It just depends which one you get Like the tuna one for Example Has a decent amount of filling But then the cheese salad and ham salad doesn’t One tiny piece of ham And same for the cheese But then they put loads of salad on The cheese and red onion is by far my favourite decent amount of to be honest mind blowing but it’s ok However, my problem comes with the bread roles/buns I don’t buy these because they have the least amount filling over every product that they sell And since they haven’t cut the roll Properly, the filling is only half the rest is just bread So just stick with their sandwiches There Okay for a quick snack Obviously they don’t beat Tesco or even Aldi sandwiches

Tastes ok but not much filling at all. Very very tight on filling portions. Slightly more worrying that this popped up when searching the company...... The Sandwich Company, in Bridgeman Street, was notified they are liable for a civil penalty notice for employing the eight illegal workers following the Home Office raid yesterday.

To much mayo in the filling, gives a horrible after taste.

Appaulng, stingy, never buy again. Check-out the photographs below. Where is the cheese filling? The onion is not even chopped or cut properly, miniscule fillings. There is little or no care nor thought given concerning customer experience, quality & value! The photographs don't lie concerning the couldn't-care-less attitude where customer satisfaction are concerned. They don't even care about reaching-out to disgruntled customers!! Say's it all. Worth paying extra at Costa or Supermarket brand instead. Never again will I touch any sandwiches from this company.... STINGY!!

Surprised at the addition of a lump of butter, they couldn’t be arsed to cut the other half of the bap! Terrible!! Donated to the dog!

Visited The Sandwich Company with some of the pupils from Hallmoor school. We had a tour of how sandwiches 🥪 are made. Our hoist was excellent, showing the pupils and staff how the process of making and distributing the Sandwiches was done ✔️ 👏🏽 👌🏼 😀

Only good thing about the sandwiches is the bread the filling is awful cheap rubbish would question the chicken in the sandwich it was awful. Ingredients all seem cheap and nasty

I have a Sandwich from these guys more or less every day! Great Tasting Sandwiches & Baguettes. Bread is always soft & fresh with Plenty of filling throughout the sandwich (not like others where just visible through the little window on the box). Fantastic value for money. Highly recommend 💯

Wraps are the best ever . premium sarnies are good too.. they offer a budget range like the chicken and sweetcorn sub,not for me tho well you get what you pay for suppose...

Edible because you've spent money on it and don't want to waste but the fillings no matter which one are always so salty and odd tasting

Unfortunately, I haven’t tasted their food but after experiencing almost being taken off the road by someone aggressively driving one of their vans, I’ll definitely be avoiding them. I might release the dash cam footage depending on their reply.

Chicken and Sweetcorn Sub. Absolutely disgusting. Threw it away. Mayo like Gloss paint. Can't tell there's any chicken or sweetcorn. Whereas the BBQ chicken wrap. Soggy wet but decent filling. Smoked flavour.

Nice bread but filling is rubbish cant eat it and leave a nasty taste.

Bought a sandwich on the 7th which had the 11th dated, Mold on sandwich, chicken didnt taste right, resulting in food poisoning!! Have emailed to complain but still not received a response!!!!

Never again! Tried a couple of their sandwiches, the "posh ploughmans" and the ham and cheese one. Both looked good through the little window, but when you take it out of the packet you realise you've been conned - the miserly filling is put at the front to make it look good and the rest of the sandwich is just dry old bread. Judging by the reviews it looks like I'm not the only one who's been had by these shysters.

tried again with a chicken mexican mayo hardly any chicken and had kidney beans that are not stated on packaging

I just had a new York deli sandwich It was oh my god delicious Packed full of meat fresh as 😋 Not cheap meat either I must of said to my colleague oh wow at least 6 times £2.60 it cost .. If I was to purchase the stuff and make myself it would cost me a lot more . ☺🔥☺

Had various sandwiches and wraps with different varieties of fillings lovely and fresh, plenty of filling and beautiful tastes. Would definitely recommend this company.

We have been using this company for 18 months always on time and the driver is first class, they look after all our requirement with little involvement from me. since renewing our fridge and using The Sandwich Company sales increased 300% Thank you from all at the Forge filling Station Hereford

Never would I give a review on a normal lunchtime sandwich but this is by the best company that do sandwiches. Fully packed, seasoned and with excellent fillings. Like something you would buy from a deli or a cafe. What a treat and they're halal. Fab FAB FAB. My new GO TO :)

Had this for lunch today for the first time and was sooooo satisfied. All the other sandwiches are scrawny with poor fillings. These are so filling and excellently made. Their wraps arent soggy like other wraps. I even rang them to let them know that they're smashing it. SOOOOOO happy, and they are halal.

just had a bite of one of their chicken mayo bagettes and couldn't eat anymore, absolutely disgusting...the bread seemed fresh but the filling was awful.

I have been using the sandwich company in my shop for many years as they cobs and sandwiches are cheap. Just recently though I have been noticing that it is always the same fillings being delivered. My customers are getting bored. It's always chicken or cheese and onion. You need to start doing different choices in fillings. Ham & beetroot, ham & mustard, chicken and proper stuffing not the mayo based awful stuff you have at the moment. Beef & tomato. Cheese & beetroot. All day breakfast. BLT. Prawn mayo. Tuna sweetcorn. Tuna cucumber. Not just in the sandwiches but in the cobs too. There are so many options you can do. Paul our driver is lovely

Do not bother with any of their sandwiches. The filling is more or less none existent they leave at least a 3rd of the sandwich empty, like the cobs or baps are only sliced just over half way through and then they are still tight with the filling which is poor quality aswell. Better off having a sausage roll or a bag of crisps. Trading standards should be coming down on this company.

Has to be the crappiest sandwich on the planet.no piont in buying them. What i would like to no is; at what point do they get to when they realise that theres no filling in side the bread?, are they poor of sight or just absolute assholes.still, someone somewhere thinks that there making a good product for everyone what wanke@s, either that or the person thats running this company was raised in poverty and must of been given sandwhichs like this as a child, in which case i feel sorry for you my friend, in fact i may start taking pictures of you sandwhichs and uploading them for people to view the contents of your bread.

Not giving small businesses a chance to start off, would not recommend!! They say one thing and do another, then blame other people. Very POOR way to treat customers! Should treat everyone equal.

I wish to comment on the atrocious driving of one of your vans at 0430 on Tuesday 12th June 2018. The driver was literally inches off my bumper in a 50mph zone weaving behind me and as we entered the village of Etwall Derbyshire the speed limit changed to 30. As I slowed down he forced his way passed me to speed through the village.. Absolutely insane..

Weii run Quality food at excellent price

I certainly wouldn't do business with this company, not based on their catering quality but the outrageous driving of one their drivers...! I was in the outside lane of the M6 overtaking a middle lane car and doing exactly the speed limit and he was sitting on my tail flashing his lights at me....and that was after he was flicking through something and not concentrating on the road. When I pulled over he gave me the gesture - not of thanks obviously...
