Food was really good but delivery was 70 minutes late.

Didn’t come warm, tastes weird, doesn’t even taste like cookie dough, so disappointing

food was 2 1/2hrs late and I only live 5 mins away. they don't answer phone and you won't be reimbursed properly either... a big miss!!!!!! I ordered at 8.52 and was delivered at 11.25pm. total joke

Food was what you would expect, delivery time was on time according to the estimate, not sure why it was 1 hour and 20 minute estimate. Not a massive or complicated order, delivery 10 minutes away, unless of course this is just down to being busy at gone nine pm on a Saturday evening

Without doubt the worst Papa Johns in the town. Rude staff, measly toppings cold pizza and burnt crust. Everything you don’t want in a pizza. A definite lack of interest when we opened the box in front of them after paying. Their customer service was dreadful. This wasn’t a cheap meal, it was over £30. Pointless arguing in the premises as they claim not to understand English. Head office complaint on way. Think twice before spending your cash in this establishment, shockingly bad food and staff.

They change the offers often, and i have lost the track of what cost what. Overall nice pizzas :)

Very disappointed with delivery time and the pizza wasn’t as good as it usually is. I was told delivery about 45 mins , 2 and a half hours later, and after a phone call to them, I finally got my pizza. I ended up giving it to the dog.

Food was fine. Nothing amazing.

I order the pizza Pepperoni but is cancelled my order but is don’t give me return with my money.

Ordered tonight.. we have ordered lots of times before, drink forgotten.. not the drivers fault these things happen.. however when ringing to ask about this I do not expect to be laughed at! Will never order from you again!

Shocking customer service. I've been going here for years but will now stop. Customer service has no skills other than giving you a order. Interaction was terrible and no attempt to sort out my issue other than place another order, terrible, No actual customer service.

Order a XXL thin crust all the meats for collection I asked for extra pepperoni he even read the order back dident get the extra pepperoni not the first time it happened either only at this papa John’s understand if New Year’s Eve but sort it out if you can’t follow instructions and follow throw even after you repeated my order back then you should not be on the telephone poor poor service papa.

Pre-Covid, they were top of the game by far, but now they have sunk to the same level as their competitors. Papa Johns still have the same great tasting pizzas, I'll give them that, they have always tasted fresher than the others - even reheated the next day! Now, I cannot say the same. For starters, there's a delivery charge now, even though I live a mere 7 minutes away. I think this was one of the bad changes after covid. Also, starters are massively expensive now (£7 for a small portion of chicken. My most recent order had 3 small pieces of just batter, no actual chicken in!) Desserts have rocketed up in price too, and so gone are the days where you could order a feast for yourself, for less than £20. Added to all of this, delivery times are super slow compared to before. I've ordered on weekdays, and it's still taking 20-30mins to arrive, even after the app tells me it's on its way. I'd understand it on a weekend, but not midweek! Lastly, and this might seem a bit of a nitpick, but it's important to me! Papa John's have now stopped giving a special garlic dip with your pizza. They now send out the inferior, and more bland tasting Garlic and Herb dip instead. I enquired about this and was told I can't change the dip, as now garlic and herb is sent as standard. Sadly, I don't think I'll be ordering from Papa John's anymore. These issues aren't with this particular branch, but the company on a whole.

I wasn't going to leave a review as refund was offered. However, refund not received so here goes. Pizza and sides ordered 6:35pm, their tracker said it was on it's way at 7:10pm, I live 10 minutes away. At 7:22pm the tracker said that my pizza had arrived "Enjoy!" But it hadn't arrived, I waited a couple of minutes and called this Papa John's franchise. They said food would be with me "in a few minutes" but late due to a traffic accident. I checked 3 live traffic apps. All showed usual traffic, 10 to 12 minute journey time. I called again at 7:40pm and 7:50pm. They didn't pick up. Finally got through at 8:05pm. As I'd waited over 1.5 hours they said my food was on it's way but I didn't believe them since they'd been saying that for 40 minutes. They agreed to a refund my money, after lots of to and fro, it was agreed that the food would be cold by the time it arrived. Food arrive at 8:07pm. It was cold, as expected. Very poor value for £28 (including recent delivery charge). It's a shame because I used to like this establishment as an occasional treat, but I doubt I'll risk using them again.

Food was good but delivery guy despite leaving a message to deliver to my front door was trying to get in my back gate. Dog barking etc so we had to unlock gate just to except delivery. Why bother asking you to leave instructions etc if nobody reads them.

Excellent friendly service lovely pizza!!

I placed a collection order for 20:00pm. The app alerted me that it was ready at 19:14. I then receive a call at 19.40 to say my order was ready. After explaining on the phone, 20:00 was requested for a reason and it should’ve been freshly done for then they accepted this. Arrived at 19:55, got given the food for it to be freezing cold. Asked the manager why it was cold after being told on the phone it would have been done fresh for 20:00. He explained that their ‘system’ does not tell them when to make the food by. It just tells them to make it for asap. So I then asked why it was ready at 19:14 and had been sitting there for 20 minutes before calling (even though we requested a time) he denied it sitting there. During the conversation, he then said it had been there 20 minutes before the phone call and that’s why they decided to call. We requested to speak to the manager, the person I spoke to claimed he was the manager. He was so rude, disrespectful. Pretty much called us liars and told us it wasn’t their fault. We asked for a refund or for fresh food. After a while, he reluctantly decided to cook a fresh order. Whilst waiting in the shop, all the staff were speaking in another language, looking over and laughing. If this isn’t the most disrespectful thing, regardless of whether they were talking about this or not was intimidating and a disgusting atmosphere. To add, the manager being part of this. Considering this was a £60 order, it was horrific customer service as well as them being happy to serve food that had been under a hot plate for over 45 minutes.

Pizza was burn and greasy , like never before. When rang and spoke with someone been told it’s because pizza was waiting for me 5 min that’s why it’s burn and greasy . Last time order unfortunately .

Order placed and did not arrive despite the app saying it did! Phoned up several times only to be lied to and then employees hang up on you. When it did arrive the order was not complete. Driver was very dismissive. Much better alternative options out there including Pizza Hut and Pizza Express. Do yourselves a favour and go elsewhere

Ordered online. Online said pizza was delivered. Called the store, was told pizza would be be 10-15 mins. I argued this was not what the website was saying and this was wrong. I was then fobbed off to a "supervisor" who wouldn't take my call. Customer lost.

We have had both collection and delivery. We go for the XXL on a thin base. The base is consistently nice, with plenty of toppings. Staff are friendly and efficient. Delivery always prompt with friendly drivers. Best pizza’s in my opinion.

I rang them after an hour to find out where it was. They told me another 10 to 15 minutes. The pizza place is only 10 minutes from me! When I received it, it was nearly cold and did not taste nice at all. The vegan cheese and jackfruit slices were undercooked.

Phoned the restaurant to get help. Refused to talk to me as I placed the order from just eat. Will never use just eat or Papa Johns again for the poor service and having to wait far to long to not even have any help for why my order has taken so long! Shocking company shocking service

I ordered from here on Thursday night, and while they initially forgot to get the ice cream in my order, said they would include it in my next order, which I was more than happy with. However, not long after, another driver dropped it off, just in time for dessert! Very happy with the service, just wish I had some money for a tip!

We recently ordered from Papa Johns, many years after we first tried their pizza, and all I can say is, I don’t get why we went elsewhere! The pizzas were piping hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. No soggy base here and plenty of toppings. We ordered from the Harborough Road branch and we were very impressed. We will definitely return for more pizza in the future. Well done Papa Johns!

Worst place. Management are a joke can’t even refund a pizza. There driver couldn’t find my house and was up the road 2 minute drive away. But instead decided to walk the pizza to my house. So was it not only cold but it was all at the bottom of the box. Wasn’t pizza shape anymore. Kept getting told they have a process if I wanted a refund and that’s to take the pizza back. But when asked is walking a pizza 10 minutes down the road instead of driving part of there process. I was just met with rude attitude and horrible customer service. Don’t order from this place. You will get a pizza that looks like it’s been thrown agains the wall like a frisbee.

Was not happy with the order it was 45mins late and would like a refund not happy attal my daughter was so hungry. And I had no phone call to say sorry it will be late. I had a hour wait b4 and then had waited another 30mins and then had to call and they said it would b another 15-20mins and we are only 5 mins from papa’s Joe’s. Then driver got lost so good wasn’t hot enough and it was only one small pizza...

A real treat lovely pizza a bit expensive but good

For the better part of £20 the pizza was tiny. Not even 12". Cant fault delivery time or the taste but not impressed with the size for a medium. No answer from the restaurant. Wont be ordering again.

So disappointed, we have ordered the vegan pizza before and never had any complaints. However, the one we ordered yesterday had a mixed of cheese on it and it was definitely dairy in it! I am milkprotein allergic that's why we order the vegan pizza and the vegan pizza we ordered yesterday caused a allergic reaction. Understand that anyone can make a mistake but as a customer I expect that the food will contain ingredients stated on the menu. So disappointed and will not order again.

I really enjoyed this takeaway. We never usually go for papa johns but this surprised us immensely (in a good way!) it was simple to order and we got 40% off when you spend £40 or more online! Pizza was delicious. There could have been a variation on sides as it was all chicken, garlic bread, and scrolls but it tasted delicious. The only reason I didn’t put it 5 stars is because I wish their order tracking system was more prominent. Apart from that it was delicious!

The address in the just East app was wrong. Meaning restaurant tried to deliver to the wrong address. When calling the fired two new pizzas and got them out to us. Excellent services fixing something that was not off their making. Thanks

I always have a good pizza from here. Have never had a bad experience. Always fresh and full of toppings.
