Over an hour to deliver. Phoned the shop after 45 minutes,was told 10 minutes. Half an hour later, was told another 10 minutes.. The pizza arrived cold, greasy, lacking toppings and base sauce. The shop doesn't care and nor do the helpline. Don't waste your time, effort or money. Never again

A couple of times we ordered pizza delivery and each time was fabulous. Unlike other similar establishments, the pizzas came on time (no issue about finding our house...), and hot, and in taste tests between this and three others, Papa John's won hands down. Various flavour options, one favourite is Garden Party but it's so easy to customize your own with whatever toppings are available

Buy 1 get 1 free promotion is a scam as only 1 arrives. When you call back a roll of excuses come up, even when in the box delivered there are 2 stickers saying 1 of 2 and 2of 2. Proper bad service. Avoid Leatherhead branch if you can.

My delivery says Enjoy your food but it still hasn’t arrived and I just checked on google which states Papa Johns Leatherhead is shut Christmas Day.. then why have it shown advertised as open? Now I have to wait for a refund.

I have spoken to Papa John’s. Food was very late and both items were stone cold. I was sent a large pizza not a small one. I threw the food away as it was inedible.

pizza was for collection and they had it ready in 15 minutes, person who was at the front of the store was polite and professional. the store looked clean and My food was tasty and still hot which is a big plus. will definitely be coming back to this papa johns

My food arrived late and had actual plastic in it. Like some blue plastic bag. Very disgusting, not risking again despite enjoying the food on previous occasions.

I ate a Poppa Johns for three weeks Straight and I had an excellent experience every day particularly with an employee named Adam who makes lovely food and is a credit to establishment he made me feel comfortable while I waited eagerly for my food he also has a big bum

Utterly useless service, more than an hour waiting only to find the driver has misread the address, and doesn't have a phone with GPS as he's driven over 20 miles in the opposite direction. had to cancel as i left the address and had no way of refunding the order.

I ordered a pizza via uber , it never arrived. When i complained the staff didnt seem to care.

I was staying at a hotel in the area for work and wanted to take advantage of Papa John's vegan options. I placed an order for colllection and it was ready quickly. The staff were friendly (and even looked for a spoon for my ice cream when I asked!) and the pizza and cauliflower wings were hot and tasty. I'm glad I got to try out the menu whilst in Leatherhead!

Great food as always but over 30 minutes late is not acceptable especially when I ordered way in advance and picked a delivery time around an hour and 30 mins later so there should have been no issue. But the restaurant sent me a free drink and a voucher for a free side on my next order, so all in all I will definitely order from this branch again

Great Service and beautiful pizza! I was helped by a very nice man to get the best deal for what I was after (2 XXL pizzas) and was offered extra sauce. It was all done in 12 min and the pizza was yummy!

Food was real good and the seals on the boxes were an excellent touch, only downside not all boxes were sealed and due to the pandemic that food was put in the bin, portion of chicken wings and garlic pizza sticks

I accidentally made a mistake on my order the other night, which was fixed as soon as I contacted the Leatherhead branch. Helpful manager, quick delivery and tasty pizza.

Papa John’s has become our favourite place to order pizza since lockdown. Better deals than some of the other leatherhead stores, fast delivery and helpful over the phone. Double pepperoni is our go-to. Prefer the taste to other stores and always arrives hot!

First time trying Papa John’s pizzas and we can say they are really good! We picked M double pepperoni with stuffed crust. Really good and for a really affordable price.For sure we order again.

I called to enquire where my pizza was after an hour and 15 mins. I was told they were so busy they couldn't cope. I was then told the driver went to the wrong address. Of course no phone call during all this. To top it off, apparently it's not their fault. Avoid!

Very disappointed with my Garden Party pizza today. Arrived lukewarm, crust was soft and soggy. There was not enough topping, and what little there was, only covered the centre. It seemed carelessly thrown together. Shame because I had a perfect pizza a few months ago. Won't order again.

Spotted item missing when delivered, pointed it out to the driver who just said he’d sort a credit out. I explained that I wanted the item and he said he’d only sort a credit, so I have disappointed children now. Still not heard anything regarding credit. Will stick to Domino’s in future.

The pizza was left outside in a bench, there was no call to say it was there. When I came out to look to see if anyone was looking for the property I found the pizza on the bench and the pizza was stone cold.

Ordered a large order for an after church meeting at Bookham Church on Sunday. Preordered on Thursday and they did an excellent deal for us and was within a minute of the delivery time agreed. Excellent Pizza

This place is the pits. Papa John's is usually a good purchase, but this franchise store is beyond a joke. The store manager is rude and via their complaints service you get nowhere. Even if you are starving - do not waste your time or your money by contributing to this utter stitch up. Waited for 1hour 30 for a cold pizza that looked like it had been made by a kid at nursery. The ingredients on the pizza do not match the quantity selected if making/creating your own. Instead the store makes it their own irrespective of the order. Currently trying to get my money back and will leave another review to let customers know how I got on.

Can’t fault the food, but don’t bother with timed orders. They’ll deliver when they get around to it. Another Friday night, another 20:15 timed order. It’s 20:53 as I post, and still no delivery...

There was a lunch collection deal for 4.99. Ordered and rang up to confirm the price of 4.99. When I went to pick it up he claimed he said 6.99. When the deal was 4.99 and he confirmed that on the phone. I left without the pizza. Manager very unfriendly and unreasonable to his own deals.

Absolute joke. Terrible service, delivery driver incompetent, couldn’t find house. Absolutely clueless. This is second time ordering, on First occasion sent two drivers to deliver one pizza both out the car blaring music, strobe lights on there phones (no joke) trying to find house at 10pm. Pizza inedible, cheese all stuck to the roof- called to complain, extremely rude bloke on phone. Terrible customer service. Don’t bother, go Pizza Hut or dominos instead.

Usually I would give papa John's a 5 star but this time wasnt good. Took a long time to arrive and when it got here my pizza was cold and burnt and when I order a half / half pizza and only 3 slices were different to the rest of the pizza , that's not exactly half. Not happy
