Ordered pizza it came ontime but like warm and the crust was burnt they sent me another one and took the old one the second one was burnt aswell. Will not be ordering from papa John's again.

Lovely delivery drivers and food came much earlier than expected which was great but that was probably because the pizza wasn’t cooked long enough. Pizza didn’t taste great, tomato base was too tart and barely tasted cooked.

There was a problem with the app so the driver came and was not able to deliver the food. I rang the restaurant and they sent the driver again. Thank you very much Papa Johns on Rose Hill for your good customer service.

Ordered food after just finishing work 21:40 whilst working away from home ordered to the reception at the hotel I was staying in.i phoned the restaurant at 23:20 to see where my food was,expected time of arrival of 22:50 he then told me that the driver had been into reception where I was sitting since I ordered the food and no one arrived even the receptionist had said that no one had arrived with food at all so now I am sitting here no very impressed very hungry after a long hard days work thank you very much papa johns for your undelivered delivery

I messed up the time on the order and phoned them to request that they didn’t deliver straight away and put back the delivery two hours and even though they had started the order they kindly agreed to deliver at the time I asked for. The pizzas were fantastic.

Delivery was great! Got the vegan pizza with everything.. Would recommend getting the thin base as the flavours get lost.

Utter rubbish. Stone cold on arrival. No option to replace. Complete disaster.

Embarrassingly late, lack of communication, rude and unhelpful staff on the phone unable to admit they have messed the order up.

It came cold and they forgot half my order - so I called to get a refund they said they cannot refund me due to it being ordered through just eat, so I said fine please deliver it an hour and a half later I still don’t have my order!!

Delivery was fine & the food was ok. Just didn’t feel it was good value for money.

Food was decent, but the delivery driver was incredibly rude, and had a go at me for where I live, ending with "I'm not delivering here again" and don't worry he won't have to as an attitude like that is terrible for customer service and so I won't be ordering from here again

Although pizza was delicious, delivery took 1.15 h which left pizza barley warm.

Ordered extras on the pizza, but there was a good amount on each slice - more than Caprinos I tried recently with same extras. 12" = Large, btw. (not complaining for one person) They don't say sizes by measure.

Brownies have been burnt almost everytime I've ordered them. Ordered 1.5lt bottle of Pepsi and got given 2 600ml bottles. Don't give someone less because you haven't got the stock, always give extra.

After waiting over 2 hours for my food it then showed up to my house cold and half the order missing so call them to say we haven’t received our full order (literally 60 seconds after receiving the food) they said they have got the delivery driver to turn around and will be back with us with the rest of our order in 1 min and we were waiting for 20 minutes again really not happy

Delivery 30 minutes late. Potato wedges barely cooked and pizza ok. All in all rather disappointing. Won't use again.

expensive cold food delivered 35 minutes late (which was 1 hour 35 minutes after I ordered). I called when it was 10 minute late and was told it was on the road which makes me wonder how long your pizza is out the oven before you get it.

Great pizza, promptly delivered by a really friendly driver. Better than Dominos (they can never find us), more perfect than Perfect Pizza (their bases are often over cooked)!We will be buying from you guys again, thanks

AWFUL. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 2 hours late. Had to call restaurant 3 times. Was told 3 different reasons and 3 different times of arrival. Customer service at restaurant blamed the driver. Spoke to driver and he blamed restaurant. Refused a discount by restaurant until just eat got involved. Man on phone at the restaurant was incredibly rude, dishonest AGRESSIVE and unhelpful . pizza was obviously cold otherwise it may have been ok. Never again. Waste of our time and money.

alright pizza though my order wasn’t exactly what I wanted!

The food actually arrived 35 mins late and the pizza wasn't that great with a partially soggy base and sub par garlic sauce.

Not only the food was late but received only 1/3 items. Then the driver went back to get the rest and still forgot one item.

Again 2nd day in a row. No food arrived. I called the store and was told they tried to call me 3 times. Now having being sat by my phone all day and it not ringing I can only assume this store doesn't like just eat orders. Will never use again

For some reason when ordering it went to collection and not delivery. Called Papa Johns and asked about this and manager refused to change delivery unless he heard from Just Eat... Guess what, couldn’t find a phone number for Just Eat!!! We order from them constantly and we had bereavement that day and did not feel like going out but had to as too late to change delivery. Manager could have made life easier but he was just abrupt and irritable... Could not pick food up when it was ready so had cold pizzas . Really thinking about switching to another Pizza place now as cannot stand Managers who are not even a little bit flexible with customers who have spent a lot of money there !!

Hawaiian pizza was average. Delivery was early which was appreciated.

As usual Papa Johns delivers in every way. Won’t order Pizza from anywhere else 😀

Lovely food as per usual, delivery is almost always quicker than 'expected' and never late. The works pizza and Jalapeño bites are the best. Love papas 😍😍

Delivery time moved by 15 minutes which, although not entirely Papa John's fault, made me run late for a friends birthday. Pizza was also cold which was disappointing.

Brilliant food, always delivered piping hot and before the estimated time by friendly staff. We're regular customers now!
