Customer service I found here was amazing. We placed an order last week and it was below par. Come Monday I received a phone from the chain to talk about the issues, apologise profusely and asked if they could put this right free of charge. We gave them the opportunity and throughly enjoyed our meal. I finished off my last review by saying we would not be back but I am signing off this review to say we most definitely will be back. Thank you papa johns as totally changed our opinion

I can see outside they put big stickers large pizza is 8.99 and when I go to buy they charge me 9.99. I told her why you put this price for advertising 8.99 she said no you have to pay 9.99 and I pay 9.99 that’s not fair. If is not correct price advertising you should remove it.

Staff Don't understand English very well and tried to charge me more then what it cost. and give me single pepperoni instead of double as I wanted. Won’t go again to this location to much hassle for a simple pizza

Ordered a pizza ( barkingside) a day back for collection. As usual the food waa good but the service and server both were so rude and pathetic. Asked for a dip and the server Javed said he is doing me a favor as he is giving me this for free even though i was ready to pay for it. He have no manners and lack hospitality towards customer. Super disappointed by the service and lack of customer hospitality by this guy who thinks he is above everyone else.

They answered and hung up the phone on purpose.

Came in store food was made fresh by staff, whilst placing my order manager on shift was extremely helpful with helping me what to order and knowledgeable on current deals, Food tasted amazing and followed every expectations through their outstanding customer service. Staff go above and beyond to ensure everything is just right. They're always friendly, courteous, and eager to accommodate any special requests I may have. Overall, I can't recommend this Papa John's location highly enough, you can trust that you'll be treated to delicious food and top-notch service every time you order from here.

No matter one is vegan or non vegetarian they prepare pizza with same hand gloves even they don't wash gloves and don't use new gloves i talk to them about it but the manager was so roude and said do u want pizza or not so my experience was so bad and i don't trust papa jons pizza and they don't dake care about customer feedback

AVOID. Awful example of a papa John’s. Pizza tastes awful and bland. The Ilford High road branch is tonnes better.

Rubbish store, rubbish service. Taken over an hour to deliver 2 pizzas. Not answering the phone either while we're trying to find out what is going on. Do yourself a favour and stay clear of this place

Great prices and huge portions. Definitely a place to go if you're gonna be hungry after.

Got a large cheese and tomato pizza which was lovely and only cost a tenner, added potato tots which were a disappointment and at £6 were a rip off, fast service and the collection deal is worth it.

Very poor service from the staff. They did not even address us as we waited to order and pick up our food. When our food was ready, a staff member went to sit at the computer and stare at the screen instead of hand us our food. Another staff member kept going out back whilst cooking, so God knows what he was doing to the food.

Last week I orderd and I took forever so relieved a £5 voucher so thought I'd enjoy another Pizza delivery was quick but the pizza was ment to be half and half was more like 1 qtr and 3 qtrs and a bit rough and ready. Also the driver said was stuffed crust and I had to pay £1 more. I rang the store and was not sure what Language I was greeted with or even who I was ringing I asked to speak to the manager and it could have been the same guy said I will call back in 10 min when I speak to the driver. Guess what 40 min later no call back ! Exelent Customer Service. Guess it's Domino's from now on.

Don't like the pizza, seemed rushed.. Veggies were not evey laid out, some more than others.

Went to Barkingside branch to pick up my pizza on way home. I was told ten minutes. The staff that a my pizza first put his air pods in and out of his ears. Touched his belly and the till. Turned around pulled out the dough for the pizza. (WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS) A colleague come in from a delivery. He was then punched in the arm by the staff still rolling out the dough. When I addressed the issue and spoke with the manager. He just said soz as the staff member is new. He just passed me the pizza. I then asked him if he would eat it knowing what has happened. He said I'll just make you another. Waited 15 mins for a new one. The sad thing is he didn't even wash his hands before he started. Very poor from such a company

FIRST TIME CUSTOMER TO BARKINGSIDE PAPA JONES. WORST EVER PLACE!!!! LITERALLY LOOTING PEOPLE. I JUST ORDERED 6 CHICKEN WINGS. ALL THEY DID WAS TAKE THE FROZEN WINGS FROM FRIDGE FRY IT IN THE HOT OIL, "ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOR ADDED", NO DIPS, NOT EVEN A KETCH-UP GIVEN, JUST 6 REALLY SMALL CHICKEN WINGS AND CHARGED ME £6.49. IT WAS A TAKEAWAY. I DIDN'T EVEN DINE IN!!! I HAVE NO ISSUE IF THE PRICE WAS WORTH IT. I SHOULD GONE TO "DIXIE" OR THE CHICKEN PLACE OPPOSITE TO THE SAME PAPA JONES, BARKINGSIDE WHERE THEY CHARGE ONLY £2.50 FOR 6 WINGS AND GIVE MAYONNAISE+KETCH UP DIPS. LITERALLY LOOTED ME!! WORST!!!!! NEVER EVER GOING HERE AGAIN.

Delivered pizzas on my daughters birthday 30 mins early. I had confirmation email saying delivery would be 30 mins later. No apology. Asked to heat in oven for "like new" pizzas.

Ordered for it to be delivered for 8pm as we were out, got a call at 7.34pm to say they were there, wasn't in as stated to them before when ordering. He then went on to say the driver would do a couple more deliveries then come back to us, that is when I cancelled the order as we did not want our food to be re delivered 15-20 mins later cold!! Why have the option of selecting a delivery time!!

Quality of hospitality is very high.

I called for an update after waiting for 45 minutes. They picked up and said we will deliver in another 1 hour. Called them in 2 hours and now they aren't answering.

Ordered today from this branch and never again from this branch. Usually papa John's are really good but this branch has some how produced a base with overloaded salt to the extent that my 5 and 7 year old had one slice each and refused to eat more and they were starving. Called the branch direct and won do nothing no care. Will not order from here again.

I regularly get a takeaway from this shop and they always deliver very fast and the food is delicious. They are one of my go to takeaway places.
