Papa John's in Redbridge

Ordered a pizza ( barkingside) a day back for collection. As usual the food waa good but the service and server both were so rude and pathetic. Asked for a dip and the server Javed said he is doing me a favor as he is giving me this for free even though i was ready to pay for it. He have no manners and lack hospitality towards customer. Super disappointed by the service and lack of customer hospitality by this guy who thinks he is above everyone else.

They answered and hung up the phone on purpose.

Came in store food was made fresh by staff, whilst placing my order manager on shift was extremely helpful with helping me what to order and knowledgeable on current deals, Food tasted amazing and followed every expectations through their outstanding customer service. Staff go above and beyond to ensure everything is just right. They're always friendly, courteous, and eager to accommodate any special requests I may have. Overall, I can't recommend this Papa John's location highly enough, you can trust that you'll be treated to delicious food and top-notch service every time you order from here.

No matter one is vegan or non vegetarian they prepare pizza with same hand gloves even they don't wash gloves and don't use new gloves i talk to them about it but the manager was so roude and said do u want pizza or not so my experience was so bad and i don't trust papa jons pizza and they don't dake care about customer feedback

AVOID. Awful example of a papa John’s. Pizza tastes awful and bland. The Ilford High road branch is tonnes better.

Rubbish store, rubbish service. Taken over an hour to deliver 2 pizzas. Not answering the phone either while we're trying to find out what is going on. Do yourself a favour and stay clear of this place

Great prices and huge portions. Definitely a place to go if you're gonna be hungry after.

Highly recommend the service and food. We came to the branch at the time of closing and they were kind enough to make us a very tasty last minute takeaway. Recommended

Got a large cheese and tomato pizza which was lovely and only cost a tenner, added potato tots which were a disappointment and at £6 were a rip off, fast service and the collection deal is worth it.

Very poor service from the staff. They did not even address us as we waited to order and pick up our food. When our food was ready, a staff member went to sit at the computer and stare at the screen instead of hand us our food. Another staff member kept going out back whilst cooking, so God knows what he was doing to the food.

The staff is very polite and taste is very good.

If you Hard Corn and uncooked onion on Pizza specialists here. Dont miss the golden chance. They just deliver on 60th minute as well, not even a min before. Very punctual.

Great Atmosphere and even greater pizza. i ordered the All the Meats with extra sweetcorn and it was delicious. The crust was thin & crispy tasty. Manager Sri gives next level Customer Service.

Best pizza in Barkingside. The manager Sri was very considerate to add more chillis to my pizzas. Staff was quick to take orders and give the food.

Last week I orderd and I took forever so relieved a £5 voucher so thought I'd enjoy another Pizza delivery was quick but the pizza was ment to be half and half was more like 1 qtr and 3 qtrs and a bit rough and ready. Also the driver said was stuffed crust and I had to pay £1 more. I rang the store and was not sure what Language I was greeted with or even who I was ringing I asked to speak to the manager and it could have been the same guy said I will call back in 10 min when I speak to the driver. Guess what 40 min later no call back ! Exelent Customer Service. Guess it's Domino's from now on.

Don't like the pizza, seemed rushed.. Veggies were not evey laid out, some more than others.

Went to Barkingside branch to pick up my pizza on way home. I was told ten minutes. The staff that a my pizza first put his air pods in and out of his ears. Touched his belly and the till. Turned around pulled out the dough for the pizza. (WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS) A colleague come in from a delivery. He was then punched in the arm by the staff still rolling out the dough. When I addressed the issue and spoke with the manager. He just said soz as the staff member is new. He just passed me the pizza. I then asked him if he would eat it knowing what has happened. He said I'll just make you another. Waited 15 mins for a new one. The sad thing is he didn't even wash his hands before he started. Very poor from such a company

FIRST TIME CUSTOMER TO BARKINGSIDE PAPA JONES. WORST EVER PLACE!!!! LITERALLY LOOTING PEOPLE. I JUST ORDERED 6 CHICKEN WINGS. ALL THEY DID WAS TAKE THE FROZEN WINGS FROM FRIDGE FRY IT IN THE HOT OIL, "ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOR ADDED", NO DIPS, NOT EVEN A KETCH-UP GIVEN, JUST 6 REALLY SMALL CHICKEN WINGS AND CHARGED ME £6.49. IT WAS A TAKEAWAY. I DIDN'T EVEN DINE IN!!! I HAVE NO ISSUE IF THE PRICE WAS WORTH IT. I SHOULD GONE TO "DIXIE" OR THE CHICKEN PLACE OPPOSITE TO THE SAME PAPA JONES, BARKINGSIDE WHERE THEY CHARGE ONLY £2.50 FOR 6 WINGS AND GIVE MAYONNAISE+KETCH UP DIPS. LITERALLY LOOTED ME!! WORST!!!!! NEVER EVER GOING HERE AGAIN.

Delivered pizzas on my daughters birthday 30 mins early. I had confirmation email saying delivery would be 30 mins later. No apology. Asked to heat in oven for "like new" pizzas.

Ordered for it to be delivered for 8pm as we were out, got a call at 7.34pm to say they were there, wasn't in as stated to them before when ordering. He then went on to say the driver would do a couple more deliveries then come back to us, that is when I cancelled the order as we did not want our food to be re delivered 15-20 mins later cold!! Why have the option of selecting a delivery time!!

Quality of hospitality is very high.

I called for an update after waiting for 45 minutes. They picked up and said we will deliver in another 1 hour. Called them in 2 hours and now they aren't answering.

Ordered today from this branch and never again from this branch. Usually papa John's are really good but this branch has some how produced a base with overloaded salt to the extent that my 5 and 7 year old had one slice each and refused to eat more and they were starving. Called the branch direct and won do nothing no care. Will not order from here again.

I regularly get a takeaway from this shop and they always deliver very fast and the food is delicious. They are one of my go to takeaway places.

Don't like papa Jones pizza anymore as it taste same they don't change anything so you get bored.

The delivery was 1 hour late and to make it up they told us we will get a free pizza the next time i order and that it was on the system however after ive called them they denied it all and said i was wrong.

Pizza topping not done properly. poor customer service, when I complain no reply from management. Two times we had same problem with this branch while ordering pizza. Barkingside papa John cook is horrible.

As far as pizza places go the 2 guys who’ve just served me are friendly, professional and even though they were busy they were still giving great service! More praise should be given to Huseyin and Raza- Thanks keep up the good work

Best pizza Place on the high street. Much better and Pizza Hut combined. Absolutely love their new pigs in blankets...really gets me in the XMAS mood 😍😍. Pizza is at the highest quality and the sauce And toppings are so fresh. Please if your going to order pizza make sure your order from Papa Johns. Merry xmas

Spent 30 quid on sad looking vegan pizza and wedges. Never again

I was so excited when I found out they had vegan optuons, I had to find out if I could get some, but I went in prepared for disappointment. Turns out they have vegan pizzas and that's not just their usual pizzas without cheese. I also got the tater tots with cheese and jalapeños! It was all delicious and not as pricey as idI expect for vegan pizzas. They made it fresh and it was the best vegan pizza I've ever eaten :) The staff was also really nice from my experience, they were very patient with me making sure I got what I needed because I am allergic to a lot of things. Great experience overall! Don't know what everyone else is complaining about lol.

Pathetic service. Ordered 3 pizzas , they delivered 2. The delivery driver was least interested in the issue. Called them to inform of the mistake. The third arrived without any apologies and cold. Not from this store again

Pizza hut is better not good pizza don't think I will be ordering again

We've been using Papa Johns in Dagenham since we moved to the area about 3 years ago or so and I feel it's the best pizza compared to others hands down. They have so far to date never been later than the time specified by either the website or the person who takes your order if you decide to call the store and place an order that way. Their website allows you to pay via Pay Pal too which is really handy as those of you who use Pay Pal will know. The quality of the pizzas themselves are amazing, I prefer their base to any other company ( ie: Dominos or Pizza Hut or any local pizza take away.) Their side dishes such as hot wings or garlic bread are equally as good too. Clearly they aren't as cheap as a local pizza take away would be, but I firmly believe that it's worth the price. There's often offer on their online page and codes that can be exchanged for a cheaper price, and of course on Tuesdays you have the "2 for Tuesday" deal still running. Would highly recommend!

I took advantage of the lunchtime offer and ordered a large one. It was enough for lunch for my family. Quality-wise, it was good too

Pizza is always good. Sides are also good. And the deals are really good and always available. I have not gone back to Pizza Hut or Dominos after I tried Papa Johns.

Awfull place ordered on-line for collection got email telling me the pizza was ready only to turn up and find out the had not even got it ready yet. I then had to wait for them to cook the pizza. Rude staff no apology. Will not bother with this place again.

I have ordered first time from them. My pizza was ok in taste but have eaten better. I had half half pizza and unfortunately the toppings were mixed up rather separated as requested.in additional topping was about 2,5cm of the edge of the pizza which is not fair cos pizza is to be liked for the topping rather then crust only. I also ordered brownies and I only could eat the middle of it cos the sides were burned. Sad really that whoever checked this ignored the requests. I won't be ordering from them anymore. Order arrived quicker and driver was friendly which topped up the rating.

THESE GUYS REALLY DO GOOD PIZZA. They go above and beyond the call of duty. You order and it's at your home within 15 mins . It's so hot i can't believe it. I've tried other pizza places and they just can't touch pappa johns . PAPPA's all the way!

Disgusting pizza came in 15 minutes- rushed job. Called and when the manager Kerum suhga came on the phone he started the conversation by saying 'yeah, what?' Extremely rude and unprofessional!!!! Such a shame because I love papa Johns and we are regulars.

Went in to order a pizza and one of the workers was on the phone taking an order with one hand and digging in his ear with his finger with the other hand. He then went on to make a pizza. Won't be coming back here. If the workers do that in front of customers I don't want to think about how they behave when no one is around! One star is too generous!
