We had our pizza delivered. It was piping hot and delivered in good time and very tasty too.

Just had the all the trimmings pizza and we are extremely disappointed. Couldn't taste any sage, any cranberry or any gravy. To top it off we weren't given any gravy dip, just garlic dip which we didn't realise until we got home. Just tasted bland. Will tick to domino's in future

Papa johns never fail, dietary requirements met everytime as can only eat free from.... Temperature so hot it's like just been taken out the oven.... Highly recommended business and best prices for the product... Nothing but outstanding comes to mind anytime an order is made

Grim. Undercooked chicken. Refused a refund then they claimed they had spoken to the franchise manager of Popa John's. Complete rip off. Dishonest, incompetent. The worst pizza. Just a bunch of thieves.

Very poor experience here. We usually order online but decided to go to the shop instead since we were nearby. The server was very rude and cold, I think it would be better if you had a more friendlier person taking the orders. He was very sharp with us and gave me disgusted looks, like we were below him, you work for a pizza shop mate! Since it was Tuesday we knew it was 2-4-1 I asked for pizza sticks 2-4-1 offer I got 1 box of pizza sticks, they clearly didn't want me to have the free one. Wouldn't bother going here again the service was awful. None of the offers were displayed and he didn't really care at all about customer service. Order online for the same value and get the reward points too, with no rude service is my recommendation!

Can't get enough of their pizza, it's really tasty now with the papadons, I believe spelt that way, the philly cheese is the best thing I've ever tasted

Meant to be half and half pizza more like 2/3s pizza. No quality control at this place. Such a shame as they were so good when they first opened. Would not recommend

Papa John's got my order wrong and they refused to correct it. Ended up with a pizza I had to throw away. Disgraceful customer service.

Pizza made me feel ill. Not to mention none of the staff were wearing gloves whilst handling food. Like come on, were in a pandemic. We watched them handle people's food with their bare hands and then go on their phones without washing their hands or anything. It was absolutely grim. Only 1 guy was wearing his mask properly too and the rest were wearing them as chin diepers. The food itself wasn't nice at all. The potato was undercooked and the pizza was disgusting. I would never go here again. Honestly this was a waste of money as I ended up throwing half the food out because it was that gross!

Me and my wife have always ordered from here but standards have been slipping gradually since they opened. its safe to say we will no longer be ordering from here ever again. We ordered our food and it took ages to arrive. when it finally came we noticed the sticker seals had all been broken and we opened the chicken poppers to find they had been eaten. I rang the manager for an explanation, he was really unapologetic and said that our order went to the wrong house and they opened the chicken poppers but realised it was the wrong order and the heat from the Pizzas must of broke all the other sticker seals on the other boxes and that the food was fine. When in all reality we basically received half eaten and played with food by complete strangers during a global pandemic. Absolutely sickening. Words can't describe how we felt. And to top it off he refused us a refund because apparently we ordered online! PLEASE AVOID! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

I chased the Pizza after 40 mins to moan as not delivered to find he'd accidentally clicked collection. The guy on the phone was really really cool and had it delivered it 👏 👌 brilliant service. Make sure you give them a try. Pizza 🍕 🍕 really nice THANKS.

Brilliant service, pre ordered at mid day to arrive at 1630. Got a phone call at 1500 saying they'll attempt to be a little early as the snow storm was getting bad. Pizza arrived at 1600 and was still hot.... Very happy with the service Pizza was delicious too

Ordered from here a few times now and never had any problems. Pizza is always hot and tasty. Generally they deliver faster than the stated time online which is also a bonus.

Like many others, quality is not always there. Order from Beeston, always decent quality. Won't be ordering from here again. Hardly any toppings, & those that were on the pizza were all grouped together. Not being funny, but how hard can it be to spread pizza toppings evenly?

We order Pizza's from new place in Wollaton 2nd time and we was disapointed again... The pizza pad was not cooked properly again. Beeston Papa Johns quality was always perfect.

Staff are very friendly and efficient, and our food was perfectly prepared and kept warm until I was able to collect. No issues with the order. Small car park on the side of the store too, which has plenty of spaces
