Papa John's in Croydon

Evite esta tienda a toda costa. Este lugar es una broma, pedí 2 pizzas, tracker me informó que habían sido entregadas pero no apareció nada. Llamé a la tienda para que me dijeran que mis pizzas habían llegado, no, ni siquiera una disculpa del miembro del personal que fue francamente grosero. Aparentemente papá Juan no tiene sus propios conductores, así que no es su culpa. Me negué a reembolsar mi dinero diciendo que el gerente me reembolsaría esta noche. Todavía no hay disculpas por no entregar mi comida, luego me colgó cuando desafié su incapacidad para entregar un nivel aceptable de servicio al cliente o las pizzas que había pagado! Se acercó a la tienda, ningún gerente solo una persona grosera e incompetente que claramente no es capaz de hacer el trabajo por el que les pagan. Absolutamente el peor papa johns de la historia!

Don't waste your time, they're so incredibly stingy with their toppings, from the cheese and tomato base right down to your choice of toppings, all you can taste is the dough! And this is despite suggesting in the politest way that it'd be great if they could be more generous with their toppings. Never going back there again, it's a waste of time and your hard earned cash!!

Came over an hour late with wrong topping and they forgot my sides. Took another forty minutes to return with my sides which were cold. Never again

Delivery took 75 mins and I live practically next door. All food was pretty bland

Order took over 1.5 hours to arrive and when it did it was wrong! Ordered thin crust but received regular crust. Not impressed at all

I cannot rate the order because yet again it has not arrived!! I cannot believe that yet again I have a take-away night is ruined because of of the poor service and terrible attitude of the staff at Norbury Papa John's. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS

Absolutely terrible! Over half an hour late... & the wrong meat on the pizza! First time I have been to them & I certainly will never go back!

Ordered specifically for 9:30 PM. Received at 9:05 PM when my girlfriend wasn't even home yet to eat with me. Extra topping missing. Rang the restaurant to sort it out with another pizza with extra toppings as ordered on first place. They agree and said will be Asap. An hour later I rang the restaurant to ask where the food is. They said they don't know what happened but it's not been processed. Paid on front with card ended up with no dinner and two unhappy people. Will wait up to 5 days for refund... well done

Very poor service, food was cold didn't arrive on time

Waited two hours from order until delivery, with an estimated wait time of only 45minutes. I called after waiting an hour, to be told my pizza was only just going into the oven. I then waited another hour and another call until I finally received my order. Poor service.

Says delivered on app in status but it's 35 minutes after exp delivery and I have yet to receive food

Waited over 90 minutes to get cold pizza. Had to ring twice to chase the order to be told "it's on the way". Terrible.

Took way to long to deliver, wasn't even notified. The customer service was poor. I wouldn't suggest ordering from them.

The sour cream dip wasn't included with the chicken, and this seems to be a recurring problem with Papa John's. Only takes a few seconds to check that the dips are in the box so why is it an issue?

It took an hour and twenty minutes to turn up and unfortunately was not that hot. It's a shame because they are usually very good. Great tasting pizza as usual. Maybe they were just having a bad night

Delivery was 20 minutes late and there was no BBQ sauce with the chicken poppers. Neither of which the deliverer apologised for. It's not much to ask when you're paying for a service

This order was abit of a failure....Pizza was fine, Garlic Cheese sticks were bland..no garlic taste and a lack in cheese...the giant cookie..BURNT! Rock solid! Poor!

The driver didnt call. Didnt receive the pizzas I ordered. Ordered one Mexican and one Pulled Pork. Received 2 Mexican. Dont APPROVE!

Always very good service but on this occasion ordered early and asked for 7:15 delivery and it was delivered an hour earlier at 6:15 which was a bit of a pain! Rather early than late though I suppose!

Food arrived 15 minutes after the stated time. Pizzas were delicious but the potato wedges we ordered as a side were raw and inedible.

Food had arrived 40 mins late overall and wasn't notified and when I called they said 10 min but ended up waiting 30 min ordered pizza and portion potatoes wedges both came warm but the potatoe wedges came like it's been out for and hour or so put me off from ordering there again

Pizza was cold. Was over 45min late delivering. Pizza was all squished up onto one side of the box. Tried to tell me I hadn't paid when I had paid by card. Very unsatisfied.

The customer service of the West Norwood branch is absolutely disgusting and my food took 2 hours to arrive. Care was not taken upon delivery so I had garlic sauce all over my pizza, and the communications between branches is probably next to non existent as my pizza also had the wrong address on it prompting the driver to call me himself in order to find my house! I will not be ordering again.

food is now 2 hours late, terrible service from staff giving contradicting information, told that the drive was already out delivering food now 30 mins later, west norwood is only 5 minutes away !!

Delivery was prompt but order was not what I asked for and the branch on my receipt denied delivering when confronted for a refund.

Took two hours for food to arrive. Rang multiple times but was told just east orders were not a priority, and they kept telling me it would take '15 minutes'... They were rude and did not care that I was waiting so long. When food arrived it tasted like cardboard and that it had been lying around for some time. Worst takeaway experience I have ever had. A pathetic restaurant which will cancel any oredr which is too small because they can't be bothered to deliver it. They will give any excuse ranging from the fact they are not yet open (even though it's 1pm) or they are too busy. At your peril!

Unacceptable, rude, unhelpful. I will be making a formal complaint to Papa Johns. We have had orders delivered previously and now they are refusing to deliver

Papa John's had 2 hours from the moment I've ordered to the dead line. Subject to deliver 1 pizza. Failed - refund requested. I'll never buy anything from this take away.

What a shambles - ordered on Friday and pizza delivered - was delighted as have always been out of area before. Tried to order again to have order rejected because I am too far away. Havent moved so why cant you deliver now??? Busy is not a reason - you cant pick and choose when you want to deliver to an area - really poor service - shame cos your pizza is great.

Took over 2 hours to arrive. When I phoned and asked for an update after an hour, I was told it was 5 min away...... finally turned up cold. When I phoned the outlet they did offer a free pizza next time (which was difficult to get). When I phoned just eat they told me I should have sent it back and dismissed the problem as anything to do with them...... not good by either parties.

Took too long dominos is quicker. Also didn't deliver all the dips I ordered. And the pizza crust wasn't the one I ordered. Very disappointed

Papa John's streatham common is the rudest takeaway around if you want terrible customer service that gives you the wrong food, and doesnt do anything to help "we are closing now" then this is the place for you. "we will do something for you next time, goodbye" - quote from my phone call. How will they know? i look forward to finding out how they will help me next time. THey say they phoned to say but my gf's phone says otherwise?

lovely combination of barque sauce and pineapple surly reminded me of hawai... service was great and the delievery time was on the dot... ver helpfully staff even the driver in this rain smiled and greeted me... definate yes from me and i totally recommand everyone to give it a go.

Woefully little amount of cheese on a pizza that was supposed to have double cheese plus extra cheese. Disappointing.

Awful. Ordered ahead of time for half 6 delivery, was told there was a technical issue and wouldn't receive it until half 7. Then pizza arrived and was told that stuffed crust I ordered was not available (was not told this when i rang to complain) so they gave me normal pan, lukewarm and charged me 2.50 less. Worst experience ever, never using them again
