Rather poor service; one lady was good but constantly had to fix the errors of the younger colleague who was very absent-minded. The lady tried hard though and her efforts are appreciated Bruschetta was just a thick loaf of bread and nothing similar to what an actual bruschetta in Europe looks and tastes like. People who never crossed the border might find it okayish but for this quality, food is overpriced.

Came for a quick bite on a weekend afternoon. Got one of their desserts (oat bar) with a lemonade. The service was great and the dessert tasted really good. Not busy at all and plenty of seating.

Just popped back to buy some presents at the shop after a recent visit to the exhibition. A lot of the goodies have been sold but got a bag which was much appreciated and a lovely wooden scarf plus some excellent potcards

Very disappointing lunch experience. Cauliflower soup watery and grey. No discernible cauliflower flavour. No accompanying cheese scones left but I was offered an alternative savoury scone. I asked if the scone could be warmed - and was told they had no facility for this. Service very slow. I certainly won't be back any time soon.

Maybe we just ordered wrong (the pizzas looked great!) but one dish, the porchetta, was meh. Gummy skin and cold. My Caesar salad was drenched and soggy. But one of our party enjoyed his pasta a lot. So maybe we just had bad luck with our particular dishes. Our server was quite nice.

Very poor value. A bruschetta on a modest slice of sourdough with tomatoes and mozzarella and a few salad leaves for£9.50. Broccoli soup was watery with too much salt and charging 75p to add croutons is pretty cheapskate. Even at 1.00pm there were no cheese and cheese and mustard scones. Atmosphere in the room close to the servery was marred by fairly continuous very loud noise from the coffee machine

Food is ok, but service is not great, personnel can be quite dismissive and disorganised. Wouldn't come back

Good quality baking and great coffee but choice tends to be a bit limited after the lunch time rush. Friendly service plus you can have a glass of wine or a beer.

Lovely choice of teas, kids happy with their cakes. Very limited menu, think because of recent covid situation. Will visit again.

Oh dear Only 2 items on menu quiche or salad. It was Saturday and they had no beer left. The waitress asked if I wanted a plate with my roll. Can you even imagine that ?? My mum wanted a separate butter knife from the knife she had for main meal and was told there weren't any more. We booked for lunch at 2.30 but when we arrived the waitress said she didnt know if we could have lunch. A member of my party was late and was prevented from entering as doorman said to wait and then said he was not part of the right party and disappeared leaving him locked outside and forgot to come back I had to phone him then go outside to get him. It was a dreadful experience in every way possible

I was on a walk with my better half and was dying for a coffee. Happily we found this wee take away cafe. Great coffee and cakes. A little steeply priced but otherwise great. Well worth a visit.

The waiting time for delivery is ridiculous 2 hours for a munchie box called at 5.45 and still waiting at 7.34 it's a joke I will not be going back again that's for sure

£4 for a half tub of soup. Absolutely ridiculous.
