Excellent service and really nice food

The sechaun was too salty and the salt&pepper squid was overcooked with both the batter and the squid tough to eat.

I had quarter of a duck a year or two ago and had this same issue - but even less. A quarter of a duck should yield 200g of meat, they gave me less. Bare in mind this cost over £12. Even had to be a Karen this time and get the scales out to make sure.

Ordered 5 dishes to a hotel room and had it delivered without any cutlery or chopsticks. I contacted the restaurant and they said that unfortunately the food doesn’t come with cutlery. That’s disgusting service, the whole point of takeaway food is to be able to eat it away….

Sorry to say it's lost its glory. It was the best in Lincoln by far but steadily getting worse . Portions getting smaller yet the price is rising. You can't have it both ways . One day it's seasoning is on point the next order will be totally different . Mummy and daddy pang were a force to be recond with.

Never delivered food and now having to contact ceo of just eat and bank to obtain refund contacted restaurant and left answer message but no reply absolutely disgusting behaviour.

the share box was well worth its money, i bought a extra dish as i couldnt imagine the share box being enough for 13.50... but it was. well worth the money and not below par at all;.

I ordered the duck with ginger and spring onion but received chicken on my order other than that everything else was correct

The meat was so dry couldn't try to eat it because brake your teeth also there was a fly was came out soon opened the lid ... so rang restaurant and they said to message you.. so now me and my friend hasn't had any food at all

Food was delivered sooner than expected which was brilliant. It was also piping hot and delicious! We had a mixed platter which included noodles, chicken balls, sweet & sour sauce, curry sauce, veg spring rolls, ribs and chip. Very generous size for a great price! Would definitely recommend.

The wrong items were delivered and then the food that was correct tasted of chemicals. When I spoke to the restaurant they confirmed they would refund however I had to go through just eat and the refund was declined

delivered 10mins early, piping hot, tasty as well. Very light & crispy chicken balls, but very thin sweet & sour sauce. Rice slightly overcooked, but would order again 👍🏻

Cannot fault the food it is fantastic but for the first time delivery was late by over 20mins I had to phone them and complain, Although I got an excuse and apology when I received my food it was Luke warm and had to microwave it. So disappointed

Not sure on what the food is like as it never came. Cancelled order after takeaway rang and asked for an extra £3 (£6 in total) to deliver 4.5 miles away from their restaurant.

Bitterly Disappointed £30 Ordered mix veg in Oyster Sauce, was just mushrooms in watery oily pond water Pork chop seuy - meat was tough as old boots Same watery substance Sweet and Sour sauce - light neon pink stuff that can be bought in many cheap frozen supermarkets. I wouldn't recommend if you know good quality .

Good quick service however chow mein was disappointing, very bland with no flavour and watery. Tasted very much like it was just reheated from a few days ago to be honest.

We love the food every time we have ordered, but tonight we were a little disappointed after £30 + and we never even got the usual prawn crackers. It might look petty but after £30 no prawn crackers

This has to be one of the worst places I've ordered from. I ordered a chicken chow mein and a chicken foo yung. The chow mein looked and tasted like it had been prepared days ago and was just heated up. Absolutely no flavour. The chicken foo yung was completely wrong. I ordered chicken only and received a foo yung item with chicken, beef, pork, and shrimp in it.

They must’ve subbed this order out. As with the avg ratings being 4+, there is no way this is nice. Rice over cooked. Chow mein was just starchy noodles with a couple of slabs of beef down one end. S&S HK style chicken, under cooked. If only our local Chinese took card / or did just eat. Not happy!

The food was excellent as always. We ordered it quite early on in the evening & it came earlier than expected but we didn’t mind. All the food tasted freshly cooked & was piping hot. The portion sizes were also very good.

Usually really enjoy food from here but it just wasn’t enjoyable this time for some reason unfortunately. Really plain food, no flavour, and just bulked out in obviously frozen peas and carrots that just watered it down. I had the duck fried rice and my mum had the mushroom chow mein, we both had this issue. The peking ribs were nice though.

Share box was very bland. Delivered on time but still had to wait just over an hour. It wasn’t bad but not great either.

They got our whole order wrong they gave us 2 bags of chips an egg fried rice a curry and a chow main, we ordered chicken balls beef in black bean 2 chicken chowmain salt pepper chips they got the whole order wrong

absolutely lovely people, had an issue with a previous Chinese so cancelled the order, and came to pang city instead paid almost half the price in pangs than we did in the previous one and explained this to the workers and they were so nice and even gave us extra food and fresh prawn crackers due to a slight wait (we only had to wait 10-15 mins) , amazing food will definitely be back for more, thank you so much

Absolutely shocking, don't no how too cook chow mein, its slimey, extremely salty, why does this restaurant only use salt to flavour instead of authentic sauce, the spare ribs even in sauce are dry, reminds me of a frozen bag were you get a couple of ribs then a few pieces the size of chicken wings that are bone or gristle from supermarket. . Dont order curry unless you like vindaloo heat, its like no other Chinese curry I've tasted before. Stop using frozen veg to bulk meals, I don't want a Chinese with it being swarmed with carrots in every dish. This isn't Chinese cooking and again the amount of salt you use is all you can taste, its no good for health, I like salt but jeeze if thats all you season dishes with then it is so unhealthy are you trying to kill us off!

Food quality is great and always fresh , also the prices are slightly lower compared to other restaurants in town but the quality is even better and so is the quantity. Food arrived on time and it was still hot. I recommend it with no doubt.

Unfortunately the food was tasteless no seasonings chicken chow mein was plain no sauce or seasonings no veg in it just noodles bean sprouts and chicken :( the chicken fried rice was bland and tasteless only nice part was the chicken balls lovely and crispy and the salt and pepper chips very disappointed won't be ordering from there again , only ordered from there as it said it was new so thought would give it ago wish I hadn't

Ordered from here for the first time chicken was questionable to is it actually chicken very small weird shapes barely any chicken more batter Chips needed another couple of minutes in the fryer Egg fried rice absolutely stunk to a point we couldn't eat it sadly Prawn crackers looked very greasy so they went straight in the bin Very fast delivery and polite on the phone and driver was polite other than the food not being great thank you

Thought I’d try a different Chinese as struggling to find a good one round Lincoln , very good tasty food , fresh tasting will be using pang city as my go to Chinese from now on ,

I came across pang city, on my first day in Lincoln. I was stranded, and they were kind enough to help me get back to my accommodation, and their food is amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back for their fantastic cuisines.

This is a place with great customer relations. They listen and act on what the customer wants. Their website allows you to easily put in dietary requirements or even personal preferences. I would suggest trying salt and pepper chicken, it's A+++, but I've never had a dish from here that I didn't think was top quality so just give it a go.

The worst special chow mein I've ever had. Chow meins from most takeaways are usually a dry noodle dish, but this was drenched in a strange tasting watery sauce?? However, the chicken balls were amazing. Food was piping hot when it arrived which is also good. Very mixed bag....

I was expecting just rice... I was wrong! This really is special. It comes in a huge round metal tin and was packed full of vegetables, prawns, greens, bamboo shoots and lots lots more which was a real surprise. It's packed full of flavour and very, very healthy. I have to say you must give the Special Fried Rice a try. Very friendly staff. 10/10 5***** A+++

First time we had Chinese from this place as we were both too poorly to cook and our original Chinese was closed. Food was amazing and piping hot. The chicken and sweet corn soup was fabulous had loads of chunky chicken in it I enjoyed it that much I had two bowls full as one was going to be for next day. The house special rice was lovely too be honest the whole meal was great. We will now be making this our regular Chinese. We'll done Pang City compliments to the Chef

Loved the new option to customised our own fried rice! Can't wait to try putting bacon next time. I will Deffo come back next time
