Food was delicious and cooked to perfection.

Food was lovely as usual apart from they sent plain boiled rice instead of the egg fried rice that I ordered.

The food was nice, it arrived early which was good for us! Well worth it with the 40% off but I wouldn't pay full price.

Some things smelt off, some seasonings didn’t taste right such as the salt and pepper on chips were overcooked and the salt and pepper chicken wasn’t good at all. Ribs were the only nice thing. Chicken balls were soggy. Sauces were terrible. Rice was okay. Seaweed smelt and tasted weird. Won’t be coming here again.

Most of the things we ordered were not particularly tasty.

Food was late and once it had arrived, me and my partner both picked up on a weird taste from the food.

The curry sauce was a highlight, but the chips and chicken balls didn’t quite hit the mark. Was there anything in particular you think could’ve made them better, or was it just the overall taste?

Absolutely disgusting got a share box came a hour late was inedible and from the slight bit I managed to eat I got food poisoning

Travelled from London, hungry, cold, wet. The mood immediately changed upon tasting the food. Absolutely beautiful 😍. The Crab meat and sweetcorn soup Was tasty.Beef in black bean sauce with rice and prawn chow mein bursting with flavour; piping hot. Not forgetting the chicken wings 😋 10/10. Customer service is also lovely. Highly recommend.

The best Chinese iv had in a long time, the delivery was put back by 15 mins but I don’t think this can be helped and it was worth the wait. Food was hot and flavourful and curry sauce was actually curry sauce with a kick to it most Chinese’s we’ve had recently have been bland and watery. Great food, great price and very tasty. Will be our new go to Chinese!

Food was worse than before. Duck very dry, hard, overcooked and shredded duck still on the dry skin. Cucumber mostly green rind, scallions not finely sliced and only 6 thin pancakes and a small tub of sauce for over £13. Will not use them again.

Very disappointed. Normally go to collection takeaway. On delivery the food was creasy both the satay and rice. The satay sause was vey watery and greasy. The rice was stodge. Sadly wont be going back.

Tengo Pang City regularmente y nunca he tenido una mala. Ordeno y recojo nuestra comida, el personal es encantador y amable. La comida es genial; siempre súper caliente y fresca. A menudo me han dado galletas de gambas gratis (que me encantan). Su arroz frito con huevo es sabroso, al igual que las bolas de pollo de sal y pimienta. Recomiendo encarecidamente recoger sus alimentos, ya que entonces sabe que no ha estado esperando a que alguien lo entregue. Una auténtica empresa familiar en Monks Road, a un precio muy asequible.

Salt and pepper chips were cold and most chips not cooked properly. Chow Mein had an awful taste and smell. Ruined the entire meal and put us off eating it. Always had good food from here in the past but tonight was really disappointing and food was binned.

I pre ordered the food at 5:30 for it to arrive at 7. When asked for an update it stated 7:10 still nothing at 7:30. It finally arrived 7:40pm When I rang they were extremely rude on the phone, told me I was wasting their time ringing if I wasn’t ringing to cancel. No offer of compensation or apology for being late. And that I should expect for it to be late as it’s Friday night. Shocking customer service, I was spoken to very badly. Won’t be going there again. Food was ok.

The sechaun was too salty and the salt&pepper squid was overcooked with both the batter and the squid tough to eat.

I had quarter of a duck a year or two ago and had this same issue - but even less. A quarter of a duck should yield 200g of meat, they gave me less. Bare in mind this cost over £12. Even had to be a Karen this time and get the scales out to make sure.

Ordenó 5 platos a una habitación de hotel y lo hizo entregar sin ningún cubierto o palillos. Me puse en contacto con el restaurante y me dijeron que desafortunadamente la comida no viene con cubiertos. Eso es un servicio asqueroso, el sentido de la comida para llevar es poder comérsela...

Ordered 5 dishes to a hotel and had it delivered without any cutlery or chopsticks. I contacted the restaurant and they said that unfortunately the food doesn’t come with cutlery. That’s disgusting service, the whole point of takeaway food is to be able to eat it away….

Lamento decir que ha perdido su gloria. Fue el mejor en Lincoln por lejos pero empeorando constantemente. Porciones cada vez más pequeñas pero el precio está subiendo. No puedes tenerlo de ambas maneras. Un día su condimento está en su punto al siguiente orden será totalmente diferente. Mamá y papá eran una fuerza con la que reconciliarse.

Never delivered food and now having to contact ceo of just eat and bank to obtain refund contacted restaurant and left answer message but no reply absolutely disgusting behaviour.

the share box was well worth its money, i bought a extra dish as i couldnt imagine the share box being enough for 13.50... but it was. well worth the money and not below par at all;.

I ordered the duck with ginger and spring onion but received chicken on my order other than that everything else was correct

The meat was so dry couldn't try to eat it because brake your teeth also there was a fly was came out soon opened the lid ... so rang restaurant and they said to message you.. so now me and my friend hasn't had any food at all

Food was delivered sooner than expected which was brilliant. It was also piping hot and delicious! We had a mixed platter which included noodles, chicken balls, sweet & sour sauce, curry sauce, veg spring rolls, ribs and chip. Very generous size for a great price! Would definitely recommend.

The wrong items were delivered and then the food that was correct tasted of chemicals. When I spoke to the restaurant they confirmed they would refund however I had to go through just eat and the refund was declined

Cannot fault the food it is fantastic but for the first time delivery was late by over 20mins I had to phone them and complain, Although I got an excuse and apology when I received my food it was Luke warm and had to microwave it. So disappointed

Not sure on what the food is like as it never came. Cancelled order after takeaway rang and asked for an extra £3 (£6 in total) to deliver 4.5 miles away from their restaurant.

Bitterly Disappointed £30 Ordered mix veg in Oyster Sauce, was just mushrooms in watery oily pond water Pork chop seuy - meat was tough as old boots Same watery substance Sweet and Sour sauce - light neon pink stuff that can be bought in many cheap frozen supermarkets. I wouldn't recommend if you know good quality .

Good quick service however chow mein was disappointing, very bland with no flavour and watery. Tasted very much like it was just reheated from a few days ago to be honest.

We love the food every time we have ordered, but tonight we were a little disappointed after £30 + and we never even got the usual prawn crackers. It might look petty but after £30 no prawn crackers

This has to be one of the worst places I've ordered from. I ordered a chicken chow mein and a chicken foo yung. The chow mein looked and tasted like it had been prepared days ago and was just heated up. Absolutely no flavour. The chicken foo yung was completely wrong. I ordered chicken only and received a foo yung item with chicken, beef, pork, and shrimp in it.

Ordered peking duck which says feeds 2 people but only enough for 1 person. Wasn't worth the 13.50 we paid for.

They must’ve subbed this order out. As with the avg ratings being 4+, there is no way this is nice. Rice over cooked. Chow mein was just starchy noodles with a couple of slabs of beef down one end. S&S HK style chicken, under cooked. If only our local Chinese took card / or did just eat. Not happy!

The food was excellent as always. We ordered it quite early on in the evening & it came earlier than expected but we didn’t mind. All the food tasted freshly cooked & was piping hot. The portion sizes were also very good.

Usually really enjoy food from here but it just wasn’t enjoyable this time for some reason unfortunately. Really plain food, no flavour, and just bulked out in obviously frozen peas and carrots that just watered it down. I had the duck fried rice and my mum had the mushroom chow mein, we both had this issue. The peking ribs were nice though.

Share box was very bland. Delivered on time but still had to wait just over an hour. It wasn’t bad but not great either.

They got our whole order wrong they gave us 2 bags of chips an egg fried rice a curry and a chow main, we ordered chicken balls beef in black bean 2 chicken chowmain salt pepper chips they got the whole order wrong

absolutely lovely people, had an issue with a previous Chinese so cancelled the order, and came to pang city instead paid almost half the price in pangs than we did in the previous one and explained this to the workers and they were so nice and even gave us extra food and fresh prawn crackers due to a slight wait (we only had to wait 10-15 mins) , amazing food will definitely be back for more, thank you so much
