Best restaurant in harrow, amazing vegetarian options, the crispy lotus is my go to. The staff are so lovely it’s always a pleasant experience, Thankyou for always providing a yummy meal !!! :))

My favorite restaurant in Harrow, I come here once a week as a must. I recommend it to anyone and I think it is the best restaurant in the area. I love the (vegetarian) Dan Dan noodles and the banana dessert. It is incredibly calming and soul fulfilling.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I don't generally like writing bad comments about places but I felt the need to as I wouldn't want anyone else to experience such bad service as I did. I went just before 8pm and was told to oder online instead. I was told that the food would be ready within 15 mins even though the email said 25 mins. It gets to 8.30pm and I get told by the receptionist that they haven't started on my food yet as they are busy and that it would be another 10 mins. It gets to 8.45pm and she said oh they haven't started on your food yet. As anyone can imagine waiting nearly an hour is unacceptable especially when you have gone into order and collect! I decided by 9pm I had enough and wanted my refund, which then took another 30 mins to sort out. Absolutely shocking and unbelievable! A few other points to also mention: 1- The receptionists have 0 customer service experience and are very rude. 2- Another customer who had ordered online, called over the phone at least 3x times just to find out where their order was. They lied and said it was on the way when the order was just making its way out of the kitchen. Saddest part is that they were laughing about the customer in a very rude manner 3- Another customer came in and ordered 10 mins AFTER me and got his food within 15 mins or ordering! When I challenged them about it, they made up a pathetic excuse trying to say it was something else which didn't make sense. 4- Not even an apology. Poor customer service, and I would even go as far as to question the legality of their employees there, but that is a matter for the correct authorities to investigate. I would honestly Avoid this place and would not recommend it. Don't waste your time or money. There are lots of other honest, decent places.

Amazing authentic chinese reasturant in Harrow, i have personally tried many places but this place Highly recommend for home made style chinese food for affordable price, they do have special lunch deal and ideal hot pot, highly recommend

I usually LOVE this place but after placing an order last night and finding so much small little hair in my food I don't think I will go back , such as shame as the food is nice but the hygiene must be poor.

This place used to be good, I have been going here for over 10 years, I don't know if they have new management but the quality of food has gone downhill, the fried chicken balls now hardly has any chicken in it, it's mainly now made with so much batter to make the balls look big and it's increased in price too, not worth the money anymore, such a shame now I have to search for another Chinese place.

Went earlier to pandas kitchen with my son, did make an order for collection. The food was exquisite and did taste very nice. There quality is second to none. And the portion sizes are generous. Will be going again some time. There are few places within the Stratford area but have to admit pandas kitchen is far the best.

This is my favourite local Chinese! Food is always piping hot when arrived by delivery. It’s so fresh and delicious. This place will not disappoint you at all! Boshhh

I used to love this place. Ordered last night and I swear to god it’s probably the worst meal iv had in a while. Chicken balls were wet and mushy The noodles were tasteless and cold. Prawns were rock solid. Guess all good things come to an end what a shame.

It has to be the best Chinese restaurant I have ever eaten at. Having eating with a native speaking friend. I know this food is authentic and tasty. The customer service is warm and they go above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

I can only advise from the food, worse Chinese ever, not worth the money at all, all the food in the picture apparently worth £32.50, asked for BBQ Spare Ribs In sauce, what we got was some skinny chicken leg with hardly no meat on no sauce at all, chow mien was so hard and chewy could not even eat it, chicken balls was more batter than chicken.. The only thing worth eating was the prawn crackers. Absolutely disgusted would never recommend to anyone.

I have ordered from here multiple times. We even ordered for a large party. Affordable, delicious food and easily one of the best around. For the large party order they were patient and accommodating. Had the order ready on time and excellent communication. Everyone was impressed with the food .

My order was cancelled, never come to this place, drove for 50 mins never got my food and staff was rude on top

Well I am a noodles freak and whenever I crave for noodles I just order from Panda’s kitchen and trust me they are the best. Fresh and delicious food every time. Love the chilli sauce which makes my food more dramatically better. The shop is small but very clean and organised. Staffs were helpful. Foods were really quick to deliver. I highly recommend them.

I ordered soups and I clearly noted to them not to add egg or prawns (for obvious reasons). Order arrives and all the soups have eggs and prawns. The receipt they provided clearly had my instructions on there which they failed to read. I call the restaurant up, they apologised and offered to send another soup with the ingredients I clearly stated. And guess what no soup turned up.

Got chicken chow mein. Very Tasteless, comparatively expensive then others. Got charged extra without informing as i was asked if you want green chilli. I said yes.

Ordered food from here and what a disappointment, Ordered Tom Yum (shrimps) soup but only one and a half shrimp in there. Ordered beef noodles and it was completely tasteless. Also ordered Hot and sour soup again absolutely tasteless.We also ordered spicy chicken but we got honey chicken which was too sweet as expected but WRONG order packed.Everything was too bland and possibly the worst Chinese we have had. Overall people if you want non Chinese with curry flavours then this is the place for you but if you are expecting proper Chinese then stay well clear from this place. On the positive note there was a sticker of HMC so food should be all halal. Also please don’t forget to take CASH because they don’t accept cards. So good luck guys and girls.

Delicious 😋. Fair priced. Sometimes they take 20minutes to deliver, other times they take an hour to deliver. Always worth the wait though! I love the sweet & sour chicken Hong Kong style and the salt and pepper prawns although personally I prefer my prawns a little more spicy but I Still enjoyed the prawns from pandas!! Literally my new go to Chinese. I don't think the good is greasy ether unlike other local Chinese restaurants.

Food is very nice. The chefs are Chinese so you're getting proper authentic Chinese takeaway. Cannot fault the food in any way - very delicious and I will definitely order here consistently. The problem is the staff who is at the till. The Asian gentleman who wears a mask. 1) He answers the phone with a simple "Hello", without identifying the name of the business, I have to double check I haven't called a house number by mistake. 2) Once an order is placed he abruptly cuts the call without saying bye or having any rapport - I thought this was due to the takeaway being busy, but this has happened too often and it's not hard to have good phone etiquette with customers, as mentioned below it could be because he is in a rush to get back to using his phone. 3) The same attitude is continued in store, I make sure to clearly greet him and I get no response. Same when I say goodbye. 4) On my last visit, when he was greeted, he was slouched over on his chair using his phone. He looked up at me after I greeted him (with no reponse) and just continued to use his phone for a while whilst I stood there, before standing up and asking me what I wanted. After handing me my food, he went back to slouching in his chair. I said goodbye, got ignored and just left. As a business, the owner must understand, it does not matter how good their food is, if the customer service is lacking, people will go elsewhere. You must remember, your customers are your bread and butter, we are paying you your wages, the least you can do is serve them with a smile and respond properly. This review would have easily been 5 stars had it not been for the customer experience. Train your staff to do better. I will see if the service improves and will adjust my review accordingly over my next few visits.

This restaurant never disappoints me. It’s well balanced and it’s always freshly made. I recommend Panda’s Kitchen you will not regret it.

Ordered the spicy special chow mien and wowww it wasn’t spicy but it was so good. Amazing food, it was fresh and so quick. Reasonable prices compared to places like oodles noodles. Authentic flavour Sadly they don’t take card in store so you’ll have to order online and they charge processing fee for card.

I usually have a weekend takeaway from Panda's Kitchen. We tasty and authentic chinese take away. Reasonably priced, hygenically packed and good portions.

The chowmein tastes absolutely amazing!!! It has that authentic takeaway taste!

would give this place a 0 if I could. I ordered food from here last week, directly through their website. I was advised that the order would take 30 mins but instead took 1hr and 10mins. The staff called me once in that period of time to tell me there would be a small delay. I then had to follow up again to which the response was I live too far and it will now take a further 20 mins to deliver - which is ridiculous on its own, as I live about 10-15 mins away. I waited 20 minutes and still no food delivered, I followed up and there were several other excuses about the driver being lost and they only have one driver that day. The staff member jumped around quite a bit with the excuses and wasn’t expecting me to challenge them. They had no training in how to solve problems and told me that the owner would call me back after 5pm to discuss this issue…still waiting for this call by the way!! When the driver eventually arrived, he was rude and said I shouldn’t create a fuss because I only had one order. I called the shop back after 10mins to follow up and the the staff member asked if I had received my food and I responded with yes it came 10 mins ago and requested to speak to someone else at this time, he said there was no one else around to speak to and that the driver returned 10 mins ago and confirmed the delivery. I then asked him how the driver was able to get back to the shop in 10 mins but couldn’t get my order to me in 10 mins. Pathetic! Obviously this was followed by a strand of excuses. The call was left with me passing my details for this so called manager to give me a call back after 5pm. As mentioned above, there has been no call or follow up since. In a saturated market you would think customer service would be at the forefront but clearly not! The food itself was poor, the soup was super salty and the my sides were soggy from the long wait! I certainly will not be ordering here again and will be sure to share this with my family and friends!

Cannot recommend enough! The first time I’ve eaten here and was a little sceptical as I don’t usually like ordering Chinese from places I’ve never tried however I’m so glad I did. Everything I ate tasted fresh and crispy. I really recomend the chicken balls, chicken chow mein and the chicken satay skewers. Also ordered chips and they were not soggy in the slightest. This will deffo be my new go to place!

Dreadful. Ordered food in the evening. Restaurant completely forgot my order. Didnt have the decency to even call me to tell me anything. Had to go sleep on an empty stomach. Service like this will stop me from ordering in the future.

Ordered food for the first time from here. Brother behind the counter was friendly and recommended me the house special which unfortunately didnt have a single shrimp in it. Chicken chow mein was good. Missed out my order of vegetable spring rolls so quite disappointed.

Had a lovely lunch for two today...portion sizes generous and food very tasty. Ordered a range of meals to try, from vegetable spring rolls to special fried rice, aubergine and mushroon soup. Staff very friendly and attentive. We took advantage of the 10% introductory offer after subscription to the website and were impressed. Will return.

I decided to have dinner here after noticing it was opened for business recently. I ordered the pork belly noodle from the lunch menu. The portion size could be a bit more generous. Noodles n pork were quite tasty. I decided to order the dan dan noodles since I didn't feel satisfied and it was alright, a bit too spicy to my liking and there could have been more ingredients.

Avoid if you actually want your food . The biggest joke ofa business in east london. Ordered a takeaway at 930 . Told 20 minutes. Came back after 20 and walked in . Guy behind counter playing with phone. I than ask him how long it will be . He looks up and says 20 minutes as kitchen staff on break . I ask if he thinks he should of mentioned it when i walked back after 20 minutes. He smiled and returned to his phone. Food was at best mediocre

We went to this lovely newly opened Chinese - Panda Kitchen ( Si Chuan cuisine ). In Harrow high street. The dishes are all very fresh and delicious. Nice services and elegant decoration. With very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

Its not really authentic Chinese at all . It just about passes but like most halal Chinese , they add a twist which does not work at all . Prices are cheap but that reflects in the quality .

This little take away place near Upton Park sells wonderful Halal Chinese food! They've won the best halal food in the UK award. Their food is quite reasonably priced and the servings are really massive in my opinion. A meal for two can easily serve at least three people.. everything here is Halal and the food is authentic.. I saw the chefs myself and they were Chinese :)

One of the best oriental restaurants around!

I was genuinely grateful for Pandas Kitchen sorting me out with a complete new order after a mishap with the first order. I left a negative review initially on just eat but was genuinely surprised at how well they took the experience on board and rectified it. Thank you soo much for the re order and the warm yummy food!

I’ve eaten at a lot of chinese places restaurants and takeaways, but this is by far the tastiest, one of my most favourite places to get food from the food is 11/10 and service is amazing also. I have been craving it non stop since my first visit

One of my favourite places, amazing tasty food,fast service and honestly there's never been a problem! Probably the best halal oriental food take out place for sure. They never fail to present tasty and definitely fresh food!

Hit and miss, recent visit was a miss. The food was greasy and left a heavy uncomfortable stomach.

Not good food, the chicken chow mein was bland and not very tasty, the pepper chips were soggy and very greasy. Left with stomach pains.

I don’t feel like the Chinese like this. It is not what I expected. Complete disappointed. They said everything extra charge. Not nice and cold. Noodles not taste. Chicken curry is so watery. Beef dish like rubber ,satay chicken sticks are so small pieced and very dry. Waste money. I will try different shop next time !

The Br's at Pandas Kitchen we're awesome, Amazing service and delicious food. I ordered the king prawns chilli starter and I choose the Singapore style noodles w/ meat, chicken. The king prawns tasted lovely, crunchy batter and soft succulent prawns. Noodles could of been slightly more saucy (that's just the way I like it) but otherwise very yum, maybe I should have ordered a side curry too. Br's were very kind to add extra box of Singapore noodles, delicious prawn crackers which were eaten on the journey home and 2drinks on the house as we mentioned we came all the way from Walthamstow to try out their food. So thank you really appreciate the hospitality. You will be seeing us again InshaALLAH.

After disowning Karwoo, was on the look for a similar Halal Chinese again. This place does spot on food, will be my new go-to for Chinese and the portions are just next level for the price you pay. Enough left over to make a whole meal for lunch the next day.

Watered down oyster sauce with prawns tasted like water looked like brown water. I had to add my own spices to make it edible ! This is the second time in a row I've been disappointed with pandas kitchen last time there chow main was dry and bland too. Dont think I will order again.

I ordered here for the first time a couple of weeks ago and would order chinese food from this restaurant again. It's the only HMC chinese I could find so travelled quite far to collect it and it was worth the journey, we had chicken in satay sauce, beef in blk bean sauce with peppers, egg and veg fried rice, tofu in blk bean sauce with peppers, beef chow mein and they gave us free prawn crackers.Everything was fresh, tasty and well prepared and good sized portions. The satay sauce with the chicken was outstanding! The only issue was the chow mein was too oily but other than that we had a good experience.

Is far to be a Chinese food !! Is comestible but First minus for me was to see the very over cooked vegetables and noodles. Is not in Chinese cuisine culture to see discoloured vegetables and soft texture. I have a favourite Chinese food shop, but it was that moment when my friends ordered and we did it all together from the same place, but they won't be in my mind for next time . Sorry, no sorry 🤭🤭

Top guys with great customer care! Asked them if it was possible to deliver my food before iftaari even though I ordered with just 30mins to go and they went above and beyond to do it! Great food too!

I ordered through their online website which was simple & easy to use. The order consisted of the king prawn chow mein, chicken chow mein, special chow mein & special fried rice with veg dumplings, veg spring rolls & mushroom curry. I've opted to try these guys following a few bad instances with Kar Woo now. The quality of the food was good with great taste overall, the mushroom curry tasted a tad bit more of curry powder than expected nonetheless it was alright. I was also given a bottled drink and prawn crackers which were a good touch with the meal! There's definitely room for improvement but as for any business this would slow but surely as the business grows.

Love the food from Panda's Kitchen. Our family favourites are the Satay Chicken Sticks, Salt and Pepper Wings, Chicken Balls, Singapore style fried rice and Chicken Shrimp Spring Rolls. Great customer service and food is prepared quickly. Also Halal!

Got my takeaway today and I'm quite disappointed. It used to be really good but not sure what happened now. Prawn Toast was really hard and crispy, it was overdone. Beef Chow Mein was bland, Chicken Fried Rice was okay and the Wings were dry and hard.
