Pandada in Purbeck

We had the barbecue spare ribs dry, chicken chow mein and Chinese chicken curry with egg fried rice. Exceptionally good food and the best chinese in Wareham. This is the 2nd time we have enjoyed the food whilst on holiday . Not greasy and delicious food.

Got a takeaway and got a selection of starters,all were fantastic, Don't get the Butterfly king prawns they are not good ,Had the chow mein it was nice, friendly and helpful staff, would go back.

I travel to the next town to use this Chinese rather than the two in my town because in my opinion the food from Pandada far exceeds any other in my area. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, food is always delicious, fresh and hot. My extended family agree with me. Food is cash only which is odd in this day and age ( and a little questionable )?! But the take away Chinese places in my home town are also cash only so perhaps there is a cultural reason I am unaware of. That aside, I highly recommend it. They even throw in compliamentary prawn crackers and chopsticks. I don’t believe they have ever opened the seating area since pre Covid but I could be wrong so likely takeaway only.

Terrible food, extra dry chow mein which is really just noodle with king prawns. The fried squid is even drier! Very disappointed, very unhappy, feeling ripped off. Never again!!

Most bland chinese ever One of the worst chineses I've ever tried, we were in the area on holiday so gave here a try. The chilli beef was burnt it was awful no taste!! Never been anywhere to only get 6 chicken balls for the same price as I normally get 10! Portions were small, chow mein was absolutely tasteless! Fried rice just seemed to he boiled! The pots of sauce were tiny! Prawn crackers were the best thing probably! The beef was nice in the satay but the satay sauce didn't taste of much, chicken too yung was nice. Feels like a huge waste of £50 none of us enjoyed it and there were 5 of us. Very disappointed

I've been coming here for 10 years. Spent £50 tonight and asked for a pot of soy sauce for my dim sum as I'd ran out at home. They asked for £2.50 for it!! Bloody cheeky. I hope it was worth losing my custom for life. Food is mediocre but no other Chinese in town. Only doing cash is a pain as well.

Visit here quite regularly, food never disappoints, always look forward to coming back for more! Service is brilliant and would definitely recommend.

Ordered a large order as we were on a mid week break with parents at Sandford holiday park. Collected order as we were only 5 minutes away. Food was ready when stated and quality was great, one of the nicest Chinese takeaways I've had and generous portions too, we all loved it. If I'm back in the area I'll be heading there again 👍

Always hot and tasy food. Empty plates all round.

Absolutely shocking. Chicken balls looked like chicken tenders from Aldi just battered and were soft. Crispy chilli beef was just burnt batter, special fried rice was clearly boiled with bits in and the sweet and sour source was full of what tasted like vinager and sooooo sour. Disappointed 😞

After coming from France was dreaming of a nice Chinese this wa not that the food was dry the butterfly jumbo prawns were no t they were flat and so overcooked coul not cut into them or bite them would never come back here agai

Visit for a takeaway when visiting friends in Wareham, really good food at good prices, food is always ready in a timely manner.

Always order from here and normally very nice, however something has gone wrong and tonight's was terrible. The lemon chicken was so sweet and had a chemical taste, it was inedible. The chilli beef tastes like pork scratchings, no sign of any beef and the chow mein was bland. Unfortunately will not be returning 😞

Very nice food and quick service

Disgusting, THE worst Chinese I have ever had. Sweet and sour chicken was sooo sweet I couldn’t eat it. And the shredded chilli beef was like eating fried ashes. Couldn’t detect any beef at all it. Terrible. I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to on the occasion. Avoid.

Absolutely brilliant! Hands down the best Chinese in the area, worth the drive over from Swanage.

As tourists we were unsure what Chinese to use but the shop looked really inviting the prices were good and there was a 30 minute wait for food (great for us as we knew it would be fresh and hot to return to our campsite) the crispy chilli beef was amazing! So crispy and not chewy the chow mien had a crunch from the bean sprouts which was amazing and the salt and pepper ribs… need to be tried! We can’t wait to go on holiday again to order as the best Chinese I’ve ever had

Collected my order at closing time but there was a little confusion with the order so I went back down and received excellent Customer service and the order was corrected.pandad re opend the shop to correct this .food was very tasty. Would highly reccoment thank you

Was staying at Sandford holiday Park and found this utter gem of a Chinese restaurant No delivery sadly but we were 15 mins away so collected our food So glad we did it was so good, quality dining. If u r staying at Parkdean Sandford venture out to excellent local chinese takeaway.

As a Brit who lived in China for few years, I can definitely say you can get some really good authentic Chinese food at Pandada. Excellent for those in the know. All dishes were super!! If you're not used to authentic Chinese food and expect the typical UK Chinese takeaway style food, then ask questions about what you want to try, It's worth it.

Decided to try as been disappointed with usual Chinese of late and was very happy with Pandada. Food hot and tasted fresh ,Will definitely order again.

Have they changed owners and chef? Sugar and MSG laden food, left feeling like a very ill zombie after eating this. Quality of ingredients has dropped massively. 18 hours later I am writing this sat on the toilet trying to painfully evacuate yesterday's regrettable takeaway.

Delivery seemed to be a bit expensive but the food was lovely. Very tasty, delivered nice and warm, and friendly customer service. Quality.

Quite the worst chinese takeaway meal I have ever purchased and tried to eat. Dry beyond belief, special fried rice that had very little contents other than plain looking flavourless rice, bamboo shoot dish with less than a table spoon serving of bamboo shoots - no flavour and no sauce, no evidence that any of the ingredients were freshly cooked but instead just overly re heated, dry and chewy texture. I am uncomfortable writing unfavourable words as this is not in my nature but this was an extremely disappointing experience. Added to this, once order placed and paid for we were then told to go for a walk for half an hour. Understand the covid bit but this gave one final impression that customers not really their top consideration as it was raining. We are local residents and not tourist and would normally expect to support local businesses during their Winter months. Will not be taking anymore impromptu 30 minute exercise sessions in the comings months.

Very very poor, and I am from the North. The Spare ribs, were they removed from a small child? The Beef schezwan, I've had bigger and cruncher insects. My honest and humble opinion.

Great food - but no online menu

Definitely the best Chinese takeaway in Wareham, although the competition is pretty poor. Tasty dishes, nicely prepared and not too greasy. Some portions are a little on the small size for the price (salt and pepper squid, spring rolls are examples). Service was quick and friendly.

Food was amazing. Service quick and friendly with an authentic atmosphere. You can make reservations and the restaurant is clean and hygienic. Would highly recommend.

Had some lovely food & lovely company. But a fight broke out inside the restaurant, so it dampened the atmosphere. Not by any fault of it's own i had to review it 4 star.

Friendly service and fabulous food

Well I have to say honestly this is the worst Chinese takeaway I have ever had in my 51 years, I ordered special chow mein and the wife ordered a pork fillet with ginger and onion what she got was a bit of fatty pork that tasted bland and was mainly a tub of onion, my chow mein was one like I have never seen before it didn’t look right and it tasted as it looked the fried rice was stodgy had the texture of boiled rice not fried so needless to say after 3 mins of picking at this meal we looked at each other and put it all straight in the bin. Never again shall I go here and I hope you save your money by choosing another. On a plus side the lady taking to order was polite and kind

Placed a large takeaway order for 9 for my Dad's birthday and it was very, very good. Loads of variety, good quality takeaway.
