Domino's Pizza - Upton and Hamworthy in Purbeck

I love dominoes, but tonight the pizza wasn't great normally from the hamworthy Domino's they're great but today my pizza was hala, greasy and undercooked, this could be due to the high demand of two for Tuesdays. Pat still wasn't great. Cookies were great though, as always.

Food was 10/10 could not recommend enough! All staff were super friendly and often have amazing deals on! Has never let me down and the manager there is always willing to help and super positive

we order from dominos pretty often, and they are always on time. however today was ridiculous. we ordered one large pizza and a side, and once it started to be delivered we tracked the pizza on the in app tracker. the driver ended up heading all the way to sturminster marshall. bear in mind, we are only in lytchett minster so this was ridiculous, we perhaps thought that maybe they had to deliver another pizza so we did not think anything of it. another 10 minutes go by and the driver hadn’t moved on the tracker, so we call up the store and the phone was put down on us almost immediately. eventually the driver blew up my phone, leaving 15 missed calls. once they picked up the phone, i explained where we were and where told it would only be 2 minutes and that we must wait outside. eventually the pizza turns up after 20 minutes. the driver was incredibly rude to both of us and tried to blame the issue on how i imputed the address. i can guarantee that the address was correct as we order from here often. on top of this, the food was lukewarm and both my partner and i where left incredibly disappointed.

Domino's can be a bit hit and miss at times.. but every pizza from upton Domino's has been delicious. Ample topping, fresh food, no soggy base and not greasy... Worth going instore and getting them hot.. even better.

My pepperoni passion thin and crispy was vastly over cooked I have thin and crispy from there once a month and it’s never been over cooked b4

why can't all other dominos be like this?

Nice pizza. Obviously Domino's is always a lot more expensive, but was made quick, came out hot and was tasty. Nice staff

Ordered a pizza and kickers. Pizza arrived and it was stone cold. Looked like it had been sat somewhere for a while. Kickers were missing. I tried to ring the store for 15 minutes and no one answered. Delivery man came back with kickers which were also stone cold. Not what you expect when you pay so much and pay for delivery. Rubbish experience.

Quick delivery and amazing food. Loved the plant based nuggets and vegan dip. Vegetarian pizzas and chips also very good. Lovely soft pizza crust.

Do not offer double decadence base on the menu unlike the Poole Waterloo store that do.

I ordered dominos and the delivery guy didn't bring the pizza to the actual door instead made me walk down stairs to Junction road to collect it.

Not had domino's for a long time so decided to treat myself. It was a Saturday night and it looked pretty busy. Not sure if there was a cheese shortage but it was sparse & half of the pizza was bubbled.

People should avoid this dominoes absolute disgrace took over an hour and half rang them they put the wrong address down,then the driver text me so I rang him and he said he was on his way back to the shop to put my order under an hot plate and that I would have to ring the store which I did and got the most rudest obnoxious guy on the other end who said I'd have to wait another 40 mins to have my same pizza delivered which was made nearly 2 hours ago so I cancelled my order and now I have to wait another 3-4 days for my money back absolute jokers will never ever eat at another dominoes as long as I live , absolute Muppets

Lovely older lady who greeted me that was as good as it got. Ordered a stuff crust pizza and 80% of the dough was rolled into the crust, leaving most of it uncooked and the thinnest amount left for the rest of the base. I couldn't even pick a slice up with my hands the toppings slopped off and the base was almost see through it was that thin!

Like all Dominos the pizzas were delicious

Order whilst at Haven. It took ages to arrive. Pizza was luke warm and they delivered potatoe wedges instead of chicken. Rang to complain and they offered a voucher which was useless as we were going home. They admitted they were short staffed and didn’t seem bothered. Go elsewhere.

The best dominoes pizza I've ever had.

They're currently running a half price deal - unfortunately it would seem they're including half the toppings with that, not as great as they usually are which is a shame as they're not cheap at full price

They kindly offered a replacement when there was something wrong with the initial delivery, and were very polite/friendly. Also the delivery is always really speedy.

One hour delivery time. The app always claims delivery 30 minutes before it's here.

Pizza was good quality, but the server said he would let me know when ready in 10 -15 minutes. 20 minutes later I chased my order and got told my order hadn't been placed?? Then the original server came back and said he'd used a different name instead of mine??????

Great pizzas as always. Just a shame Dominos still haven't reintroduced half and half pizzas. That's not something I'd mark this specific branch down for normally, but have to. Also, I was unable to use my Defense Discount code as collection is BOGOF and that is seen as an offer already. So no additional discount for DDS or BLDS members 😔

Unfortunately this is the only dominos we can get delivered to us, the Upton store, they are by far the worst store to order from, every single time we get the wrong pizzas, wrong toppings or no toppings! Need to teach their staff how to make pizzas as obviously it’s really hard 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Every time they forget the jalapeños on the hot & spicy and sometimes we get 3 meatballs and then sometimes 1 meatball, useless staff, useless over the phone, staff need training. Only decent thing is the delivery drivers, friendly & always on time.

Waiting nearly 50 minute's for my delivery to lytchett matravers which is basically 6 minutes away piss take

Ordered from here this week food was good as usual however the delivery driver started shouting at me on my doorstep because he struggled to find the property, I told him he could have rang and asked if he was struggling to find us however he told me he was too busy to do that, ruined the whole meal for us after that, very much doubt I'll order from them again rather pay money to companies who appreciate the business

Order arrived in reasonable time, hot and tasty, but was missing one of the bottles of coke, as per order...

Absolutely appalling service this evening...customers expected to wait outside which was fine, as the rule of 1 applies inside...however, 2 young girls entered, ordered then decided not to leave...meaning no one else could enter. Staff did not ask them to wait outside either... My order was 25 minutes late with no excuse and very little by way of apology...it was utter bedlam and chaos behind the counter with staff bickering - loudly enough to be heard out front, missed orders, and orders not being boxed correctly. Got home and pizzas were near enough cold so had obviously be sat waiting for some time before they gave it to me. Really not happy on this occasion...

Usual great Domino's Fayre. Walk in BOGOF pizzas in any size have to be the best value offer

I know it was a busy evening but was a little disappointed with the pizza the cookies made up for it...😀

We order regularly, once a month treat, but for the 2nd time I turn up to collect it and there is no order in our name and we are told it went through to Upton, Liverpool! So again I've had to re order and wait another 10/15 minutes. Apparently this happens a lot. Sort it out Domino's! Hungry kids and a husband who's just done a 12 hour shift are not happy! :(

Ordered 24 pizzas, sides and dips and they nailed the order only 10 mins after expected so very impressed And a lovely handsome gentleman helped me put everything in the van 💃

Like most Domino's chains, walked in to order, made quite quickly (20 minutes with a reasonable flow of delivery drivers) .

Completely failed to deliver order. Chased them after an hour, again after 90 minutes. Refused to refund, claimed they couldn't find my house (then quoted the correct address) but never rang to enquire. Eventually got through even later, they hadn't bothered to do anything at all. Completely useless, even when they are reachable. Shame, as my friends and I have been using Parkstone' s branch with no trouble. Definitely won't use again. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The pizza is fine, however, for a huge, special, first time ever birthday treat my son was able to have a gluten free pizza delivered. It is pretty much double the price of a normal pizza with the same toppings. Gluten free flour is not that much more expensive. In the first phone call we made the man told me we could have a deal with the over-priced gluten free pizza, garlic bread and a large soft drink for £19.99. I told the woman this when we rang back, having got more money out to pay for the over-priced gluten free pizza. We were sent a small bottle of coke. If it wasn't that it was his birthday and he hadn't been clutching the flyer for days because he could have pizza delivered that he could eat we would never have paid this much for a 7 in pizza. I feel like we were mugged. We won't be able to afford that very often being as it is so expensive. So very disappointed.
