Never had a bad meal from Panda garden. Our go to Chinese in Perth. Always prompt from ordering to delivering & food is always hot on delivery. Highly recommend.

One of the best Chinese's iv had in Perth so delicious very tasty worth the money rest of the Chinese are rubbish ain’t worth its money but goes out for panda is by far the best !!!!

This is second Friday in a row we’ve ordered from panda garden and both times it was absolutely delicious! We had sweet chilli beef with honey 😋 honey sesame chicken 😋 ribs and honey 😋 chilli garlic chicken and fried and boiled rice, oh and prawn crackers! This place is phenomenal! Prices are decent too!

"I tell you when it's ready after you pay", chinese man, not very nice accent, he was not the vibe at all. Tried ordering for collection as was experiencing starvation. He hung up the call twice. So we arrived, and hoping to play a order we had to pay first. VERY INCONVENIENT. Wish the food was worth the wait and didn't cause me runny stool samples.

Surprisingly local to this so we gave it a try. Cash only business, so went and collected. Takeaway was freezing but staff friendly. Food was lovely, very impressed and felt more authentic than the other options locally. Will be back

I repeated order twice and was given not what I ordered. The food was not of a good standard and most of ot was pur in the bin! I do not understand why in this day and age you can only pay by cash! I will not return and wasted £20

Ordered over counter vegetable chow mein and clearly stated no peppers and it was read back stating no peppers yet full of peppers. I am allergic to peppers. Very sloppy.

I could not believe how rude the owner was when answering the phone …. “ yes yes yes!! was how he answered the phone, followed by an aggressive, where are you!! we are very busy!! and I never actually said anything…. How these people are in business is beyond me…. Some CS training should be implemented.

Horrendous customer service. Very rude. Was hung up on multiple times.

It's the best Chinese food I've had in Perth for sure. He can be a wee bit cheeky but I dinny mind that. Food is always ready when they say it'll be ready. Portions are massive and they have the best Chinese Curry sauce going. Downside: cash only, c'mon Jackie Chan It's not the 80's FFS. Otherwise faultless, tasty, well priced food from a cheeky bugga who only takes cash.

1st time ordering from here on Thursday 27th. WOW!!!!! 100% amazing for food,delivery and price. Will definitely be ordering again. Best Chinese in perth by far.

I'm so upset at the pure cheek of the trumped up wee sausage that answers the phone! RUDE, aggresive and entitled. Have you experienced this too? Please let me know, I'm taken aback.

Food is very nice. However they could not care less about their customer service. Had a long day at work and needed some food and while counting the money the delivery man stood there sighing and making remarks. So rude. Even ordering, they kept speaking over us on the phone and just having a generally negative attitude. Shame the customer service is so bad as the food is great.

The guy can be a bit abrupt and their arsey about paying by card. Cash only! That's what loses them a star because the majority of the food is excellent

Great portions, no grease at all on fried rice. We had honey chilli chicken with chicken fries rice and spring rolls.

Fabulous food. Happened across it when my local Chinese was closed and I've never turned back. Have had delivery and picked up myself. The shop is clean, the extractor fans aren't noisy but are extremely efficient as there's no cooking smell. Staff are very friendly. Highly recommend.

Dreadful customer service, called and placed our order. All good. Food was going to be delivered soon, fabulous. Went to give my card number, was told No. Cash only. Disgraceful service and was told no cash no food. Disgraceful service and needless to say we would not order again. Shame as we would order a lot. You are idiots

Have to say I've been very disappointed with Chinese deliveries in Perth but have finally found one that did not disappoint! Salt & chilli chips - definitely the best in Perth, honey chilli chicken to die for!! Thank you Panda Garden, we will defo be back 😍

The food from panda garden is excellent... In saying that, I tried to order a chicken in orange sauce (which is clearly shown on their menu at £5.30 exld rice etc) and was told that they "don't have that".... customer service could be better as I asked for an alternative similar thing but wasn't given any advice........ I cannot say 1 bad thing about the taste of their food. Well done for quality! I can see room for improvement when it comes to service. (hopefully this wasn't just one bored employee)

We have just ordered from Panda Garden for the 1st time. Very happy. Advised on the phone it would be over an hour which was fine, arrived on time & the driver was polite wished us a good weekend. Meal was hot and very tasty would highly recommend. X

Honestly one of the best chinese takeaways we've had. Food was delivered on time and hot. Everything had a really fresh flavour and good value. We had prawn toast, special chow mein and crispy honey chicken and chips. Got free prawn crackers and an amazing sauce, not sure what it was or if it was part of the chicken dish but came in it's own tub and was delish! Will deffo be back and highly recommend. Thank you!

One star despite this having the best Chinese food in Perth ! We live out of town and few takeaways deliver to us . Last week we got there at 5pm and the guy said , what you want , he was in his own words too busy to make what I requested , but could do an alternative if I waited 30-40 minutes . So we waited , food was as usual excellent . Today my husband went in around 5.30 and the guy behind the counter just shouted over we too busy and refused to take his order , not even bothering to come to the counter ! I know other people this has happened to as well . Really bad customer service , totally rude ! The food is good and they are obviously busy but perhaps employing another staff member would be good for business . You’ve not just lost this customer today , we won’t be back . Plenty of other businesses glad of the trade .

Had a lovely chicken curry and salt and pepper chicken balls, I got 2 free cans of juice as use were a little bit late, but I called the shop before I ordered so i was aware it may take some time, i was happy to wait, especially with everything that's going on just now, I still got lovely hot food, thank you guys 😀

I have tried quite a few of the Chinese takeaways in Perth, and of all, this is my favourite, a small outlet with a big flavour, the staff are very friendly and efficient. Although it is usually a busy outlet so I would recommend you call in advance with your order, it's worth the wait though and you won't be disappointed. Enjoy..

Waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for delivery! They would not answer their telephone so e-mailed to cancel. Delivery man turned up 10 minutes later! Sent him packing. Not a happy chappy. Have not ordered from them since!

When it was redcap it was good value but quality went down hill after rename. If you done on price go here but Chan's is superior.

Since this changed over from red cap to panda garden I am delighted to say that the food is beautiful and fresh.i have not used any other takeaway since trying this 3 months ago this is now my weekly treat takeaway.omg have the chicken satay on skewers . absolutely delicious.

Had a good meal from here! I'd recommend the Kung Pao Chicken - really tasty! Also enjoyed the salt and pepper chicken, but the beef in black bean sauce was a bit on the boring side. Well worth a visit! Good food and reasonable prices.

Decided to try for a second time as the first time was a disaster but yet again it was absolutely disgusting. I thought it may have just been a bad night previously and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but it looks like it's consistently bad. Tea ended up in the bin (again) Soup absolutely tasteless and beef like a rubber band. Should be 0/5 stars - FAIL

I've order from here a few times, I would say to you all when you order using Just Eat, make it pay at the door! I love the food from this place, could never say it was bad. But sadly the last two times I order from them, both early times and they have just cancelled the order. I'm still wanting for my money back off Just Eat. If they are busy and not taking orders, they could easy place themselves off-line on Just Eat, I know My Kitchen Rice & Noodle Bar do that when they are busy. But to carry on taking orders just mess people about. Now I will never order from them again, I won't take the risk sadly. So that's the only advice I can give, order from here using Just Eat then make it pay at the door.

ordered home delivery Spare ribs were delicious 10 out of 10 But very very dissapointed with duck chow mein...........over cooked , dry, burnt inedible....even the cats would'nt eat it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
