Panda in Denbighshire

Been going here for a while now, but no longer will after tonight. We had the £22 salt and pepper box and this is what we got (see pic) plus a special curry that was more sauce (watery) then anything else.

Horrible food small portions rubbery warmed up beef and chicken no egg in the egg fried rice only a 1 star food rating with health and hygiene grubby shop don’t deliver don’t take cards only cash !!! Avoid the salt and pepper box total rip off all dry and stale miserable staff avoid avoid save ur money go elsewhere no wonder it’s always empty won’t last long in rhyl

Has gone down hill when they first opened amazing food good portions now thinks its new owners as price gone up portions and quality down

Absolutely love the salt and pepper box from here, food is always delicious 😋 highly recommend will continue to order from here

Price don't go up they give u less meat and thinks it's okay half the amount and plp think O it cheap,,Crooks

Had duck with spring onion and ginger - 90% onion, no sign of spring onion, little ginger and about 6 pieces of duck, disappointing- always had good food

Went here for the first time last night. Checked the food hygiene rating before we went it was 5 given in December 2021. The service was quick and efficient, even though it was fairly busy. The meals were plentiful and very tasty. We will return

Not impressed with meals. I had chicken curry & hubby had special chow mein. Unfortunately the meat in both was slimy & cheap. Curry sauce was tasteless & far too many onions. The chips & fried rice were ok. We both left half a meal each. Worst Chinese we have had in a while so wont be returning Im afraid - need to sort the meat quality out as it was very poor.

Usually really nice except last night ordered house special curry had no prawns in and very little meat mostly onions! Was very bland! Dont think i will be ordering from there for a while!

Best chinese for miles tried them all none come close.....

In note for restaurant I put no onions but all dishes had onions so all guests who came for food left unfed

Paid for it and was accepted and did not recieve food them was cancelled over an hour later

Staff are a bit rude and lack customer service but the food was spot on order from here all the time

Food came quick however not as described. No peas in the food as described and forgot my can of Dr pepper so had to wait for it being re delivered. Not a happy chappy

Food was delicious and hot, delivered in double quick time. The only moan is the delivery charge. I think it is a bit steep to deliver 300 yards or so down the road.

BBQ spare ribs taste horrible BBQ sauce had no flavour to them chicken chow main wasn't any better

First time I have used panda express and will not be ordering again from here, very greasy and I ordered curry not gravy.

Lovely food, would have liked the garlic and chilli shredded chicken to b more hot and spicy than sweet but was still very nice xxx

Takeaway delivered the wrong order, we called to inform them however they said they had to wait for driver to come back to check we hadn't made the mistake! 20 minutes later they called back and did not offer a refund or to resend the order! Very bad customer service, disappointing!

Lovely food delivered in good time, my only negative point is that they did not read the part where you leave your special requirments (not that mise was important but for someone with alergies this could be)

Found a Wong eye in my egg fried lice. Curry tastes of soap was told its the bubbles off the pan.

Terrible delivery times. Especially considering the price.

Half way through my boyfriend found some plastic lid type thing amongst his chow mein rang the shop and said sorry there's nothing I can do for you. We won't be ordering again. This thing was like the size of milk lid and could of easily choked if he didn't find it first. Terrible service. The food was less then average also. Delivery charge was on the steep side too.

Basically the whole meal all 24.00 of it has gone in the bin. Crispy duck was soggy and had no taste. Chicken balls greasy and chicken maryland was dry. Won't be ordering from them again. :(

Ordered special curry with fried rice, sweet n sour chicken balls, chips and chow mein. Lovely

Food wasn't too bad prawns were too chewy to eat and chicken wings were soggy all the rest was ok. Delivery was very fast and before estimated time maybe will only use this take away if my preferred one was closed and fancied a Chinese

What I ordered said crispy meant in light batter there wasn't any batter in sight?

appetisers were a bit over cooked. but the ribs were amazing. thick and lots of meat. been here lots of times and been amazing so will just put it down to a one off.

Order was expected to arrive by19.30hrs having ordered it at 19.00hrs. Rang at 20.15hrs food was only being prepared then. Did not arrive till 20.30hrs Won't order from them again!

Nice meal but don't like the fact that they put an extra 50p per item for using Just Eat.

Took over an hour for delivery and the food wasn't amazing. Edible but I prefer other places.

Over an hour wait for food and not prime time either

The delivery is sometimes a bit slow but it is well worth the wait. The food is amazing and twice as good as other Chinese takeaway shops.

Panda are local and always provide a speedy service!!

Food was superb as always!! However the delivery driver was very rude tonight and snapped at me when I answered the door.... as if I wasn't quick enough to get to the door for him. He snapped at me "chinese?!" and I said yes and when he left I heard him mummbling to someone about me. Excuse me for being up in my bedroom and my mother was out the back taking the rubbish out so I ran down to answer the door. Shocking service. I doubt we will get from here again unless we visit the shop itself, I do not appreciate being spoken to in that manner. Food was top notch though!!

Costs 10% more to order on here than it does over the phone. Restaurant passing the cost of using just eat onto their customers

I ordered chicken omelette and chips, there wasn't much egg there and it was too salty for my taste
