Panache in Pembrokeshire

We arrived here early on new years eve night the staff where very friendly taking time to explain about the dishes we had selected, service was prompt and the food was very tasty lovely spices just what we had asked for and very relaxed atmosphere! There was a group of seven sitting opposite us who had the buffet and said they really enjoyed it ! Looked great! When we received the bill I was surprised to see how reasonable our food and drinks where ! Excellent value we will visit you again at the panache .

Our go-to Indian! The buffets on a Sunday are fab - 6-7 different curries, rice, chips, naan bread and a small choice of starters. Very reasonable and absolutely delicious! Staff are very polite and friendly too! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic takeaway meal! Popadoms, mixed kebab starter x2 king prawn tandoori main, chicken chilli balti and 2x mushroom rice. Excellent tasting good service. Been living in the area 5 years and wish we’d found this place sooner

After many disappointing Indian meals around Pembrokeshire, lately and almost Giving up on eating Indian food out, we came across Panache and boy are we pleased that we did! A lovely buffet selection, catering for all and including dishes that we had never heard of and would never have tried, perfectly cooked rice, perfectly marinaded and falling apart chunks of chicken, lamb & potato, delicious pakoras and tandoori wings. Loved everything. Thank you. We will be back again, soon!

The food was really good - one of the few Indian restaurants I've been to who cook the food as you like it, you merely have to ask. Some more unusual but very tasty dishes and the nan bread was light and fresh. We will definitely be going back again.

I came here with my husband and friends for the buffet. The food was amazing, everything was delicious, the staff were great, very friendly. The restaurant was clean and the cobra beer was cold, perfect. Will definitely return. Well done on your recent award.

We had a surreal but enjoyable dinner here. My curry was really good, but the others were too spicy (hotter than those dishes are supposed to be). They were some staff members down, so it was a bit Faulty Towers at times, but the staff were very nice and did their best.

Me and my family come here often for the buffet’s. Food is incredible for such a cheap price, great atmosphere, lovely staff. Much recommended!

The food itself was some of the best Indian I've had in awhile, and the wall paintings were gorgeous, but the rest was lacking. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed the buffet while I ordered from the menu, which was delicious. However, only 1 other table was sat, the men's washrooms needed a lot of updating/cleaning, and the 2 FOH staff appeared disorganized (but very friendly and helpful). I can see why they get so many take out orders vs in house guests. There was easy, free street parking, which was a plus.

This is our 5th visit. The food is excellent. Tasty and well presented. The service is superb. Can't fault it. We'll be back.

Was visiting Pembroke from Cardiff and fancied a curry and my favourite peshawari Naan , Panache didn't disappoint ,amazing food! 😋 Very polite and welcoming staff too.

Die Einrichtung ist schon sehr veraltet, es wirkt irgendwie lieblos. Auch der Service war distanziert, Fragen zu den Speisen wurden nicht gerne beantwortet. Unser Menü war geschmacklich in Ordnung, mit demZucker wurde bei der Soße meines Essens etwas übertrieben. An den Nachtisch für das Menü mussten wir dann den Service erinnern, irgendwie geht das gar nicht. Die Preise sind in Ordnung, einen zweiten Besuch gibt es für uns dennoch nicht.

Interestingly one of the best Indian restaurants I've had in Wales, which is unexpected in such a small town. Indeed the place feels a bit dusty and could use some renovation, but the service and the food was on point. Look no further if you want a quick and tasty meal before the ferry or if staying overnight in Pembroke as a stopover. Oh, and did I mention that you would only have to pay half of what you would expect to pay in Cardiff?

Of the 3 or 4 Indian restaurants I have eaten at in the Pembroke area, Panache stands out as the best. Friendly, attentive service and excellent food. I can highly recommend the Chettinand (hot) and the Achari ( citrus twist).

Incredible, I honestly have never had such a wonderful experience in any other Indian restaurant ever!! The owner is so passionate about his food and genuine!! As you walk in you are greated by smiles, not a single staff member wasn't pleasant or didn't smile! I'm not used to that! As we sat at our table the napkins had been folded into Swan shapes, so pretty, as we sat the staff approached us and lay the napkins on our laps before taking our orders. The wonderful experience does not stop there, when ordering the staff will take the order and allow you to make any adjustments to you meals or sides you want. I mean Anything! I was amazed!! They cook every single meal from scratch as you order it, so rare to find! I had the King prawn Panache special (with extra garlic as I requested) coconut rice and Peshwari narn (if that's how you spell it). It was all so delicious. Amazing food, incredible personal service, lovely staff, such a nice atmosphere. I will be returning, this is such an amazing place. I recommend it to everyone.

Food here is absolutely divine! Best Indian I've tried in a long long time. If you have tried a take away from here and think it's nice - book yourself a table and eat in - food is even nicer somehow!🤤 Extremely friendly owner and staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend. 👌

What a shock rude treatment i received at the start of taking order. Completely taken aback. Went with my family and friends but I guess 2 ppl at front were just wanting a reason to quarrel. People could under be influence of alcohol or something. Zero manners. Disrespectful. Just walked out. Ruined my Saturday night. Laughable at the way owner threatens to publicly embarass you. If you see hostility in a third time returning customer, you don't deserve to be in a hospitable business. The hostility is in your reply. For an authentic version of events please ask Mac from your staff. Pay more attention on improving your staff behaviour than replying here.

Fabulous food and great service. Was very quiet as it was mid week but loved it nonetheless. No reflection on the restaurant, more on the locals. Use it or lose it people. It's definitely one of the top places to eat in Pembrokeshire if you're a fan of Indian cuisine

They charge you what they want, order should have been £21 with delivery they charged £25

Atmosphere very cold and bleak. Food, not impressive. Cold stale poppadoms served first. Main course came a hour later.

Apart from the food arriving NINETY MINUTES EARLY it was just about the WORST "Indian meal" I have had in over 50 years of enjoying Asian cuisine. It defied description. So... the "food" was put back in to its containers and was taken back to the restaurant and I graciously received a fulsome apology and a full refund. I took my cash and had a superb meal from Seven Spice.NEVER again!!!

The staff were very friendly and generous. The food was excellent. Best King Prawn Ceylon I have had in many years! Will be back for the buffet soon.

We had a takeaway from here Saturday after seeing good reviews, when we called we were told they were busy and the delivery would be around an hour 20 mins or collecting would be 45 minutes, we decided to stick to delivery - our delivery came a little after the hour and it was hot and delicious we were not disappointed and it was worth the wait. Found the staff to be polite and professional and the food matched the recommendations from others that we had. Will sit in next time, highly recommend and can't wait to try other things off their menu. Best Indian we've had in a long time and will be our new regular.

I'm giving this rating as the actual restaurant needs an update, the atmosphere was very sad and down and lonely, however the food was good and eatable, and the service was on point. As soon as we arrived, we can see the tables were empty at the back of the restaurant with only a few people, but we were told to wait whilst the waiter went inside to check 'whatever he needed to' check. He then gave us two options of where to sit, so we chose ourselves. After the food was all served, the owner came out to see us and asked how the food was which was very nice of him. Through the owner we learnt this restaurant was awarded 'Best Restaurant' for their food, which is a great achievement, and for this we praised him. We appreciated the owner coming out to check on us, as well as the waiters asking how the food was. This was actually the reason why the service is 5 Stars, on top we didn't need to wait when asked for anything, i.e water top up, food wait time, paying the bill. On the other side, the decor needs an upgrade as it feels drained and tired, the music needs to be constantly playing but wasn't (only a few songs were played half-way through after we got there), there were 3 groups in total, it was very quiet, the atmosphere felt 'dead', but the restaurant not being busy was not an issue as service was on point and staff were attentive. We asked for Spicy Poppadoms, we got Jeera Poppadoms, the waiter advised this is what they serve, as well as other restaurants serving the same, when customers ask for 'spicy', and apart from this they only have the normal ones. We ordered Chicken Pakora starter, Chicken Briyani, side dish potatoe curry, and Chicken Vindaloo with Naan Bread. All the dishes were great, we did enjoy the food.

Waiting 1 hour 50 minutes for our delivery and it was very disappointing, looked and tasted like something from farm foods. Waste of time and money.

I've ordered from here several times now and the food has always arrived in reasonable time and hot, lovely tasty food and will definitely be a regular customer much better than any other Indian around here and will gladly support them in their new business

Honestly REALLY impressed with Panache, we’ve had 3 takeaways from here and also eaten in tonight. Couldn’t be happier and really pleased it’s only a road away from us 😂 Since moving to the Dock at Christmas, we’ve only had Indian once before and it wasn’t that good; so when Panache moved in, we decided to give it a go and just in the few weeks they’ve been open, we’ve had more from there than any other takeaway in the area since January! 😅 My partner had Panache with his family and thoroughly enjoyed it, so when I got back from a trip, we had some together. I must admit, the first time I had it, it wasn’t great, the naans were burnt black and the bhajis were off, BUT, we’d stupidly ordered as they were closing and they were lovely by still letting us order!! We didn’t even realise they shut at that time so I apologised profusely when I arrived to collect and they were closing! They’d also given us a free Naan in our takeaway! The rice, curries etc were phenomenal despite the burnt naans! Then we ordered another takeaway a week later by takeaway and the guy delivering came straight up to our flat (other takeaways complain about doing this but I’m disabled and struggle coming back upstairs carrying things), they didn’t complain, the guy was so so lovely and said they’d put a few free bits in there as well for us which we were surprised with! Random acts of kindness! This time, the naans and bhajis were PERFECT! Omg, I’ve never been happier with Indian food! So tonight we decided last minute to pop down to the Sunday Buffet. I’m so so glad we did!! The guys there are the nicest people you could meet, extremely welcoming, couldn’t have done more to give you the best meal and service! The range of food was amazing, absolutely perfect if you want to TRY new things but nervous and don’t want to order lots of separate bits. There were the basic dishes there for people less likely to try more, but I went for it and tried the other food there and I’m incredibly impressed. The food was HOT, absolutely delicious and just incredible. They didn’t have desserts this time but the guy said he’d pop some common ice cream on a plate for us to have which he did and it was enjoyed thoroughly. Every attention to detail here is spot on, tables clean and tidied straight away once people leave, linen cloths decorated neatly, a simple drinks menu, labelled food and separate utensils for each pot, Indian music playing, even prints for kids to colour in when they come for a meal! Absolutely everything is thought of and handled well, the guys also chatted with us for a bit (ashamed to say one recognised me from getting so much food from here before 😂 it’s just too good!) and nothing was too much of an inconvenience to them. Defo defo recommend Panache! 10/10!

The one star is for the curry. Other than that the naan was burnt with basically no filling. Frozen chips that were still hard.. would of been better with uncle Ben's rice and the sheek kebab was like chewing leather

Had a lovely dining experience myself, my partner and five children, buffet was really enjoyable, freshly topped up, for those who like their meat, it was plentiful,staff well presented and polite. If they can put up with my gang, they must have patience lol, overall a great experience, hope they do well

Fantastic food. Good value. The Saag Paneer was possibly the best I have ever had (and I have had a lot of Sag Paneers)

Just opened, we went in for the Sunday buffet, what can I say absolutely fantastic, tried all on offer, the chicken tandoori was out of this world, all the flavours yet balanced superbly, I can see where the Welsh Indian restaurant award came from. Will be working Panache in to a monthly Sunday treat.
