Palm Vaults in Hackney

Comer aquí siempre es una experiencia maravillosa. Lattes de lavanda o rosa, las tortas más delicadas, especiales y sándwiches veganos decorados con flores comestibles. El interior es un paraíso pastel, con algunos de los objetos de vidrio y porcelana más bonitos que he usado. ¡Los vasos de vidrio tallado rosa también son difíciles de encontrar! El personal es encantador y vale la pena viajar para venir aquí.

I had seen the palm vaults advertised on a post by secret London on pink cafes and restaurants and honestly I am so unimpressed with the shop and especially the employees. From looking at their Instagram page I had high hopes but in fact it is just one of those catfish type cafes that just post to Instagram but do not actually take pride in hospitality and are misleading. I walked in after travelling over 45minutes out of my way to try this place out. The cafe was decorated and quite interesting but the staff seemed uninterested that they had a customer just walk in. The shop was empty and I had to wait a while in an empty shop until I took the initiative and asked them for the menu. I am actually shocked that I waited so long, while they were sat on their phones, one apologised as they had an email, but there was two of them there, at least one could have sat me down with a menu or offered me a drink of water (which only happened when I had to grab their attention) I just felt that they were very unfriendly and pompous. On palm vaults Instagram they have pastries and cakes advertised, and when I asked them if they had any they said they hadn’t which again was extremely disappointing. Upon looking at the menu it was average and not worth my time or money so I didn’t stay any longer. I am disappointed as I had just travelled so long and completely out of my way to check this place out and grab breakfast but left without ordering anything as I did not want to stay in unwelcomed any longer. I don’t recommend this place especially if you are thinking of travelling from further out, and seems slightly pretentious for what it actually is.

Smallish café.. Not too many tables. Heavy on a brass and pink 80s vibe! Coffees were great - The Turkish delight one being something new to me and EXCELLENT. Pretty good choice of lunch items too. Waitress and chef friendly too!

Este café de lujo tiene mesas al sol, una de las cuales hice uso. Mi blanco plano fue servido en un vaso y fue una buena taza de café.

Really enjoyed coming here with vegan friends. They had raved about the various colourful lattes and cakes so I had expectations. My coffee wasn't the best (I have been told I am fussy, I think the jurys out on that one, I drink a lot of coffee and I like it to taste great) but it didn't stop me drinking it, so it was by no means bad. I had an espresso followed by a flat white. Tried my friends lattes which to me just taste like milk, I don't see the appeal! But I guess it's not my thing. They all loved them. Great selection of cakes, we shared a few, not even crumbs left over. The aesthetic of the place encourages selfies, which we watched happening numerous times. It's kinda distracting when the people on the next table give up conversation in favour of selfie snapping, so I recommend you order a piece of delicious cake to focus on. Other big thumbs up goes to the super friendly service. Would definitely return!

I really wish this place could expand so they had more seating! The kimchi and Gouda toastier was amazing and I y’all about it all the time. The service was really nice and the cake was tasty. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because there were numerous tables clearly done and not ordering anymore food. Just sitting there talking while a line of people were out the door trying to get in. I feel like they should at least try to enforce a policy on just sitting there playing cards while a line is waiting so the turnover rate is faster.

Aesthetically beautiful & some serious good food. Had the vegan Kimchi & gouda toastie and it’s was gooood. Also had a glittery special little coffee and it was brill.

This cafe is a haven. Love the blush pink and brick decor in a space filled with light, plants and mirrors, the music choice and the art collection for sale. I had the best avocado toast ever which was beautifully presented. The drink choice is exceptional as was the golden milk I chose. It was a turmeric and ginger latte with spices and was a mini work of art. The service was super helpful and friendly. I therefore had a lovely relaxed time with my family. So much love, thought, attention to detail has gone into this place.

I love this little cafe so much every time I travel to London I make sure I pay a visit (or two). They have a wide range of drinks and food. I recommend trying their colourful lattes. Can’t wait to visit again!

If you're going with a group of friends this is a good place to chill out and take photos but I would not come if your group is food-focused. They have fun photo books and coffee table books to flip through as you sip, the seating was also very comfortable. I had a croissant and it tasted old or overcooked- the coffee was good though!

I am currently on my Veganuary and a visit here was delightful. I thought staff were a bit slow, but the quality of food and drinks (extra points for presentation and insagramability!) was amazing! Would be keen to be back.

Great little cafe hidden away in Hackney with a great range of cakes, pastries and unique coffees. Also all vegetarian/vegan so great options for that! Service was also great, would definitely go back.

Guys, I'm gonna be brief but hopefully effective: I tried the turmeric latte without coffee, the coconut charcoal latte and the rose coffee (velvet I think it's called). All of them unbelievably tasty considering they are made completely without dairy!! Will definitely go back and recommend. Oh and also tried the dulche de leche - i don't have a sweet tooth but this was great. A treat.

Palm vaults is a beautiful cafe with cool drinks and coffee varieties. the cakes are superb. recommend this spot
