Palm Sugar in Glasgow City

Decided to come in for a bottle of wine on a Saturday night, the bar was dead and staff filling up shelves and had crates on tye bar but we ordered a bottle of wine (£25) there was no atmosphere and we quickly.drunk the bottle and for.thw bill and the guy juts throw down the card machine I looked at the bill and they had the cheek to put on a service charge of £2.50 I would have complained but the guy left the card machine I swiped it and we had to run for a train ot we would have! As regulars we will not be bad, Rude staff and zero service..

Lunch time arrived and it was in sight along Buchanan St. We ordered it to go, the departure time was close, but its cuisine looked very acceptable.

This is the restaurant for what I ate is very good it deserves 5 stars Because the food was really of excellent quality

Associated with the Thai restaurant next door, this bar is different from usual Glasgow nightlife make that Scottish or even UK nightlife it's subtle and chic and laid back usually with solo musician playing atmospheric music but let's not beat about the bush this may not be to everyones taste and it's not cheap
